Ribs were great! Service was great (thank you, Michael)! Everyone was pleased with their food. The Joe's Pale Ale was not so great, very weak and not worth it for us. The thing really bringing down to four stars was that the booth that we were seated at was across from the kitchen which usually wouldn't bother me, but the whole ambiance of the experience was thrown by the fluorescent lighting. Additionally the booth abutted to the waiting area and so there we're waiting patrons and kids kind of hanging over me while I was eating. I will still be back and hopefully will be seated in a different section. Definitely recommend for a good meal! read more

My husband & I have been long time patrons of Flanigan's in Stuart for many, many years. We stopped by there today on our way home at lunchtime. Our waitress Cassandra was so sweet, very attentive without being over bearing. Our soups were delicious as always but when our entree's came out my husbands sweet potato fries were barely warm and extremely dark (burnt looking) with a dash of cinnamon sugar on them (barely any). I had also ordered sweet potato fries without cinnamon sugar and my order came out with regular fries. I let the runner know that was not what I ordered so it was returned to the kitchen. When my plate was returned to the table the sweet potato fries had cinnamon sugar on them and were burnt. Once again I explained I did not want the cinnamon sugar. I also let them know my husbands fries were barely warm and over cooked. The runner went back to the kitchen for a few minutes and returned to the table with the same plate and said they did not have any fries without the cinnamon sugar. I told her to just bring an extra plate to the table and I would switch plates with the sandwiches so my husband could at least have hotter fries. app. 15 minutes in to the meal out came a plate with sweet potato fries with no cinnamon sugar - hooray, until I tasted one and they were burnt as well extremely dark and tasted like burnt grease (not edible). When our waitress came back to the table to check on us I let her know what was going on and that who ever was making the sweet potato fries should be dishing desserts instead of cooking because they do not know what they were doing. She offered to have the manager know so she could come to the table. She left for several minutes and came back stating the manager (Gabby) was too busy to come to our table and she apologized for her. Needless, to say I was very disappointed the manager could not check on long time customers to try and make this experience a better dining experience - she could of offered to take one of the meals off the bill or at the very least a free dessert since 1/2 of the meal was not edible. Our bill was $53.41 and was not worth 1/2 of that. I am very disappointed in the food, value of the food and dining experience and the manager's lack of attention. My husband and I usually visit Flanagan's at least once a month but I do think it will be long time before we go back. What a shame this restaurant has gone down hill so badly. Maybe new management would help. read more

Always a staple for good food quantity and a friendly waitstaff the decor is also top notch whether you are inside or outside and they go out of the way to please you everyone I brought their loved it it would go back on their own, even. The garlic rolls are the closest thing to the ones I've had up north, and even better than your typical Italian restaurant that is down here in the Stuart area. And if you eat too much, it's great that they have a hotel next-door that you could walk through right out of the side entrance without even going in the rain give it a shot. read more

I am staying at hotel i am handicapped I walked about 50yards to front of restaurant I needed to sit down. I saw benches in front of restaurant had signs stating social distance was in effect. I sat down no one else around. A rude young person came out and told me there was a 15 minute wait. And the benches were closed!!!! And did I want to be put on the list!!!!! I was not offered a seat or anywhere to sit. I guess I was expected to stand next to my walker This establishment is not equipped to handle handicapped customer's And threats you with rudeness if you are handicapped. read more

As a South Florida native I've been to almost every Flanigan's on the coast. This is right next to the Quality Inn and at noon on Sunday, the bar was nearly full and plenty of people beginning their day drinking. I ordered the fish dip which comes with packaged crackers, warm tortilla chips, celery and carrot sticks, and a modest serving size of fish dip. It looks like a regular haunt for a lot of people but the bar patrons are generally friendly and we had a very attentive bartender who got us what we needed but wasn't overbearing. I like that the bar has 50+ trivia cards with the menu stands so you can learn something or challenge someone else to an intellectual dual. No substitutions on the menu so if you have serious allergies or are used to subs you may need to look elsewhere. Overall Flanigans has a laidback, cool, salt life vibe. read more

(There was 2.4 ounces of tuna) It comes with bacon bits (there was about a teaspoon full), homemade croutons, and shredded parmesan cheese. (There was a tablespoon full). Could 4 diners be wrong and server Damien be right? When presented the bill I thought it was for another table; besides the fact the he was mostly invisible when you needed something. The manager didn't have a clue to what the problem was when we explained it to him. His gesture to discount the bill was demeaning and just an attempt to get us out. Nice impromptu date night - you can always depend on good food, friendly and attentive staff, and good music. The BBQ rib rolls we yummy (as always). I had the Texas burger (medium-rare) and sweet potato fries. It was big, with blue cheese crumbles and bacon. Glad I asked for the buffalo sauce on the side - it was little overpowering and totally not necessary. Keith liked his tuna philly, but didn't eat all his curly fries. I am addicted to the sweet tea served here! I also love the steakhouse soup there. The waitstaff is friendly and attentive. I only have one complaint: not enough tables and chairs inside. As a person with mobility issues, there is just ONE table I can sit at inside. It's very disappointing when that table is occupied and we have to go somewhere else. Flanigan's is a fun and great place to hang and to eat good food, however, when sitting at the bar or in the bar area, does the music really have to be that loud??? One can't even talk to the people at your own table because it's so loud. Can't hear each other talk...AT ALL!! That's the only adjustment your place needs, can you please just turn it down a couple notches, especially earlier in the evening?? Late night I understand, but not during peak dinner hours! On another note. We went there Friday for dinner. Our stomach's have gotten smaller so we shared the Flanigan's Burger that came with fries. The Flanigan burger has sautéed onions, mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese (lots of cheese, at that). The server brought out the extra plate right away with our meal and we cut the burger in half and away we went!! Had at it! Neither hubby nor I could finish our half of the burger as it was so big. It was cooked perfectly medium rare like we asked and just so oh full of flavor! The food here really is good. The onion straws are wonderful. Each day has a daily special and the lunch specials are good too. One of the nights is the prime rib night special. Their prime rib is excellent. Come try Flanigan's sometime. This place is such a terrible backwards restaurant it seems like they do more firing than hiring. They are so understaffed I don't know how a place like this can stay in business. My favorite server wasn't in today I asked one of the staff and they told me they got fired and they don't even know the reason. If ur looking to work here or move up the ladder I suggest staying away because if they treat their own workers like crap imagine us the customers. Flanigan's is a small Florida chain that's been around for years, and it never disappoints. This location is no exception. The servers are spectacular and know the endless menu and daily specials. Ask their advice on what fish is the freshest and a good value. Flanigan's serves wings, burgers, salads, steaks, and ..... You'll be happy with whatever you chose. Managers visit each table to make sure diners are satisfied. There is a dining room and bar area. We chose the bar because we were 3 adults. It was cute and cozy. We had to go twice during our visit we enjoyed Flanigan's so much. Wish we lived closer, we'd be regulars. read more

I was in the mood for a burger. Saw the online menu and they have burgers. It was not far from my motel, plus the girl at the front desk of the clarion hotel recommends Flanagan's. So I walked down the street to Flanagans, found it easily. Walked in, no waiting, got seated. Took my order, I ordered the Caribbean burger with bbq sauce & bacon on it. Didn't take to long to get it cooked & to my booth. The Caribbean burger with bbq sauce was really good & flavorful. Juicy, not dry at all. Fries were just ok, nothing to talk about but edible. Waitress was attentive and nice! I'd go back again when in the area. Restaurant was clean, so was the bathroom. It was a little busy, so people were coming & going. I was looking for a place for a quick lunch and to watch the football games on a Sunday afternoon. Flanigan's turned out to be the perfect spot. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Jason. Who alone deserves 5 stars. Jason made me feel like a regular and always referred to me by name after only asking for my name once. I'm a sucker for great service LOL I started with the Firecracker shrimp. They aren't too spicy but just the right amount of heat for me. I followed with the pasta Caesar salad. Which is a combination of a Caesar salad and a pasta salad. A combination I've never had but think is great. I added grilled chicken to the salad which was delicious. During the football game they have happy hour so my beer was 50% off. They have multiple tv screens showing multiple games. Great place to watch football on Sunday.
