This was the first time my family of 6 visited this place because a family member really had a great lunch and exceptional service. Unfortunately that was not our case. One of the kids burger was completely burnt and the server brought it out with everyone order. Brought to server's attention and he took it back and it took a long time to get another burger. When I inquired the server stated "It's coming." By the time her food came everyone was done eating- totally disappointed that no one checked our food. My burger Big Daddy wasn't burnt but meat was dry. The ribs were moist and tender. The ambiance was great. We sat in front of the fish tank and kids enjoyed watching the fish. Also, the server took a long time to come back after he left the bill. He passed our table 3 times without checking to see if we were ready to pay. I had to get his attention- wow!!! This will be the last time we eat here and I am not recommending it. They need to start checking the food before customers get it and server needs to be more attentive!! read more

Our experience at Flanigan's started off with exceptional customer service with the hostess, Avia. She was very accommodating and understanding in my family's needs. The manager on duty this evening (01/03/3025) was also very understanding. We appreciated the exceptional customer service as it is hard to find these days. Our server, Natalia, was great as well! We enjoyed the clam chowder, firecracker shrimp, fish tacos and fried shrimp dinners. Definitely recommend for a great family night. read more

Good food. A bit misleading when you order the free wing special on Wednesday if you order a $10.99 pitcher of coke. I was charged $1.99 for my free wing special. Just kind of confusing. The server was very accommodating but was in a bit of a hurry to go to the next thing. I also tried to pay with a Visa gift card and told that would not work. All the food was good and we will be back again. Next time we will ask more questions before ordering. read more

One of our friends favorite places so we gave it a whirl. Monday night special... pitcher of beer. soda or tea and get nachos free. Whoa! What an order of nachos! Great app for 4 people and very good. The hubby and I split a rack of ribs which they are known for. I love good ribs and these were definitely good and we really liked the sauce used. The waitress was attentive and I enjoyed the ambience even though we were in the bar. Green I my fav color and there was a green glow from the light. We definitely enjoyed our meal. read more

Busy and fun bar and grill for everyone! Whether you're in town visiting and staying at the hotel next door or one of the neighboring ones or a local, Flannigan's seems like a great choice. If you're looking for a nice bar atmosphere or a solid meal they offer both with a tiki like vibe...there's also an outdoor patio which is dog friendly, so you can bring your buddy along! My fiancé and I stopped in for dinner and had not only wonderful service, but satisfying meals as well. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and there was about a 20 min wait (less than that, and they text you when your table is ready)...once sat, we encountered a very bubbly and cheerful server who hit all the points from start to finish. For our meals I ordered the chipotle salmon sandwich w dirty rice and he ordered the Cajun chicken pasta and added a side garden salad (this was really for me, and we took the dirty rice home for him for later). I asked for blackened salmon, added lettuce & tomato, and sauce on the side. It came out exactly as ordered. The salmon was a touch dry (I usually order it med rare, but forgot to mention it so it was probably cooked more med to med well and for most people it's the right cook temp...I just prefer it more towards med rare, but it was definitely cooked nicely). The salad was very big for a side (no complaints there!) and had a nice mix of veggies and toppings. I had jalapeño ranch dressing on the side...had a little zip, but could've been more flavorful in my opinion. My fiancé was happy w his dish (sorry no pic!) and I tried one of the garlic rolls...warm, buttery, nice chew, and good cheese sprinkle, but it is a roll and not a knot (for those thinking it's a super garlicky knot like pizzeria style), so still not as much garlic as you may think, but a nice accompaniment to the pasta. Came in with a friend around 9pm, a server didn't come around to our table until about ten minutes after we sat - and the place was not busy. The atmosphere, however, was fun and casual. The trivia cards on the table were a nice touch. I got the vegetable pesto pasta which came with a really nice amount of veggies which I appreciated. Unfortunately most of the veggies were cold as if the dish had been left to sit a bit too long. My friend got the fresh tuna which she said was over cooked. Three of us went to dinner tonight as we have done about once every 6 weeks and usually enjoy it all. Tonight, not as much. I tried the Joe's Meal Strip steak and was disappointed. We had dinner here tonight and it was amazing. The BBQ sauce paired with the curly fries, sooo good. The wings are also so good. My fiancé had a cheeseburger and he said it was the best burger he's had in a very long time. I had the grouper fingers and the breading was perfect. But the real cherry on top was the dessert. It was a brownie, with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and kitkats. As full as we were we couldn't stop eating. Our server was Sacha (I'm sorry if I spelled that wrong!) but service was also great.
