before I start this review, the owner and everyone here is very nice, and this is nothing personal towards them. The 1 stars is just regarding my experience on a ps5, not as a company as a whole (since they work on pc's, tablets, and phones). My review/full experience with fix it all is posted in the additional photos because yelp said my review was too long lol! Here's just the end of the review regarding if I would recommend fix it all: "I have nothing against Fix-It-All, maybe it was just that they had too many ps5s, or didn't get to it yet. They always answered their phone though, which was great. I do think that they could work a better on communication and honesty/not giving dates if unsure. Or if unsure if the technician was working on it. For example, when they said that they were working on my ps5 right now. Or that the filter was broken when they didn't open it. But maybe they just got mixed up with the wrong ps5, but It's just small stuff like that. Other than that, they were very nice! They have really great reviews on phones screens, but as far as HDMI ports for your ps5, I don't think I would recommend. If you're reading this review bc you're trying to figure out where to get your hdmi port/USBport/ETHERNET port fixed for your ps5 wondering where I went to get it fixed in less than 24hours for a good price, I went to cellular solutions on roseburg! do not pay until service is provided. i was having trouble with my phone charging so i went here to get help. they told me i needed a new input component. in good faith i payed ahead of time as to get service asap. however, i was able to to get my phone to charge and therefore did not need them to charge me $121.00. when i went to tell them my phone is fixed and i did not need to get my phone serviced. the owner told me "i cant give you a full refund i can give you $80.00 back " i was shocked they did not tell me that when i payed. i said your going to charge me $40 dollars for nothing. he told me "i dont have to give you anything back. he explained ordering and tax and restocking ect....the man was rude and a smart alec to me for no reason. then he told me tell "i will make a deal with you (he put his hand out) ill give you a full refund if you promise to never come here again" i agreed and he said "ok i gave it back" i did not trust him and went to the bank to dispute the payment and stop him from ripping me off..what a fen joke this low class place is. so if you go dont pay ahead of time they are a rip off!!!!!!!!! read more

I finally went in on Wednesday just to find out they hadn't even touched it. I took back from them found else were for same day pick and half the price. This place looks unprofessional as soon as you walk onto the store with old arcade games all over the place, people's tablets and laptops strewn all over the counter, and what I assumed is the owner's father sitting at the end of the counter chatting it up with people which holds up the line. Dropped off my work laptop on a Friday and was told they would look at it by the next day. Saturday came and went with no phone call so I tried calling Sunday, but there was no answer. Tried again on Monday and Tuesday, but there was no answer. Finally got an answer Wednesday and was told the guy was a family friend and they had a hard time getting people in the store to work. Finally got frustrated enough that I picked up my laptop as they said they couldn't figure out what was wrong. The owner was super rude as he sat behind the counter, telling me he didn't have people to just call customers all day every day. He said he assumed custo.ers would understand they were busy. I told him that it was not the customer's problem and that as it was my work laptop I really needed it fixed as I use it every day. He said he didn't care and didn't care about negative reviews because, as I could see, they were busy even with a negative review. They couldn't figure out was was wrong and STILL charged us $43. Absolutely ridiculous. If you value your time and money, don't go here! read more

Put a non authorized screen in my phone without telling me and charged the same price as a proper screen, and to top it off the screen won't turn in sometimes and gps doesn't work anymore, sometimes my phone just freezes... they changed it 3 times now, same issues. I yelped this shop and honestly used their good rating in choosing them. Glad I did. I walked in with a tablet that had important info I needed but didn't turn on. They told me the truth in that the tablet was unique and after checking told me the battery may not be quickly available and would take a few days after ordering to get it in to replace it. That same day they did their research and offered me an alternative solution in replacing the battery faster. The price was fair and I agreed. When I did get a hold of him, he said parts were on their way and shouls be done in a few days. 2 weeks later I went to check in person just to see my laptop in the same condition and he said he never ordered parts for it.
