I ate here on 28 Jun 2021 and again on 29 Jun 2021. I went two days in a row to make sure the first meal was the standard or just a good day. Both days were incredible. Wait staff was awesome, food was the best I have had in Stuart and the price can not be beaten for the quality. We had everything from nachos to tilapia to burger and chicken, both rice and fries and their tumbleweed onions. EVERYTHING was great INCLUDING the sweet tea. We will be back! The General manager Gabby is the most unprofessional person I have ever met, I was standing up next to my table holding a green plastic cup with my Bloody Mary. She came running over screaming at Shia and I we can't take it outside well we weren't going outside I was standing next to my table, she had the whole restaurant staring at us. Then Shia went up to the Hostess area to talk with the GM Gabby but Gabby started yelling at Shia again telling her to sit down or she will call the police. The next thing while we were sitting down GABBY OR Gaby came over with the police officer and told us we had to leave. We did leave I called their corporate office this morning but they said their is nobody to talk to basically they just don't care, if you want to be treated like a criminal and in my opinion to eat food you can buy in any gas station, and pay a high price to do it, then go eat at Flanagan's. read more

The service was GREAT. Each employees we experienced was very very friendly and personable. It made eating there so enjoyable. However, I ordered the ribs & wings combo & it was just ok. I wasn't a big fan of the bbq sauce used so maybe that's what turned me off with my food. The baked potato was delicious and cooked perfectly, The desserts looked amazing on the menu but unfortunately we didn't save room for dessert. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious my meal at Flanigan's was the other night. I ordered a rack of ribs that were *so freaking good* that given a choice between those and a different type of rack, I'll take the ribs! They were so good I would eat them in front of my Rabbi with a smile on my face. They were so good that there is no reason to visit Kansas City ever again (except maybe to watch the Raiders stomp the Chiefs.) They were so good I ate my poop just so I could taste that Barbecue Sauce again. Just sitting here thinking of them, I can't focus on my work. I could get fired over how good these ribs are. The service was pretty kickass, too! Stephanie, our server - she was awesome. We ran her ass ragged for sure! Eight of us at the table, please refill this, please bring more of that. She handled us - and all her other tables - like it was no thang and earned every penny of the 7% tip we gave her! The food is fine and service good, but the jukebox is terrible. You can just drop in coins and pick a song so it would waste your time with your dining companion on your phone signing up. My husband and I have been going there for years and wanted to support our local restaurants. Today we went for lunch and had to laugh. We were told that we couldn't come into the restaurant without wearing a mask. Ok can't eat with a mask on but anyway , so we sat out side our server was pretty bad and really rude to us a when we tried to tell him that there was something with one of our meals. I thought this place was a bit overpriced and expensive for what it was. I did order the mahi-mahi sliders and they tasted great...I got a Pina Colada and it could have been much better---it basically tasted like coconut water on ice. I am not sure why this place is categorized as being "fish and chips" which hearkens images of an Irish pub or Fish and Chips stand in the UK. The Flannigan's chain is NOT that. instead it is a Florida style sports bar that serves equally good chicken wings and ribs as it does fresh seafood. When we lived in Miami my hubs and I used to frequent this chain ALL the time for their great drink specials and tasty food. On a recent trip to Staurt we discovered that their northernmost restaurant was located right next to our hotel! We really missed their dolphin fingers, wings, mahi sandwich, and ribs! Today on our way back to Orlando from Miami...we decided to go out of our way and eat here and shared the Joe's Meal deal full rack of ribs for 19.99$ which was a full rack of ribs, choice of side, ceasar salad, 3 dinner garlic rolls, and a free drink! The ribs were great, but unfortunately the rolls were cold. They also ran out of our favorite dolphin fingers. We would probably go out of our way to try this Flanigan's again, as the service was nice, and they serve our favorites which we miss dearly from our home town in Miami. read more

It was a very bad experience trying to go to this restaurant we was drive back to Kissimmee and stop here my food was cold and I don't like to send food back so I have to eat it like that, to top it off my BF ask for rice and they give him pasta so he send that back and came out not very tasty they just took the shrimp out of the plate and made a bed with of rice that's awful. Been living in the area for 2 years. Tried Flanigans for the first time after a 12 hour shift with some friends and had a terrible experience with the staff. The manger was not very helpful. Just left from there, had the mahi, black beans with white rice, coleslaw. The whole meal was very tasteless took a bite of each thing pushed it away! Lady had a dog on the table sat across from me all the staff out there petting it way to go! Lady setting on the other side was smoking a small cigar I can only say gross! Tuesday night visit with two coworkers and the place was packed. 15 minute wait at the bar was also packed.. Loud but good rock n roll from the 70's and 80's. Waiter didn't know market pricing on the various offerings. Tuna was exceptional, shrimp and talapia sandwich were good. Fries delivered cold, incorrect items on each of our plates, and servers didn't know about hot sauces. No napkins!! Overall pretty good but not exceptional in any way. read more

Met up here last night. Ordered fish dip for the table to share. It was so delicious we ordered another. After completion of that one we felt we needed one more. Take into consideration there were only four people in our group. Next I had the fried shrimp. Some of the best fried shrimp I've ever had. Others ordered salads with fresh tuna and mahi-mahi. The fish was fresh, lightly seared and delicious. We all sampled them all. After all of that I just had to try the Keylime pie. It was delicious as well. We loved the green take-home cups we will certainly return to this restaurant on our next visit. In addition they were the most friendly, kind, and helpful employees. My daughter and just moved to PSL and we were exploring the surrounding areas. We came across this restaurant and my daughter said keys check it out. We were greeted with a staff member at the front door and he was very helpful and friendly. They had a short wait time in order to find in. They electrically take your name and phone number and put you on the wait list. If you are a yelped, the wait list is connected to your account. You can electronically see where you are on the wait list and it text you when your table is ready. They ask that you wait in the car until you are text. Once inside is a very cozy feeling of pub with a family environment. Benches and wooden tables, tvs thru out the place and sailing paraphernalia on the walls. We were served by Cole and he was very attentive and showed great customer service from the order to our departure. The food was good. I ordered the half bbq chicken with veggie medly and cajun rice (this more of a cajun seasoned rice, no meat). I also had the dozen middle necks steamed in wine, butter and garlic sauce and it was very delicious. The raspberry tea was not too sweet or bitter, so it was perfect for me. I'm visiting from out of town and noticed that they are known for their ribs so I had to try. They were excellent!

Stopped for lunch. Burger with blue cheese and a full slab of ribs. Always quality food. Also had a pitcher of ice tea with a complimentary order of fried onion straws. I don't think I have ever posted a negative review about a restaurant. But I had a terrible experience at Flanigans of Stuart this evening. Very soon after taking a seat at the bar I was met by a bartender. This person very early was complaining about St. Patrick's day saying that all bartenders no matter how much money they make just deal with it and not worth it. What??? Then told a regular seemingly proud of it, he almost jumped over the bar at a patron that night of St Paddy's Day. OK maybe having a bad day. The shrimp and gumbo were tasty. I decided to order a 1/2 order of wings. A younger guy, I guess the food runner set the wings down in front of the person I was sitting next to. I was speaking with someone else. Then the other order came out and clearly not mine. The bartender said well... You should have known what you ordered. I asked him, did you really just say that? He replied yup. Wow. So I said cancel my order clearly getting attitude. Then after paying my bill some manager came over and said... I understand you are giving the bartender a hard time? WTH? Are you kidding me? He said no. I explained the situation and politely left. I haven't experienced this level of disrespect in I can't remember when. I am friends with people who know the family who owns Flanigans. Apparently terrific people, great with the community, etc. If this is how the on staff management allows their employees to treat customers? Wow. I won't return for sure.
