I've never had that happen before. You really can't go wrong with anything here (as long as it isn't filled...I recently found that I dislike the fruit fillings). My boyfriend always gets me the big box of dark chocolate nuts and chews. That's my 2nd favorite item here. The employees have always been so kind and helpful.
