They scratched my tire all up, they tires looks like junk. I'm paying close to $400 dollars to put on a tire. This is how people are these days, ridiculous. You don't have to like me but do your JOB right. I love the lady in parts, she's great and the 2nd star is for her. And you lose my Ram mount cushion!? Totally unprofessional to the service employees who worked on my bike. And Honda will always be better then Suzuki to my guy in sales.

They did a great job installing/balancing tires, and new chain/sprockets. There were a lot of bikes and they got it done efficiently. I dropped it off Friday Morning 10:00AM and it was completed around lunchtime.

I had the pleasure of working with Jenny. She is something special. Jenny was very helpful and patient with me. I truly enjoyed her customer service. I was their for about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. No fault of hers or the shop. I was indecisive back and forth between jackets. Jenny gave me options; made me feel like she really cared about what I wanted. She really made my day and my experience their one to remember. Because of her patients and excellent service I can proudly say that I spent more money than I wanted to because of my experience and I felt good about my purchase. It was worth every penny. Oh and I can't forget about Will that works their too. He went above and beyond for me with my most recent purchase. Thanks Will for looking out. When it's time for an upgrade I'll be back "you guy's have earned my business." As long as u keep the same staff. Great people the whole team!! I'll be back soon to pick up some boots that my fiancé ordered. Keep up the great work, and you got a customer for life. Latasha

I have been riding for 45 years - many of those on GoldWings. Honda marks their large motorcycle wheels at the factory to show where to place a tire's heavy point (dot). This aids in balancing the tires. I politely asked Honda of Crofton to mount my new tires' yellow (heavy) dot adjacent to these marks. This minimizes the number of balancing weights required, and provides the smoothest ride possible. I even added tape to the factory marks, and made my request in writing. The manager and technician completely ignored my request, resulting in a huge number of stick-on weights, and a front wheel imbalance. Additionally, the technician broke a panel on my trunk, which I found a few miles after I left the shop. I found the employees unfriendly and uncommunicative. The service manager did not outline what work was completed, nor break down my bill. The facility is crowded with quads, motorcycles, and lawnmowers. There are three basic chairs in the middle of this for customers to wait. No refreshments were apparent or offered. The facility is unclean and unkempt. My "technician" was "pulled from the warehouse" because they were understaffed. I'm not sure he/she is actually a certified GoldWing tech. My experience was underwhelming and leaves me with doubts about the quality of their work. Worst of all is that patronizing feeling of being patted on the head and ignored. I've been riding and wrenching longer than most of these employees have been alive. If you value trust and respect, take your business elsewhere. Update ... The owner has reached out to me to discuss my experience. He kindly offered to rebalance my tires using my (Honda's) preferred method. I appreciate the follow up.

There was a parts problem which necessitated re-ordering of a couple of critical parts. This took nearly 8 months, but was not entirely the dealer's fault. They also covered winter storage after completion. What I find inexcusable is that several light harnesses were cut, and I had to re-manufacture these harnesses. My aftermarket horn was removed, along with the plug-in harness and relay for it. I did get the actual horns back after an angry call and another trip, but not the harness. One of my front factory auxiliary lights had its harness cut. And last (so far, just found today, a month later) the leather tank bra is gone. When I complained to their "customer rep" text, I got "Glad you figured your wiring out and got your horns back." During the process, I received calls from the dealer saying "I have great news, please call back" only to have it be a sales pitch for me to buy a new bike. What makes this difficult is I don't blame the service writers. They were amazing through the whole process. But, this experience made me realize that I just don't want to spend any more money at a dealer chain that doesn't respect my business enough to put things back the way they found them.

After getting the bike home, I immediately noticed major issues -- it now runs terribly, stalls frequently, and the ride is no longer smooth. This was not the case before I brought it in. While I'd like to believe this wasn't intentional, it's hard to ignore the timing. The staff seemed friendly and provided decent customer service, but that doesn't change the fact that my bike went from working perfectly to running poorly right after their service. I will be contacting Ducati Corporation to file a formal complaint. If my concerns are validated, I will have nothing positive to say about Bob's Ducati going forward.

It all started when a friend encouraged me to take a BMW Rider Academy class in South Carolina that Bob's organized and sponsored--getting my friends and me discounts on the class and sending Yale and Amy to represent Bob's there. I wanted to buy an adventure bike after the course, and when I texted Yale on a Saturday night after hours, he surprised me by responding immediately. We ended up talking for over 30 minutes about my riding goals and hopes & dreams, all after work hours! I went into Bob's several days later, and Yale started out by giving me a tour and introducing me to everyone. Much to my surprise, they all already knew who I was, knew I'd be coming, knew I'd been at the course in South Carolina... it just really felt like home... like family. And what's more, because I had told Yale on the phone that my primary concern was seat height, he had already researched seat heights on multiple makes and models (not just BMWs or Ducatis) for me. Over the course of my purchasing experience, I got to know multiple people at Bob's - Yale, Amy, Jim, Lorrie... I could have purchased this bike at any number of dealers... I chose Bob's because I felt like I was home. So the bottom line is that if you want an experience that makes you feel like you're home among family... just call Yale at Bob's Motorcycles for your next new or used bike purchase or trade-in.

She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions.
