The parking can be a little crazy even though it is in a large shopping plaza. It gets rather dizzy. The restaurant is in a little corner of the plaza. When you walk in it's rather dark but the staff does welcoming as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is very casual and sitting areas are pretty spacious. You not feel cramped or too close to another party. Overall, my favorite dishes are the chilled crab legs, Mongolian beef because they also provide you a full steak. They have pretty good hot dishes from different ethnic backgrounds. Truly is a great place to try different foods. Sushi however it was probably one of my least favorite dishes. You definitely get what you pay for here. Don't expect a Vegas buffet but for $22.99 a person I would say the variety offered is plenty. There is a make your own noodle bar. You choose all the ingredients you want and the chef cooks it for you. On weekends, they have new york steak available. My favorites were the sashimi, the fried shrimp, fried crab, and the chicken wings. Wings as an appetizer at restaurants costs $10+ a plate so you're definitely getting your money's worth here. My kids ate several plates of strawberries, had salmon, noodles, pizza, chicken nuggets, and fries (eye roll), and ended with ice cream. They were happy campers. My father in law had plenty of vegetarian options to keep him happy so I would say everyone walked out happy. That's a win. They have a really nice water fountain / pond with dry ice in the lobby. My kids loved looking at the fish swimming around. Service was pretty decent as well. There were some questionable people sitting near us though. When we arrived, it was fairly empty. We got seated right away, and was able to get our food shortly after. I love eating at buffets. They have many options for eating. Again, where can you get Chinese food for $15 a dish anymore? Sushi nigiri was alright, a little too much rice but its whatever. the sushi rolls were not good. The seaweed salad had a slimy texture (assuming that its going bad). Their dessert section was not good. Barely any effort put into desserts. They actually came out from a pre packed frozen dessert. There were cheescakes, frozen cream puff, crackers??? , and so on. There were fruits, I had grapes but they weren't seedless. I also had watermelon it was ok . Finished it off with strawberry ice cream. The only good entree i had was the green beans. Honestly, i should not have expected for a buffet to be excellent. But i set my standard high before i came in and thats why i was disappointed. Service is alright. The fried shrimp, same thing. I didn't think the sushi roll pieces were fresh enough either. I did like the pepper chicken, broccoli beef and a couple other items that I think were more recently made. The seafood soup was pretty decent. My rating is based on the potential value of how much you pay for the amount of food you can eat during your visit for weekday lunch. Food is decent and standard for a buffet at this price level. First, let me start with letting you yelp reviewers know that I've came here a total of 3-4 times now since they've opened this location. The first time i walked in during lunch and i was a bit disappointed with being charged for "dinner" price since it was about 5-10mins prior to dinner. We told the lady up front that it was for lunch, but she said, "it's almost dinner". I wish they would honor the rates listed on the time you arrive, but we were starving so we decided to stay and give this place a try and i'm so glad i did, but it was bumpy before it got better. At first i filled up 2 plates, and not 1 item was fresh or flavorful and most if not all was tossed with our server on this first visit. All the dinner items were still not out and somehow we started to feel like it was unfair to have to pay for this "stale old tasting food" that was still lingering from lunch. I was starting to get upset, and almost decided to leave. Once dinner food was brought out, we loved every bit of it(other than the remaining lunch items)! So long story short, we love this place!!! Once the dinner items came out trust and believe it was a true game changer!! I saw a few staff members on their breaks also eating some of the delicious fried crab legs and one of them was even thoughtful enough to bring me a crab leg cracker after seeing me struggle a bit, which i was truly so thankful for. Lol Their sushi is also pretty good too, well for a buffet, trust me, it was good! Ever since then i've become a regular now, but learned quickly that i will never be coming here for lunch, because it could be a hit or miss with it being slow and food just sitting there for hours. I was so excited to see this place open! When my granddaughter and I saw that it was opened... we got the family together, and we all went. We had a mixture of thoughts. My husband does not eat fish... he would have like more meat choices. My sister didn't care for the food at all. My granddaughter and I LOVED it! I do wish they had m more sushi choices.
