The parts…read moredepartment was very helpful in ordering the desired (Bridgestone) tires, and scheduling a prompt service appointment. while the service department provided quick service, I found the service manager and technician lacking in courtesy and professionalism. I have been riding for 45 years - many of those on GoldWings. Honda marks their large motorcycle wheels at the factory to show where to place a tire's heavy point (dot). This aids in balancing the tires. I politely asked Honda of Crofton to mount my new tires' yellow (heavy) dot adjacent to these marks. This minimizes the number of balancing weights required, and provides the smoothest ride possible. I even added tape to the factory marks, and made my request in writing. The manager and technician completely ignored my request, resulting in a huge number of stick-on weights, and a front wheel imbalance. Additionally, the technician broke a panel on my trunk, which I found a few miles after I left the shop. I found the employees unfriendly and uncommunicative. The service manager did not outline what work was completed, nor break down my bill. The facility is crowded with quads, motorcycles, and lawnmowers. There are three basic chairs in the middle of this for customers to wait. No refreshments were apparent or offered. The facility is unclean and unkempt. My "technician" was "pulled from the warehouse" because they were understaffed. I'm not sure he/she is actually a certified GoldWing tech. My experience was underwhelming and leaves me with doubts about the quality of their work. Worst of all is that patronizing feeling of being patted on the head and ignored. I've been riding and wrenching longer than most of these employees have been alive. If you value trust and respect, take your business elsewhere. Update ... The owner has reached out to me to discuss my experience. He kindly offered to rebalance my tires using my (Honda's) preferred method. I appreciate the follow up.

She did her research and was blessed to find MG MotorSports less than 15 minutes for our new home. The crazy thing about her motorcycle journey is that the first time we had ever been in the Sterling area was when we attended our first ever "Finish The Race" gathering at Calvary Temple. At the time we never envisioned living here now. MG Motorsports exemplifies the true sense of community with just how they show their sense of professionalism with their customers. From beginning to end My daughter and I were impressed by the attention to detail in helping my daughter feel confident in her selection. Both Zach and Greg made themselves available for any and all questions and final delivery scheduling. I knew the hand shakes were true and a lasting relationship in this communities motorcycle world was there for her going forward. Part of the reason I say this is because I know they couldn't have made a lot of money on this sale. Yet every single interaction was a pleasant surprise! When I called about the bike Mike answered all my questions in a straight forward manner. He quickly told me the out the door price, the history and condition of the KLR (even sent me a video of it) reconfirmed that it was ABS, the crash bars and racks were included, they had copies of the service records, only had 780 miles on it. He was patient during the process of me wiring MGMOTORSPORTS the payment. His communication was excellent. He also offered reasonable shipping from VA to OK or agreed to store it a couple weeks until I could pick it up. When it came time to pick it up Mike personally met me at a subway station and drove me to the shop in Sterling. The motorcycle was ready to go and his wife was great with all the paperwork ready. I watched and listened as they dealt with other customers and they were sincerely pleasant with everyone. When it was time to leave, Mike and an employee checked the fluids, tire pressure, ect, one last time in front of me. We shook hands, he had an employee lead me in a company truck out Sterling to the main road headed west so I wouldn't get lost. Every couple of days as I leisurely rode back home to Oklahoma Mike would text me to make sure everything was good and askif I had any questions.     I bought a Seadoo Trophy Fish Pro 170 from them in 2024. I took delivery of it 3 days later. I…read moregot it home, put it out on the water and had a good time, but noticed the battery was low pretty quick. Also noticed it rattled a lot. I tried to get out on the water at Indian River Inlet, but it would not start. That was it for 2024 season and I was traveling a lot during 2025 and it was just sitting in my garage where I'd start it up a couple times every other month off the garden hose. I did my research this last spring now it's spring 2026. I know all there is to know about maintenance for this Seadoo, So the first thing I did was change the oil, the oil filter, the spark plugs and cap off the coolant. But then I noticed they failed to connect the 2nd battery. They hadn't even opened the plastic bag for the connection parts. After the oil drain, I found it was 1.5 quarts low on oil. It barely had any coolant in it. It was also sitting on the trailer improperly. I only had 4 hours on the Trophy and felt that it was running like crap...but how was I to know that Pete's Cycle of Severna was trying to sabotage my Seadoo out of the gate. I just finished my first seasonal today and I cannot tell you how aggravated at Pete's Cycle of Severna Park I am. If the thing blew up, they'd accept no responsibility for it. There is something seriously wrong with those people, I mean...they'd let you die out on the water with all their shortcomings and walk away without any gumption of responsibility. I wouldn't even buy toilet paper from them and I'd only send my worst enemies to their sh!tshow of a business. I hope this review touches everyone that is considering doing business with them for the next 20 years. And to your staff.... this is what you get when you try to not only hurt your customers, but screw them as well. Someone from Severna Park Better Business Bureau needs to inspect this business for putting their customer's lives at risk. Next, I'm writing Seadoo Corporate to tell them the same thing I'm dropping here. I don't want money back, I don't want and extra benefits to smooth things over... I want them to go out of business.
