So I told her and she just said "oh we updated the menu" and it wasn't updated cuz I looked at it and then she proceeded to say "we're out of grapefruit" like pick a side did u update the menu or are u out of grapefruit?? Like why did y'all not tell me you were out in the first place? My daughter insists that I write this review because it must be known that today 12/06 her Fruity Cutie tasted like toilet water! It was watered down and had an "off" tasting whip cream. This is according to her past experience ordering it. My plan Coke Zero was also flat and tap water tasting. Let's just save some time and money and go back to the gas stations everyone! read more

My children and some cousins went to get some drinks and food. Luckily, I decided to go with them or they may never have been helped. All the workers seemed to think socializing was more important. One worker was too busy chatting with her friends to even acknowledge we were there. The other worker was slowly making drive thru drinks. Two workers were somewhere else doing who knows what. I finally asked if anyone was waiting to order and still nobody asked to help us. It then took a good 20 minutes or more to make 4 drinks and give us two items of food. I was not impressed read more

Great drinks, super friendly servers and such a cute store. Every time we come by its always clean. For me, that means that they take pride in their business and do a good job at managing their employees. Captain Jack Sparrow is my personal favorite drink choice. So i genuinely love Fizz, my sister told me about them, and been coming since then. But this is the first Fizz i been to that do not wear gloves or even a mask, i mean they work in the food industry so i was a little alarmed when i saw that; but i didn't catch anything so I'm okay. But i won't be coming to this one again. I'll go to my normal Fizz for now on. But besides the no mask and gloves issue i loved the customer service, and the friendly people. Pretty standard soda place... I tend to think the flavored sodas are too sweet, but my younger siblings love coming here. They do have a pretty good selection of other items like cookies, smoothies, hot drinks, etc. I however don't like Fizz cookies as much as Sodalicious or other similar shops. If you are in the mood for some soda it'll probably do the trick, but it's just ok in my opinion. read more

I have never understood the Utahn obsession with soda shops, but I had never tried one until now! I always assumed it would taste like canned soda, but it really doesn't. I am told they follow manufacturer's specifications with syrup temperature and carbonation, which is why it tastes better. I had a "Dirty Dr. Pepper," which was Diet Dr. Pepper with Vanilla, and it was so delicious. Would get again. read more

Fizz company,We came to get our favorite drinks at 6:40. We checked lobby and it was closed for some reason even though you guys close at 7!!!The line was pretty long, and we waited until we got to the speaker at about 7:05-7:15,Mind you there's still about 7 cars behind us. We stayed at the speaker for about 5 minutes meanwhile there is multiple cars still behind us waiting!We nothing from the speaker so we pulled to the window, Curious if we were going to order or not and they said we are closed,We told them to open the window then proceed to ask why we couldn't order while we've been in line well before they closed. While no notice for us or the other cars patiently waiting to get our orders, she said we haven't been taking order sense 7 when you guys close but yet there was about 10 cars in front of clearly ordering.the blonde,blue eyed girl with a noise piercing was being a (Bitch) the entire time and her brunette friend was laughing next to window and walked away and proceeded to say shut the door on his face and that's what she did!!! which isn't right what so ever you need better employees. Stop to get a drink and was in line in the drive-up. Another car came in from the other direction and the Fizz worker took her order first. It was obvious we were in front of her. The line was wrapped around and not moving. Fizz charges the highest prices for their drinks and poor service. We ended up driving off and going somewhere else for our drinks. They don't wear gloves or masks. I love Fizz but I wish they start wearing masks or gloves since they are in the food service industry.

I used to come here regularly. I won't anymore. They don't get your order correct. Ever. They also took my punch card that was part of a fundraiser. They said that it was expired. I had to argue with them to get it back so I could have the school who did the fundraiser could make it right. I love the Syracuse location! They do a much better job! read more

I love choosing and grabbing one of the many mixed flavors they have, taking home my beverage and adding whisky, rum, or vodka. I love all their soda offerings. Drinks are great, service tends to be Meh. I can't imagine any of the employees make more than minimum wage. read more

I think the fish is it has it put in a lot of effort and great service in their food and drinks and I would recommend the rubber ducky as one of their Best drinks there and they have very good food there and I would recommend going to Fiz drinks. read more

This is my favorite location because they carry Diet Lemonade!! I know it's boring, but some people can't drink Soda or full sugar drinjs, but still want a fun drink to get them through their errands! I can get a Diet Lemonade with any kind of extra flavor shot. Yay! None of the other Fizz locations in the area carry Diet Lemonade so I never have the chance to get a drink from them. read more

Fizz has rocked our world! Now any time we are in the mood for a soda it has to be Fizz! My favorite is the 'raspberry sorbet' ( mt dew, raspberry purée, and cream). My wife gets a classic diet coke with fresh lime, and the kids always pick a different drink from their fun kids menu. Great spot and a cheap treat for the whole family. read more

Line was average nothing too extreme but it took 30 minutes to receive my drink and when I did it was completely flat and the ice was completely melted. I didn't realize this until I had already gotten on the freeway so no time to turn around. I am highly frustrated considering how long I waited for a water downed drink. read more

The Fizz on 47th S just off I-215: Saturday 7/1 @ 12:30 PM I opted to go inside to get my wife & I sodas as the drive-thru was 8 cars long & from experience i know what that means. I sat for several minutes at the counter as I waited to have my order taken. Several minutes go by. Not one of the 3 workers speaks to me, although one nodded in my direction. A "we'll be right with you" or a "hang on we're a little swamped" would have been all I needed. Several more minutes go by then a man walks up & sits on the stool next to me. Within a few seconds of sitting he has his order taken. I left, Part of the problem is they have no dedicated place to line up & place orders, like Jamba Juice does for example. Its a 'belly up to the bar' system which is yet another route to soda purgatory (see Dave O review). Thats great for bars, but a soda shop? My money got spent at the C store which is always quicker no matter how busy they are! read more

Obsessed with this place. It is so darling inside and so clean! The staff is extremely kind and fun. They have something for everyone, but still have a unique menu. Macaroons and chips and salsa are a little on the poor quality side, but other than that everything is great. Love this new addition to northern Utah!! read more

Drive thru set up is terrible. Waited forever in line. When I finally was able to order I knew how much it should be since I was in front of the menu for so long. She told me total and I said wait! Why is it so much more than what the sign says?? She ran my card anyway and said oh... we raised our prices. I told her I'd get a smallerdrink then because I didn't want to pay $3 for one drink. She said nothing told me she refunded the amount she "thought" and then gave me a new total for a smaller drink which was now HIGHER than the first amount she charged me. Ummm I told her that didn't make sense that it was more because it was a smaller drink size. She went in to explain each shot of flavor costs extra blah blah blah.., still it was MORE money. I don think they k ow what they are doing. I asked for my card and left. I am crossing my fingers the refund comes through because I didn't get a receipt or anything. Wasn't offered. read more
