My car was rear ended and I was fearful of taking it to a body shop that didn't have excellent painters. I am very particular about this car; it doesn't even come out in the winter time once the salt hits the road. Chris assured me that LCC can do paint and I would be fine going there. I have to say, from the time I went to get the estimate, I knew I was going to be happy. I worked with Bob Simpson, who was very thorough in compiling the estimate and explaining their role in the claim process. He took a number of photos, crawled under the car to get additional photos, and completed a helluva lotta forms. I dropped the car off and was kept abreast of everything by Skip, who is the owner (I didn't know it at the time, since he didn't introduce himself that way). When I went to pick it up, I did the standard inspection and walk around to see if there was anything that looked mismatched. I did this for a good five minutes and couldn't find a flaw. They were even nice enough to buff out a scratch I placed on the car while backing my road bike out of the garage. These guys are awesome, and if you value a good paint job, outstanding service, and very clean body work, you'll gladly make the drive to Purceville. It was well worth it for me!

This has to be a fairly new Sheetz in the area. But, it has been a hot minute since I have been…read morethrough Winchester. So I may be in the wrong. Sunlight was starting to show on my journey and I thought that this would be as good as any place to make a stop to maybe grab a bite to eat, or at least grab a snack. This lot is huge, and almost feels like it is part of a bigger plan. This is evident when you circle around the lot. It feels like they have something in line for the lot directly behind Sheetz where they have already placed an entrance for whatever their thought was. Also at the back of the lot, it shares the space for the car wash next door. With the drive thru service at the rear, you definitely need to pay attention back here for the flow of traffic. I went inside to use the facilities, which were in decent shape. I could tell that this was a new store and that it is filled with everything we have become accustom to for a Sheetz. Back outside it was obvious that this location is quite busy. The constant flow of customers is obvious when the change in vehicles is so quick that by the time I went inside and came back out it was like the whole lot changed over.

Walking in the store was very clean, bright and inviting, the staff were friendly and talkative to everyone who entered including myself. Me and my buddy ended up getting some of the app samplers to try out their food, you got to choose 3 of the 7 different appetizers they make ready to serve. I got the chicken bites, mozzarella sticks and cheese curds with the Dr Pepper BBQ sauce and we both enjoyed them for what they were. They were made in front of us and hot when we received them and I didn't know I needed some Dr Pepper BBQ sauce in life until that moment! And for the $7.11 price tag the price was fitting for the amount I got and the quality. All in all a good experience.

I was in the market to trade a vehicle and buy a new one and reached out to several dealers in the area who did not listen, tried to shove what they had on the lot down my throat, And throw in hidden items that were not needed. Ryan has been my service advisor who referred me to Tyler and Tyler and Frank work together to get me a great price for my trade-in and a wonderful price on my new car. Olivia handled all the paperwork and financing and was an absolute joy to deal with. All of them listened to my requirements And we're incredibly respectful of my time. I was able to negotiate everything over the phone and online so when I walked into the dealership, I was there an hour filling out paperwork and taking delivery. It is never been such a quick and effortless process in all of my years of buying cars. I highly recommend this dealership and this team.
