And told them I need it back same day is that a problem, was told by someone "not a problem" won't be coming back, staff seems to switch over every time I come by, which Has stopped and started taking my bikes to a much higher quality shop in the local area, I suggest check around and try other places. And no one told me in the "service dept" you could text the shop, and MAYBE someone would answer.

I met Alex Gurevich, auto/paint manager, when I walked through the door. He was kind and informative as to what my next steps would be after the damage I received from a hit and run. It was reassuring to take my car to someone who knew the correct way to work with insurance and law enforcement. The work that was done on my car was perfect. I had just bought the car a month earlier and the damage was fixed as if it never happened. All fixed, all polished, all clean. Very happy to get my car back like it was just off the car lot. He also do shady things underneath the plastics and buys crashed bikes to re-sell them. He is not only a con artist but a pervert as he made a pass on me and my daughter when we drove down. My husband is not thrilled its ashamed shops like this are around but they need to be removed. At the least I will let the public know about my experience with them.
