Horrible service! They delivered a hood for a repair to a Jetta. The hood had hail damage and could…read morenot be repaired. We called for them to pick up the part as it could not be repaired. They stated they would pick it up. We called several times to remind them. I called again today only to be told it was too late for us to return it as they have a policy of 30 days to return. The part was delivered May 29, 2026, we made the first call on June 3, 2026. I was transferred to the manager he put me on hold several times and then came back stating no calls came from our business number. Well, we do not use the business number, we use our cell phones to make calls. He stated he did not have time to look up all the numbers, we should have kept calling. it has been over 30 days and they would not accept a return on it. We should not be penalized for them not doing their job! Do not do business with them! They say one thing and then do another. Very poor business practice!

So the next day after i pick up my car, I notice a noise in the RIGHT front end, clicking , screeching So I call Marlene and tell her, she says bring the car back in , but before 8am so Harvey has time to test drive the car. Well that was impossible because my only day off was Sunday, mind you I just started a new job 2 weeks prior because I lost mine when the car got stolen because I couldn't make it to work for 3 days . I made them aware of this also. Finally I'm off of work for week, but Dp was Harvey, I was told to bring the car back when he got out of surgery. All along the noise in the right end is worse the suspension is feeling awful. Welp ! I just took my car back over when I could , months later, but I wasn't waiting for the 8am requirement any longer ! Immediately Harvey looks at the car & says, "this car is out of alignment, it was perfect when it left like it was MY fault! Gives me a loaner and hits me with a $1700 estimate! None of the work had anything to do with the noise in the front end! So ask about the noise, he said t,"the ball joints are dry, I'll grease them when If you get the other work done here. and he was gonna throw the alignment in too. Bless his heart ! He was gonna do me a solid! So i said "nah I'll park it , when my taxes come back I'll bring it in" i had no intentions! So i parked my car, then Covid happened! During that time we did all the work he was going to charge $1700 for for less than $700 ! Except the ball joint lube! I take the car to 4 mechanics, all of them insisting that it unethical to align a car with bad ball joints, the ball joints were damaged upon collision especially if they had to replace the rack , tires and rims! They all four assured me it is against manufacturers recommendation to lube those ball joints, if they are dry , they are bad! Replacing a rack on a car with front end collision and 93k miles and not replacing the ball joints is why it's out of alignment!! They all four said , " the car shouldn't be on the road and he knew it! Even after he was going to get rid of the noise with grease but not the problem, align the car again, wait for me to bring it back out of alignment and nail me to have the ball joints replaced! But hey , he wasn't gonna charge me to rig my ball joints and align my car knowing it wouldn't remain aligned in the first place! So here it is 7 months later .....that little noise that just needed some grease has caused a domino effect f issues with my front end! Don't bother coming here! They are blood suckers!

During the the day of visit, the receptionist called me 1 hour after dropping it off and stated the lift couldn't lift it. After asking several questions as we took it in to be evaluated to see if they could do the job before hand. She then stated something was wrong with their lift and tried to charge me a whole lot more. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no. It is very disheartening that they wanted to charge me addition fees due to their malfunctioning lift.

It replaced a 2001 Toyota Camry (purchased 2012), which ran precisely like the well-oiled machine it was for nearly 300K miles; I am expecting similar from any subsequent Toyota Camry! Bought the Toyota at Maven Motors in spring 2026 for the fair market value of $13K-ish, after a mostly enjoyable no-nonsense negotiation exchange with the professionally affable Humble Jewish Merchant who owns the place (and is also obviously an adept magician of some stripe in his off hours -- "Game Knows Game"). But it wasn't until July and August that I really ran it hard, all the way up to the lush rural forests of Skull'n'Bones Maine and later down to the deep humid swamplands of Voodoo Georgia, at speeds up to 85-95 MPH for extended periods. The 2014 Toyota Camry is one heckuva mainstream car. Exactly what I wanted: Nondescript, meat'n'potatoes, but it'll run forever, like my last one (presumably). Five Stars for MM (13 13)! Because I had no credit every other dealership I went to turned me down. Then I called Exclusive and spoke with Cedric and asked if they work with people that has no credit, and his response was "Yes we work with people that has all types of credit" from there I was like YES! He asked if I could come in today (him not knowing I was already in route to him lol). I walk in, well my boyfriend and I and customer service was GREAT the moment we hit the door! We sat down and spoke with Cedric he asked what was I interested in I told him.....he ran everything through and told me what was going on. Unfortunately I couldn't get the car I wanted, but at the end of it all I did get a VERY GOOD deal! I still left with a 2012 Honda Accord that had less than 40k miles! Throughout the whole process they were very professional (that's a HUGE plus for me) and very hilarious. They're nice down to earth people. We had to go back for some paper work a few times and every time we came in it was like we were family. They remembered our names every time we walked in.
