Ribs are amazing. Fall off the bone perfection. My wife and I tend to take our time, so our dining room service was a little lacking. It's understandable that the servers want to turn tables but we don't want to rush. It's definitely a fun place with a reasonable price point. People who likes sport bar/restaurant, will love this place. A lot of TVs, places to sit, watch the game... so it's a noisy place, in a game day. They have a lot of option to eat, and also a special that includes a side, salad, some garlic bread and a beverage (including house wine or beer). We had the full rack ribs, it was a little dry. Salad was good. Also the steak, was at the temperature that I asked for, medium, and very tender. Rice and beans very bland. Hubby and I decided to head on over as our 18 year old son and his friends go there quite often. Now I know why. They do have a big bar, many appetizers, and specials. The people kept pouring in. The host and hostess were doing a good job of staggered seating as not to overwhelm the wait staff, they were randomly telling people various wait times which at one point ranged from 15-30 minutes. Others was from 40 minutes to over an hour. We were seated in a booth but the table and seats don't coincide. It's like you have to sit on your knees. I ordered the fried mahi sandwich and a salad. The salad was forgotten and the sandwich was fried in old oil. Hubbys burger as he said was "hammered" . WAayyy overdone. I did ask to take my salad to go for lunch tomorrow. I have no complaints for this location what so ever. What actually brought me to write a review is the amazing service. I always catch the bartender Bianca when I go and she's always pleasant and welcoming not to mention a beauty. She makes the whole experience a 10 out of 10 and always making sure me and my company are well taken care of. I always tell her they don't appreciate her enough, Nina is also great and pleasant. In my opinion, the best hamburgers that you will find anywhere in Stewart. Nice ambience and the servers are very personable and responsive. Stay away from their prime beef special. As I came with a Florida native who not only worked here several years ago but was a big fan, he as well was very dissatisfied. The rockin rib rolls used to be ROCKIN, now, they seem to be just reheated and not to fresh at all. With the chicken sandwich, it came with more fried onions then chicken in which I needed to remove. The chicken was very dry as well as the roll being fresh out the freezer! The dirty rice, was soggy and probably 3/4 days old. The best part, was the Tito's spicy Bloody Mary, besides the fact that you can obviously tell it was not freshly made. So thanks again flanagins as I will NOT be seeing you again. Service was good however didn't to know about the drink specials and though she just started, obviously she was not trained about the menu. This was the first time my family of 6 visited this place because a family member really had a great lunch and exceptional service. Unfortunately that was not our case. One of the kids burger was completely burnt and the server brought it out with everyone order. Brought to server's attention and he took it back and it took a long time to get another burger. When I inquired the server stated "It's coming." By the time her food came everyone was done eating- totally disappointed that no one checked our food. My burger Big Daddy wasn't burnt but meat was dry. The ribs were moist and tender. The ambiance was great. We sat in front of the fish tank and kids enjoyed watching the fish. Also, the server took a long time to come back after he left the bill. He passed our table 3 times without checking to see if we were ready to pay. I had to get his attention- wow!!! Take Out for Employee lunch. My Coworkers picked Flanigan's, I've never been. Ordered online & I volunteered to pick up. There is parking for take out, which was good because the place was booming with the lunch crowd. Take Out has a side door with a counter inside. Our experience at Flanigan's started off with exceptional customer service with the hostess, Avia. She was very accommodating and understanding in my family's needs. The manager on duty this evening (01/03/3025) was also very understanding. We appreciated the exceptional customer service as it is hard to find these days. Our server, Natalia, was great as well! Good food. A bit misleading when you order the free wing special on Wednesday if you order a $10.99 pitcher of coke. I was charged $1.99 for my free wing special. Just kind of confusing. The server was very accommodating but was in a bit of a hurry to go to the next thing. I also tried to pay with a Visa gift card and told that would not work.
