Before bringing my Ducati 1260s to Bob's Ducati, it ran perfectly. I transported it in the back of my Silverado to have new tires installed, and while I was there, they also recommended an oil change. After getting the bike home, I immediately noticed major issues -- it now runs terribly, stalls frequently, and the ride is no longer smooth. This was not the case before I brought it in. While I'd like to believe this wasn't intentional, it's hard to ignore the timing. The staff seemed friendly and provided decent customer service, but that doesn't change the fact that my bike went from working perfectly to running poorly right after their service. I will be contacting Ducati Corporation to file a formal complaint. If my concerns are validated, I will have nothing positive to say about Bob's Ducati going forward. read more

Bob's Motorcycles feels like family. I had a wonderful experience buying my new BMW F800GS, thanks to Yale at Bob's Motorcycles. It all started when a friend encouraged me to take a BMW Rider Academy class in South Carolina that Bob's organized and sponsored--getting my friends and me discounts on the class and sending Yale and Amy to represent Bob's there. I wanted to buy an adventure bike after the course, and when I texted Yale on a Saturday night after hours, he surprised me by responding immediately. We ended up talking for over 30 minutes about my riding goals and hopes & dreams, all after work hours! I went into Bob's several days later, and Yale started out by giving me a tour and introducing me to everyone. Much to my surprise, they all already knew who I was, knew I'd be coming, knew I'd been at the course in South Carolina... it just really felt like home... like family. I have purchased several BMW bikes from Bob's over the years, but today purchased a new 2023 RnineT, and I could not be happier with the experience. I had been looking for a difficult to find, limited edition bike that seemed to be unavailable, anywhere. Having searched nationwide for this specific bike, and not finding it, I was resigned that it was not-to-be. I'm thrilled, though, that after inquiring on Bob's web site, to my surprise they reached out to me with the outstanding news that they had exactly the bike I was looking for. With a no-nonsense approach, they worked cost, finance, and shipping details by phone, and today I was able to buy the bike in an incredibly smooth and pleasant transaction. I actually live in Arizona, and Bob's is even handling shipping the bike from Maryland to me. Bottom line is that the whole experience of buying a bike here is top notch. The people are outstanding. They are professional in what they do, and every aspect of the purchase was handled with perfection. I brought my 1999 BMW F650 into Bob's for some light maintenance, after putting around 2k miles on the clock since it was purchased. I work on most of my bikes myself, but I thought it wise to have a BMW service center take the first look at this vehicle, as it's the first BMW I've owned. I'd requested some new enduro tires be installed, an oil change and a chain service, as I assumed a BMW service center would initially perform these jobs with better precision than I could. Upon arriving to pick up the bike a week later than promised, I immediately noticed that the incorrect tires had been installed, a pair of Metzeler Tourance "Next" street slicks. These are notably different than the standard Tourance on/off road tires the shop manager had suggested, but mistakes happen, so I didn't mind waiting around for another hour or two while the team reinstalled the tires I'd requested. Shortly after starting in on the job a second time around, however, the shop manager notified me that the only Tourance tires in stock were a about 10 millimeters larger than recommended, but assured me that it wasn't worth ordering a correctly fitting set because I "wouldn't even notice the difference." Riding the bike home, I found quite a few more things that seemed "off." The larger size tires had a distinctly different feel to them and had changed the ride angle quite a bit. The suspension had been stiffened, I assume, to compensate for the larger diameter and prevent these ill-fitting tires from scraping underneath the seat. The engine was also distinctly louder with much more whine, and the bike now "double-clicked" through every shift. Taking a few rainy days to do some investigating, I noticed that the chain was much tighter than specified on the swing-arm of the motorcycle, which also clearly specifies the only dimension of tires to be used. The chain was also insufficiently lubricated and kinked up in various spots. The repair order also indicated that a 10W-50 grade oil had been used, which is not the recommended grade per the BMW owner's manual for this motorcycle. Finally, I called up Bob's to ask why all three of the services I'd requested had been performed incorrectly. To his credit, the general manager offered to have the shop take another look, and to have the bike trailered back in. But at this point, putting the vehicle on a trailer to have it hauled halfway across the state so the shop could try to take things seriously a third time was not an option I was comfortable with. Pointing out the lack of attention to details I'd experienced thus far, I asked what else the shop could do to make things right, but the general manager refused to reimburse for any of the incorrect parts or service I'd been sold. Instead, he insisted that I was the problem because my "expectations were too unreasonable!" Again, all I'd expected was that the bike be serviced to BMW specifications, at a BMW service center, referencing the specs written ON THE SIDE of the vehicle. Apparently, this was too much for Bob's to handle, and the general manager certainly confirmed this for me. This notable disregard for details and a lack of accountability from management is why I won't be returning to this service center, and I warn nearly every other rider I meet against doing so. read more

I've had many bikes and been to many shops and dealerships. Live in Moco and do what I can but have no problem getting help when needed. I like to buy original oem parts because I like things to fit rite the first time and work properly. I was going to bring in my monster for tires and md nape croon but the tires were not locally available so after I got a follow up call from ian(who is one os the best customer service people) and was floored he was so thorough. I mean WOW! Gave me a time frame and offered to have the tires put on even I got them. So that's what we are now doing. Since that happened I thought I would try the same thing with my Bmw airhead. Ian was spot on, got it done rite on time like he said and set it up for the Ducati next week. Parts people were super friendly and got me what I needed. I've been to the local Bmw/Ducati place by me in Moco. NEVER AGAIN! The place closer to me lied about parts I inquired about and tried to sell me a $800 caliper, I get it, it's a business, but no need to lie about things to make your sales! Update: I reached out to Bob's (against my better judgment) to have some work done on my bike after a recent accident. I was hoping they would give me some kind of service discount considering my previous experience there (description below). Joe Southard, the new General Manager at Bob's, said that they do not provide discounts to people that "smear" them on the internet and that their discounts are only given to "loyal customers". This is frustrating considering I have given them every chance to provide good service and they have tried to scam me at every step along the way. Also, where were my discounts when I was a local customer? I dealt with Bob's exclusively before this encounter. Not to mention I did not "smear" Bob's, I only elaborated on the horrible service they provided me. None of it was fabricated. To elaborate on the "scam": I ended up getting by bike serviced at Morton's for the accident damage. The estimate included 25 parts to be replaced with an estimated service time of 5 hours. This installation included the exhaust that Bob's installed on the motorcycle, which they charged me for 4 HOURS of service for that one part alone. I emailed Joe asking if the other 24 parts on that list would only take Mortons an hour to install... haven't heard back. Stay away from bobs. Since I posted this review a lady in an SUV ran over the bike. Bob's BMW provided the repair estimate that led to the insurer totalling the bike. I wanted to take it to Batley BMW/HD but the insurer would not pay to tow it that far so back to Bob's I went. Batley had given me a quote of $150 for the repair estimate but State Farm said they were covering it.. Bob's said the estimate would cost around $500 but, due to our history and as a measure of good faith they would do it for free to help me out as insurers "typically don't cover estimates". I told them I already spoke with the insurer who said they would cover it and mentioed that Batley had said the estimate was only $150. Just the same, they said, we are going to do this for free to help (me) out and show a measure of good faith. I said they could have shown a measure of good faith on any one of the many previous instances. The quote is being covered by the insurer and it does nothing for me but if, due to some misguided moral decisions, they feel obligated to provide a free quote that is solely between them and the insurer. They still take no accountability. I love and miss the bike but totalling it out was the best thing that could have happened. It freed me up to buy another bike from someone who provides quality work and stands behind their services. read more

We went to Bob's BMW for an open house a couple of weekends ago. Though we were in the market for a new bike, we didn't go there looking to buy one. My husband insisted I needed riding pants... (Like there is anything wrong with my jeans ~whatever.) They had a decent selection of riding gear for both men and women which was nice. I roamed around the store but the only thing that caught my eye was a BMW hat ....until I saw the prettiest bike. It was like in the movies when you see nothing around you but the ONE person... well here it was the ONE bike. A beautiful beige colored 2015 K1600 GTL Exclusive. One test drive and I think my husband was still on the fence. Me? I didn't even ride it at that time but I just knew. It was late Saturday afternoon when we decided that we wanted to buy the bike. Paris and Felicia stayed late to make that happen. Service at this place is like it used to be in the old days...or rather still should be. They put customers first and treat you like gold. We worked with Drew on purchasing some other gear who was great and accommodating - and even the clothing rep who didn't work for the store but was there for just the open house was excellent. For service that goes above and beyond - well- truth be told - I'm willing to pay more for that. ( AND don't get me wrong I like a good bargain.) HOWEVER - Service that treats you with respect that leaves you wanting to reciprocate that level of consideration is more a rarity than the norm. I would go back to Bob's BMW if only to interact with the staff again. Even though we don't live in the area, we will be back and continue to be patrons... long after these purchases. read more

I just dropped my husband off this afternoon to pick up his brand new 2015 s1000RR. He has been riding well over 20 years and this was his 'dream bike'...he's been waiting a long time for the day he would get one. We were going to wait another year or so, but Paris and the other staff at Bob's worked together and were able to pull some strings to get my husband on his dream bike NOW. My husband doesn't have Yelp, so I'm doing the review: The past several days, my husband had been in nearly constant contact with Paris on the status of the transaction. My husband was trading in his bike, plus dealing with our bank and insurance company to respond is sometimes never easy, especially when they are busy. The dealership staff was patient every step of the way. The past two days, my husband would come home and filled me in on his conversations with the staff at Bob's. He can tell they are incredibly knowledgeable and care about the bikes and take their service seriously. I wish I knew everyone's names to acknowledge them here. We are not new to Bob's hospitality! We have come to Bob's in the past for an Open House, a Dyno Day, and met Paris at a Hospitality tent at a Motorcycle Xcitement track day. Oh yeah...the first time my husband rode on the track was because he won a free track day at the Open House we went to! I don't want to spill all the (good) secrets Bob's has to offer...there were some additional benefits to purchasing his bike from here, that last longer than the moment he takes his bike off the lot today. Two year old bike after highway ride went dead two times in a row. Left the bike with them for repair one time found small hole in manifold which they did fix, but in my mind wasn't the problem. they charged up the bike and said everything was OK. Second run same thing, had towed and left for over a week. Their answer was for me to leave it on a battery charger from now on. Explanation was that it has a lot of electronics and needs to be on a battery tender - charger from now on. That was not told to me when I bought the bike and seemed unreasonable to me that a motorcycle has to be kept on the charger. While they are exceptionally nice people I sold the bike back to them because it wasn't worth the headache. read more

So I ended up buying my 2022 BMW S1000rr as they were the only dealers that were able to get one for my timeline. I drove 70 miles to get to them and as far as the buying experience it was superb! From my very first call to them I could tell they wanted my business and never pushed me in anyway. Anyone I spoke to was willing to answer my questions. The sales team is very knowledgeable. I have yet to get my service done with them but will provide another review once that is done. After I closed on the sale the owner personally thanked me and you could tell he was sincere..If you are in the market for a new BMW I would recommend them. Two words: extraordinary service. I live in The SF Bay Area and even though Bob's BMW is in MD, I will continue to order parts from them for all of my beemers whenever possible. Here are two experiences why... In 1995 I completed the restoration of my '68 R69S, and took off for the ride-of-a-lifetime around the country. One of the aftermarket items I added to the bike was a model-appropriate side stand (a must-have for my fully-loaded bike that made it incredibly difficult to pop up on its centerstand). Because of the extra weight on the bike, when using the stand on a soft surface the bike tilted, bent the sidestand, rendering it useless. By the time I arrived at Bob's BMW in Jessup, Bob himself showed me his awesome vintage bike museum, took a look at my bike and decided to swap out the faulty sidestand for a new one at no cost- even though I didn't buy it there. Wow! Fast forward 23 years, when I replaced the caliper on my R69S brake conversion with a different one, i ran into a non-standard challenge diagnosing the need for a brake master cylinder of a different size to accommodate the different caliper. Most dealers would have thrown up their hands, but Drew Alexander in the parts department dove right into the problem, speaking with his mechanics and even the local airhead club to figure out a solution. This took a lot of time, persistence, and plain caring to get it right for a relatively small immediate sale. From the time I called him randomly on a Saturday a few weeks back to ask a few questions about a bike to the day of delivery a couple weeks later, Paris was super helpful, professional, and very efficient and timely with his communications. I live about 45 miles away from the dealership so we coordinated the details remotely before the delivery day, and everything from pricing, to installing some accessories in advance, and explaining all the features on delivery day was smooth and pleasant. In the past, I don't recall having ever actually enjoyed my time at a motorcycle dealership - or any other dealership for that matter. This place is quite special. The staff are genuine enthusiasts, they take their time talking to customers, and don't pull any dirty tricks when it comes to selling you a bike. I bought my first Beemer bike here last week, and whatever doubt I had about buying into a new brand dissolved when I visited Bob's. The staff are friendly, and Paris who sold me the bike actually took me on a tour of the place and introduced me personally to his colleagues. All customers get this treatment it seems. I met Bob as well, who insisted I let him know whether I was happy with my purchase in a few days time - they're all passionate about bikes and their customers and it shows. They do mark up their prices quite a bit, and they don't give you any BS about it, but they insist that you get what you pay for in terms of the dealership, service experience. For me, the most important thing is that I just trusted their perfectionism and and peace of mind about buying used. I walked out with a fifteen year-old bike in mint condition, flawless really. Lots of love and care for motorcycles here. Worth paying a bit of a premium. They also allow test rides and refused to sell me anything I hadn't ridden first. And there's free coffee and donuts on Saturday. If you want a BMW, buy it from Bob's. Even if you don't think you want one, visit it and have a look around. Awesome bikes and a good time. read more

My 2016 R1200GS Adventure is back at Bob's for it's 600 mile service and farkle installation. I completed the purchase ten days ago, a Birthday present to me. Paris Tato was my salesman. My transaction was complicated - I was trading two bikes for my new Adventure. Paris was patient, knowledgeable and friendly throughout the process. His expert knowledge of the bike was very helpful. I'd do it all again with Paris! Before I close, I've been riding the BMW GS line since 1998. As I moved from 1100cc to 115o and finally to a 2012 R1200GS, each model preformed better than the one it was replacing. It is truly hard to understand how the 2016, Water Cooled bike can be improved on. I highly recommend Bob's BMW and the latest R1200GS, either model will yield lots of smiles as you ride! read more

Bob's BMW has a great showroom whit a wide variety of new and pre owned bikes, that really shows you the various options there are. I worked with Paris Tato on my search for a new ride, he definitely was very useful, willing to hear me out and understand my needs and take on my complete battery of questions. Test rifes for two different bikes were set with out a problem. Once I made my mind, Paris helped sending me all information to deal with my Bank. After Everything was set, got a tour of the service department and got to see first hand how they work. They've got a loaner program for when they service your motorcycle as well. I have nothing but great things to say about these guys! Everyone I spoke to or even passed by was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. It's clear the staff loves the BMW Motorrad brand and wants little more than for every customer to walk away happy and excited to come back. Mattigan took care of me in the Parts Dept today and saved me some money looking for used/salvaged mirrors and small parts before grabbing for the newer, pricier versions. He also owned an older version of my bike model and was excited to chat to me about some rides and experiences he'd had with it. It may not be your size or fit your style, but you won't find anything that isn't the "BEST" of it's breed in this place. Everything is neat and clean, organized *just so*. All the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They are not pushy, and don't mind people just browsing and looking around for hours. They are very interested in giving legitimate riders the opportunity to test ride bikes. (Very rare for motorcycle dealers). The owner is a great guy who is very nice and honest. All of the staff seems knowledgeable and interested in helping riders find good stuff that works for them. I have bought several thousand dollars worth of gear at this place. Jackets, Pants, RainSuits, several sets of gloves, helmets, and lots of electrical stuff. It was expensive, but it is the best quality stuff I have, and it has lasted for years. They have free coffee, and usually have donuts or cookies out. The shop has a comfortable waiting area with things to read. They have glass walls to the shop and you can watch the mechanics work on your bike. The mechanics area looks like an operating room. You could eat off of the floor. I think they only hire mechanics that have OCD or something. Is it expensive... yep. But they aren't ripping people off either. I took a second hand, 3 year old bike there that had a leaking master cylinder and the kickstand components had fallen off. They fixed it all under some kind of "manufacturers defect" warranty, for free, because they said, "This just should NOT happen on this bike." Another time, I had a two year old flip-up helmet that I bought at Bob's. I just happened to stop by to look at what new gear they had qualified as good enough to display in their store. I mentioned that the helmet had gotten a little loose and squeeky. They asked if they could take a look at it. and they sent it off to the manufacturer for me and I ended up getting a refurbished helmet (everything was replaced and rebuilt except for the shell). It was done for free. Granted, the helmet had cost me close to $700 when I bought it, but still... I recently put a deposit on a new model of motorcycle (on a waiting list). I have never bought a "new" motorcycle before. But if I'm going to buy a new bike, I can't think of a better place to buy it from. I have no doubt that they will stand behind their product and make sure that I have a good experience with it. read more

Bobs wrote 2 months ago "2/28/2014 Hello Kevin, We are just coming across your online review; unfortunately we have no records of you contacting us. We never would have waited this long to respond to you if we'd seen it earlier; Bob's has a much higher standard than that. With over 30 years in business, every now and then we hear from someone who does not feel they received the "Ultimate Motorcycling Experience" that we strive to provide each customer. But we have also found that most matters can be resolved fairly easily once the gates of communication are opened. We will contact you directly and hope you will give us an opportunity to make this situation right" Bob's has made no attempts to contact me two months after this follow-up. UPDATE: Bike ended up needing stator, R/R and a bunch of wiring. The previous owner had really messed it up and wired a bunch of stuff to the stator wires were charred etc. Waited until winter ended to fix it and now that it runs ONLY 200 miles after buying it from Bob's it needs a clutch. Brought it to a the dealer, they confirmed. DO not buy a used bike that does not say BMW from Bobs they don't know what they are doing. read more

Bob's bmw isn't like any ordinary dealership. They definitely make you feel like family. I highly recommend this dealer for all your motorcycle needs. About a month ago I came into Bob's to look for a used bike from the gs lineup. Everybody there was super friendly. I was assisted by Tony and Dennis and was given a tour of the facility where I was able to look at the used and new bikes that were in the back. After being shown what they had, I came back after seeing an f800r at another dealer which I had my eyes set on. They had one in the warehouse but nothing for a test ride. I was wary of buying a bike new without being able to try it out. Tony was able to put me on a demo ride of something very similar making the whole process stress free without any pressure. I ended up purchasing the new 2016 f800r soon after and couldn't be happier. Tracie was able to finish my paperwork in no time while helping me find the payments that best suited my needs. Paris sent me off with my bike giving me all the info needed for operating, maintenance and service. I will definitely be coming back, thanks guys! read more

I ride a Harley. Today I went(by riding on my Harley)to Bobs bmws to test ride a G310.The guy sitting in the front desk asked whether if I'm going to buy the bike today. I said NO. Because I want to be honest.Then he replied me saying that they don't let test ride the bike if I'm not going to buy the bike same day. I'm kind of surprised and felt bad. I never experienced this kind of bad customer service. If everyone buy the bike same day you will be out of stock in less than a month. I was genuinely interested in G310 R and who knows I may buy one. Is this the way of doing the business ? TL;DR - I dropped a bike during a demo ride. The team is amazing and understanding, I now have an awesome new bike and they have a customer for life. I started on my motorcycle journey a month ago when I walked into Bob's BMW with my BRC class scheduled a couple weeks out at Howard County Community College. Despite obviously not being ready yet to buy a bike I got tons of tips, a full review of all the bikes in the shop and how they differed, and setup with some great gear for the class. Today I picked up my new F750GS and through the whole experience Paris as well as the entire staff have been fantastic. I couldn't have had a better experience and I'm off to a fantastic start with my first bike in good part because of the team there. I hate to admit it, but I was such a newbie I dropped the bike during a test drive - in the parking lot. When I hadn't even made it out of first gear. Turned the wheel to the left while hitting the front brake and down I went. Incredibly embarrassing experience - but Paris and the team could not have been more supportive and helpful. When he got the bike back up and back in position and asked me "do you still want to take it out?" I was gobsmacked. My ride taking it home and everything since then has been smooth - amazing motorcycle that it is - I'm glad I got it out of my system and I can't be more happy with the understanding, service and support. There isn't a part of the motorcycle Paris didn't describe, an accessory I haven't had explained well or a piece of gear I wasn't able to get properly fitted and ready to go. Never did hear from Joe Southard of Bob's BMW as I was told would happen. I've even gave it a few months for this to happen.

First the good. Tony was great to work with and the R1200GS is an absolutely great bike. I also think it was a fair price for the 2014. However, the bike was listed on craigslist as "for sale by owner" which was deceptive because I had to pay more fees at the dealer. On craigslist "by owner" you pay the price listed and most of the time you pay less. Another concern is the terrible price they offered my on my trade-in. My bike on KBB is worth $2000 trade-in value but Bob's offered me an insulting $300. Not only that, I had to make another 3 hour round trip to take my "$300" bike back home on the trailer I had to rent for an additional day. I sent pictures of my bike before I made the trip to Bob's. They should have let me know they have no value for a Honda trade. read more

I just bought a new bike at Bob's BMW. The purchasing experience could not have been better. Paris and the whole team at Bob's are top notch. They let me test ride the bikes I was interested in. They just gave me the keys and said go have fun. When I returned I knew I wanted a new R1200GS. I put in my order and was called when it came in. Due to the hard winter they had to keep my new bike in their shop longer than I think they would have liked but never made me feel pressured to pick it up. When i finally came in to buy the R1200Gs they made me feel like I was their most important customer. Great experience!!! read more

I give Bob's two-stars for a few reasons. First, they have a pretty darn good selection of bikes, parts and accessories. Their parts and accessory personnel have always been nice folks. That's about all I can say on the positive side. I was in the market for a used or demo R1200GSA last spring, after making the decision to leave the sport-bike world and get into longer touring and some adventure riding. Growing up and always riding dirt bikes, it seemed like a great choice. The R1200GS's reputation defends itself, so I had my mind made up. I headed into Bob's because it was the closest dealer to my place and the reviews looked promising. I rode in on the sport bike I had at the time, and was met in the parking lot by a salesman while I was checking out the bikes. His approach was hardly welcoming. I squeezed in a few questions about the size and weight of the bike, and was simply told, "Well, welcome to the major leagues" (What-ever that is supposed to mean). I guess going from 170hp to 105hp was my introduction to the major leagues? He never once asked me what I was looking for or details about my riding experience, just treated me like I was some novice. (Maybe I didn't fit the proper demographic of current owners? I don't know... After letting him finish his pitch, I told him thanks and I wandered around on my own. A few weeks later after letting that bad-taste in my mouth wear off and after selling the other bike, I was ready to buy and figured I would give them another shot because I saw that they had a few bikes in-stock. Although they were priced higher than NADA and other dealers, I figured if I got good service and they worked the price a bit, we could strike a deal. No such luck. This time, I wasn't even approached until I was walking out the door after 20-25 minutes of walking around. I ended up finding a GSA 6-hours away at another dealer who not only sent awesome videos and pictures of the bike I was interested in, but provided better customer service over the phone than Bob's could in-person. It seems like the folks who have dealt with Bob's for years, really enjoy them, and don't mind paying their higher than MSRP prices, but as a possible new customer, my experiences sucked. As I mentioned earlier, they do have a nice amount of not only bikes, but parts and accessories in stock, but their prices have almost always been higher than MSRP. Do they not realize that customers can check prices on their phones? To add insult to injury, they sell a lot of used BMW parts on Craigslist that are usually over-priced. Like most customers, I appreciate quality (Not only in my bike, but a dealer). Although I do not drink the "BMW Kool-Aid" (I am not brand loyal at all), but I do consider BMW more of a "premium brand" of motorcycles and would expect a dealer to offer service to match. Being a new guy in the BMW world I went here looking for that, and did not receive anything close to it. I drive out of state now for my parts, accessories and service. read more

I had a BMW R1200RT many years ago that I had bought privately but always serviced at Bob's. The service team has always been professional and straightforward. Recently, after not having a bike for almost 5 years I got the itch again. If you have owned or rode a BMW motorcycle before, there is no other bike that takes its place. I started shopping and went to Bob's and was met by a very nice guy Tony Rouse who was very helpful, but I wasn't ready. A few weeks later I made a phone inquiry and was told that Tony had moved to service so I started talking to a sales adviser Jim Eagan. With some emails back and forth I ended up purchasing a very well cared for 2010 R1200RT from Bob's. Buying a used bike requires faith, in the sense that you hope it was well cared for and in a condition that you would want your own bike to be after many years of riding. That is the type of pre-owned product that Bob's sells. It may not be the cheapest bike of that year and model but it was well taken care for with records of complete service. Jim Eagan went out of his way to make me comfortable and work with me. The delivery was smooth and everyone including Bob was pleasant and approachable. I do have to mention one other department as well .... Parts & Accessories. I have never gone to any vehicle related store where the parts staff (like Mattigan) are this helpful and patient.
