Terrible place to get a computer repaired. They are high priced, and in my case could not fix the computer, but charged full price for a computer that was returned broken. Had to wait weeks to find this out because they said "we are waiting for parts". Finally after more than a month, when they said it would be fixed in less that a week ,they returned the computer only partially fixed, and charged full price. When I asked to reduce the bill, they got angry and charged full price. These guys are a joke. Save yourself some stress and money and have your computer repairs done elsewhere. read more

I went to Apple to get my battery in my phone replaced. They said my screen also needed replacing and it was gonna cost a BUNCH! They replaced my iPad screen, and did a pretty good job. They said they would call when it was done...didn't. They said they would get it done same or next day...didn't. I called each day and told them my name, asked if it was ready, they would just ask "is it the white one". I said no, I don't think so, it's black and silver, this happened twice, so I went down there and they had changed my screen border color to white when they changed the screen, without asking, and apparently they don't label your devices so they know who's is who's. This is the most horrible place to go fix anything. They fixed your stuff with cheap product and over charged. They show you that it's going to cost you a higher amt for the right product but Then they end up getting your product imported. Now my phone doesn't even work right and they blame me for damaging my own phone. Plus they took 3 weeks after they told me a week. Don't be gullible with this place. I would not recommend this place. Took a phone for screen replacement and it took over a month to get back. I finally decided to just go in for my phone, repaired or not and ask for a refund. Surprisingly was handed my phone when I asked for it. My phone seemed to work just fine in the store, brought it home and began to use it and the screen went black soon after. I turn my laptop into them January of 2021 I want in there numerous times trying to get it back and got the runaround I finally got it back July 20th 2021 and they tried handing it to me thinking I wasn't going to ask questions the original were supposed to send my hard drive off to get downloaded onto a new hard drive I went to get my computer back and where's the hard drive they handed it to me put back together and the hard drive is not in there they said the people they sent it to said it couldn't be fixed so they gave me a computer back without my hard drive and I don't know for sure that it never got fixed so someone can have my personal information all I got tolls he can try and get it back in the next couple days anybody else has had laptop work done you might not have your original hard-drive it might be out there floating around in someone's View so now I got to go to the legal action to get my hard drive back they did not care about the situation good customer service in my mind is you get it back in the same condition you gave it to him with all the original parts read more

No stars if I could. I went to his business because he had five stars and figured he was running a quality business. However, when dealing with Jason I had a different experience. I went in desperately needing a new screen for an iPhone 6 S Plus and he said he could replace my broken screen but he didn't have any white screens. He convinced me to take the black one and said he would have white ones the following week. I contacted him the following week and he indicated he didn't have them in yet. Due to not having my screen, I didn't remove the screen protector he placed on the phone with a sturdier quality one. It fell, it broke, and when I contacted Jason to get the screen I originally bought, he said I would have to pay for the black one that broke due to it not being adequately protected. Now I know why he has a cash only business... he couldn't even recall what he charged me originally. if you want someone to stand by their products and give you what you pay for, I suggest you go elsewhere. 1/2 star. I should've read the reviews first before even going here. First off I went here for a crack screen replacement. Paid $85 for it and went on my way. Jason is the one that did the replacement. 2 weeks later the phone glitched out. The screen was not touchable and I couldn't even charge it anymore. Went back to see if they could fix it. I talked to Josh and he said to leave it there so he can diagnose it. He said that it could be the battery or the charging port. He called the next day and said that it could be the motherboard. So I went in the next day and Jason was working and I told him about the situation with my phone, he said that it was the motherboard. So I asked him if it was for sure the motherboard, he said yes. I asked for the price on a new motherboard and was quoted $140. So I just said put my phone back and I'll pick it up later. Well I just went back today to pick it up and Josh was there, I asked for the phone and at first he gave me the wrong phone. He went searching for it in the back and then the front. Then he asked if he could call me when he finds it. I told him how in the world can you not find my phone? After 10 minutes of him looking back and forth, the older gentleman found it in the front drawer. I'll bring my business somewhere else that can actually fix my phone without the headache. So the fix it all shop itself is a small shop, go inside and you see the cases they have and the small front desk, but then you meet the one worker there.
