I bought a used 2020 BMW i3 from Elite in 2023. The vehicle condition was similar to a new car, but the price was heavily discounted. I've owned this car for almost a whole year now and I still love it. I haven't had any problems with it. The buying experience was pleasant, with the only hiccup that the salesman was not very knowledgeable about the car. I had already done my research though and was able to answer my own questions with a quick test drive and poking around in the car's software. I did not have the same issues as other reviewers with the tags. They got me permanent tags with weeks to spare before the temp tags were set to expire. In my experience, they represent a car honestly. If they are selling it as like-new, it will be nearly factory condition. If they are selling it with known issues, they will disclose the issues and knock a large sum off the price. You just have to know what you're getting before you buy, which is the responsibility of the buyer. read more

I originally was unsure if I would actually go to this location seeing I had already an appointment with Mercedes in Arlington. However Bob sent me an extremely detailed email on all the specifics on this vehicle ( I really like reading all the small print) and seemed very helpful on his approach. I decided to give the chance to Bob and set an appointment to see in person. I can say he totally meet my expectations between being transparent and a joker. He had me laughing to the end. This broker is as crooked as they come; they list vehicles in a fraudulent manner and verbally misrepresent their vehicles . I purchased a 2018 E400 from them, what a mistake!! Excellent paintwork - Images show damage to vehicles door reveals and fender 4 Continental Tires @ 70% - actually 3 Continental @ 20% & 1 Goodyear @ 50% Car was described as detailed & non smoker - Neither was true!, Locking wheel nuts... none present!! 2 Keys... only 1 provided Excellent interior - Carpet is torn and dash trim cracked!! I have bought numerous cars from many states never have I experienced a dealer worth such a blatant disregard for the truth! The owners suggestion at resolution.... I can buy you some used tires from ebay and gave them shipped to you... I just bought a $50k car from you and this is the best you can do. I did a stringent search on auto trader, that's how I found Elite Auto Brokers. They have deals that don't exist anywhere else, and the prices are extremely competitive. I live in Michigan, I actually flew down to this dealership in Maryland. This is not just your regular dealership, these people are very nice. The manager Steve was amazing, he's the one that handled everything very smoothly. I also met the owner briefly who was extremely nice. If only zero stars were an option. Purchased a 2016 VW in 2/2023 from Elite Auto Brokers for $14,000. The vehicle has had three major repairs (in excess of $6,000), the first of which was shortly after purchase. The repairs include replacing the intake manifold, spark plugs, battery (twice) and fuel injectors. We were told by VW that the fuel injectors are never a normal wear & tear issue, at which point we contacted our salesman, Bob. We called Bob for a week and each time he assured us that the manager would return our calls. Needless to say, he did not. As other reviewers have suggested, we are suspicious that there was major damage to this car that was not revealed to us. Furthermore, it is unclear whether Elite is incompetent (unable to identify major mechanical issues) or deceptive (knew it had issues but sold it anyway). Perhaps a little bit of both. BUYER BEWARE and steer clear of Elite Auto Brokers. I will also be reporting this dealership to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Title/paperwork has made my experience very painful and taken the joy out of my new vehicle. Out of state buyers need to be careful. Timeline of events to be factual: Wk Aug 12th: Car purchased by myself Aug 20: Car delivered to myself (shipped from MD to IN) Aug 30: Reached out to EAB to check on title and registrstion. Sept 3: I was notified by EAB that additional VIN form was needed Sept 4: Required VIN form submitted to EAB by myself Sept 9, 11, 18, 19, 24, 25: Requested update on when registration/tags can be expected. EAB did promptly respond each time and I was given answer that tags will be delivered shortly. Sept 30: Latest request for update and given date of Oct 7th. (54 days from purchase) I have purchased other vehicles out of state and have always had registrations in hand within 30 days of sale. As of Sept 27th, (45 days from sale) I am out of compliance with my state's laws. I recognize that EAB uses a third party company to do title paperwork. However I expect EAB to be accountable for execution. Which unfortunately is failing at the minute. I would strongly reccomend protecting yourself by having photos taken of title, request tracking details of transactions with their title company and stay on top of them regularly. I hope I will be able to update this post before Oct 7 to say that I have my paperwork/registration complete and avoid any further escalation. read more

In my humble opinion, Elite Auto Brokers is a thoroughly dishonest dealership. I went to Elite to purchase a 2016 Mercedes C300 sedan which was listed on their website for 29K. They were extremely inflexible on the price of the car, citing that they would only make $800 from the sale. When I took the car for a pre-purchase inspection, an employee at a Mercedes shop that has worked exclusively on Mercedes vehicles for over thirty years, told me in very strong terms not to purchase the vehicle. His inspection revealed that the car had major structural damage, which had been fixed, but which was completely unreported by Elite, and which did not appear on the Auto Trader report that they gave me. The employee told me that there were a variety of error codes that were revealed by the inspection that Elite never disclosed. He also noted a very long list of additional problems, and told me that based on his inspection, the car was worth a maximum of $8K. I was willing to give Elite the benefit of the doubt, since they are a wholesaler, and I thought they may not have been aware of these problems. However, when I told their employee that the reason that I was not purchasing the car was because of the undisclosed accident and related damage that reduced the value of the vehicle to 8K, Elite's employee said, "good old Mercedes. Let me post this back right now on our website." When I asked this employee whether he would like the name and number of the place that I took the vehicle to, so that he could learn more about the problems with the vehicle before it was re-posted/sold, the employee replied, "oh. We can reach out ourselves. We take these cars to the Mercedes dealership all the time." He never even asked what shop or dealership that I took the car to, so he could "reach out." If you are looking for an honest, transparent dealership that you can trust, who will give you a fair purchase price, I would strongly recommend that you avoid Elite Auto Brokers. I saw an add for a Mercedes, I was in the area and I decided to stop by to their place in Gaithersbug. They let me test drive the car, they were very courteous and did not pressure the purchase. I was there with my BMW but based on my past experience with official dealers I was very skeptic we could make a deal. ( My last experience a few years back I tried a trade in with dealer in Rockville but they offered me 40% less than the value of my car and of course I left). They offered me ( to my surprise) a very fair value for my BMW and their processing charges were very minimal when compared to the last car I bought from an official dealer. I went to this dealership twice with a serious intention of buying a GLC-300 and felt a total lack of customer service. The first time was an hour or so before closing and talked to the owner (or perhaps he was the manager) he handed me off to a salesman who basically took me to his garage where all the cars are and pointed to all of them. I clarified that I was looking at a specific GLC, he did not know where it was. I brushed the incident off as I figured it was closing time. I have had a bad experience at this car shop. I trusted these guys and it was not a good decision on my part. They told me i do not need to worry about this car for a year - well, in the first 4 months I had to visit the mercedes dealership twice for repairs and perform an A1 service on top of that. Some of the car issues, like a front axle noise, broken mouth-pad, broken speaker, broken window and trunk switches were there from the very beginning - does not look like the a "showroom ready" car at all. BTW, they told me at the dealership that it was quite dangerous to drive with that broken front axle. Very, very disappointing experience for buying a luxury car from this car shop. read more

I bought a 2008 Audi S4 from elite and the buying experience was great fast and easy. The owner Moshe provided a no pressure environment and gave me a great deal. On his website he offered a free car fax. He even replaced the spair tire which had a bubble in it for free as well as detailed the car and filled the gas tank. I will be keeping an eye on his site and will definitely buying from him again. A+++ service that you wouldn't expect from a used car dealership.
