John was straight forward from the beginning gave me a ballpark of what I would pay and things I would need to expect and how much time it would take. Also my parking brake is old so I had it towed over night to the location because it was stuck closed and John disengaged the parking brake for me for free. Bike runs awesome went in feeling like a trash can on wheels and left riding like a new bike. I will bring my bike back for major repairs they gained a customer and I will tell anyone about them and recommend them to these guys.

Ok, so I waited. I arrived at four and that's when he starts working on the scooter. He immediately fucked up the rims so much that I can't use them anymore and then said he wasn't able to change out the tire. It was just a simple tire replacement. I brought the new tire. I get home to discover that he SWAPPED my UPGRADED 52V battery for a shitty rental scooter battery. The rep fitted our kids with their helmets which cost 75 each. I don't know anything about bikes or helmets or fit, so I bought what she said was right. We started using them. About three weeks later, someone points out that my son's helmet is too small, doesn't cover his forehead. I decided to trust Croft on bike doc people since they must know what they are doing. A few days later someone else says the same thing. So I call them...wondering if they can reevaluate. This is an expensive helmet, and my kids safety is paramount. Welp, they said I was a few days outside of their 30 day return/exchange window. Wouldn't budge. Looks like we'll be shopping for a helmet and our bikes elsewhere. Anyway, place doesn't correct mistakes, and too inflexible on such a small thing to keep a return customer happy and safe without charging them more money.
