I have had several bikes in my years. But this was the best experience I've had buying my Livewire S2 Mulholland. They made me feel like family there. Thanks so much guys for helping me purchase my bike!!

    ABS sensor on wrong side.
    Jamie B.

They have not a clue. After changing out a faulty TPMS in front wheel they re-installed my front wheel on backwards. This resulted in the ABS sensor being on the wrong side and not being found by system or computer. Instead of figuring out their mistake they blamed wheel manufacture and me for ABS not working. Sent me on my way 4X with ABS malfunctioning and light on. The service manager final responds, not our issue it is your problem we do not even carry ABS sensors for the new 24 with fat tire. I was like your an idiot, the sensor is in the axel bearing and the axels are the same no matter what. Finally left on that note and riding home to have a real mechanic look at it. On my way, I tapped rear brake to slow and the whole rear wheel locked up. Caused me and the bike to go into a wicked and violent skid. Twice this happened on my short trip home. Once home put bike on lift and we started evaluating the issue and noticed the front tire tread was going the wrong direction. Undid front axel and sure enough whole wheel was on backward placing ABS sensor only the wrong side. the wheel was put on backward Resulting in the ABS system not being able to find bearing/axel sensor. Furthermore bending up both rotors by not lining up with brake calibers when installed backward. After reinstalling the front wheel the correct way. No more ABS issues but did have to replace rotors. We googled the issue afterward to see why rear wheel locked up. It Turns out the new HD bikes if the ABS light ist"On" indicating a issue, that the rear wheel locking up is one of the thing that can result from computer malfunctioning with the system. After posting the encounter I get a call from GM Charlie. He wants me to bring bbike in an let them go through the whole bike. I explained if your master mechanic Fred missed this simple fix and problem how can I trust you shop to touch my bike or then not doing something to get back at my posts. I said, I really would just like my pre-paid service contract money back so I can take my bike to a hd dealer i can trust. Charlie states, I can make that happen but let us first fix everything we haven't made right. I said, let me think it over. Call Charlie back next day advised I think it is better we just part ways and I find another dealership. Well no he hems and halls that he will have to see if he can get me my contract money back. Needless to say my bike is only 3 month old. It not like I have used up 30 months of the 36month contract and now want my money back. It been 3 months. This wasn't my first issue with them in the 3 short months. I had the bike in 4 times and they never finished anything why they had it. I would schedule dates and drop bike off night before only to find out it was ready because 3 days later they are just putting it on lift day I'm was scheduled to pick it up that morning. Well it has been over a month and cricket from Old Glory Harley. I now see why they have a BBB rating of 'F". Customer service is a lie lie lie and hope we don't get called out or caught.

The store is all dressed up for the holidays and Santa was there to take pictures with the little ones! I stopped by Old Glory-Harley Davidson to look for H-D paraphernalia for a friend. There were several options to select from. I decided on a few t-shirts. I especially liked the one with the Maryland Blue Crab riding a Harley.

This bike has been on their website since we purchased it- just a way to get people to call and Inquire, then lure them in to look at other bikes. When my husband purchased I don't think they really knew what they had, stating that many people are inquiring on this bike. He made it clear he deposited and that the bike was his. So just an FYI this bike is in New Mexico not on their floor! Buyer beware.

She recommended I come in person to check fit before I order the helmet. She said when I come in to tell them I had an appointment with Jen to ensure she was able to continue our conversation. When I arrived the next day I was greeted at the front door by a salesman (didnt catch his name) who I told that I was there for an appointment with Jen. He found this hilarious and proceeded to make sarcastic remarks about it for the remainder of the time he was with me. This came off as extremely condescending to his coworker Jen who was just trying to ensure I had a good experience. Not a great experience for my first time in your store. Finally, their prices. I wanted to buy this helmet from a cycle shop instead of on a site like Amazon first to support a local business and secondly to ensure that the product I received was legit. Safety equipment like helmets are not something you want to risk. I was a little disappointed when their prices were higher than buying directly from Bell's website. It was only $30 more which isn't a huge deal but I am still a little shocked. Ultimately I would recommend checking this place out but if you do make sure to ask for Jen. The salesman seemed a little too big for his boots and could likely use a lesson in professionalism and maybe a side of humble pie.

She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. From beginning to end My daughter and I were impressed by the attention to detail in helping my daughter feel confident in her selection. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. I strongly recommend to anyone interested in a quality motorcycle purchase to take yourselves to MG MotorSports

Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions. I know this long winded, but for once something that seemed too good to be true, WAS TRUE@ My email is rsnowder@gmail.com and I will gladly answer any questions about my experience with MGMOTORSPORTS! After getting the bike home, I immediately noticed major issues -- it now runs terribly, stalls frequently, and the ride is no longer smooth. This was not the case before I brought it in. While I'd like to believe this wasn't intentional, it's hard to ignore the timing. The staff seemed friendly and provided decent customer service, but that doesn't change the fact that my bike went from working perfectly to running poorly right after their service. I will be contacting Ducati Corporation to file a formal complaint. If my concerns are validated, I will have nothing positive to say about Bob's Ducati going forward.

It all started when a friend encouraged me to take a BMW Rider Academy class in South Carolina that Bob's organized and sponsored--getting my friends and me discounts on the class and sending Yale and Amy to represent Bob's there. I wanted to buy an adventure bike after the course, and when I texted Yale on a Saturday night after hours, he surprised me by responding immediately. We ended up talking for over 30 minutes about my riding goals and hopes & dreams, all after work hours! I went into Bob's several days later, and Yale started out by giving me a tour and introducing me to everyone. Much to my surprise, they all already knew who I was, knew I'd be coming, knew I'd been at the course in South Carolina... it just really felt like home... like family. And what's more, because I had told Yale on the phone that my primary concern was seat height, he had already researched seat heights on multiple makes and models (not just BMWs or Ducatis) for me. Over the course of my purchasing experience, I got to know multiple people at Bob's - Yale, Amy, Jim, Lorrie... I could have purchased this bike at any number of dealers... I chose Bob's because I felt like I was home. So the bottom line is that if you want an experience that makes you feel like you're home among family... just call Yale at Bob's Motorcycles for your next new or used bike purchase or trade-in.

Paid for the work and those were fixed but the ticking sound was still there. Was told that internal engine issues would probably cost more than the bike's worth. (but still not as expensive as buying a whole new bike) They told me that doing an engine swap would be the best bet. Went through the headache of finding and buying an engine off eBay. Took it to E city motorsports and paid them to test it and found it was in need of repair as well. Fought ebay and the seller and got my money refunded. Decided to just ride my bike with the ticking sound and see how bad it was. The ticking sound eventually disappeared on it's own. The very first result I found when googling the ticking sound was that rather than a metal on metal issue, it was most likely exhaust gas escaping from a gap in the exhaust header. I had tried tightening the exhaust header bolts but the sound was still there and that is why I took the bike to professional mechanics for diagnosis. So I never actually needed an entire engine swap which means either that Ellicott City Motorsports needs more skill at diagnosing issues or that they were trying to get me to spend unnecessary money.
