I love this place...customer service is top notch...I am amazed that there are places that still exist where companies still have work ethics and value their customers. My Chrysler Pacifica 2017 went in for a repair as I had an unfortunate mishap where the hood of the car sprang open while I was driving. Angel the technician who was in charge of my van made alot of effort to keep me posted and updated every step of the way. If I called and left a message my call was always returned the s hi me business day. Angel is absolutely amazing, kind, compassionate and polite and absolutely values his customers. Even though Chrysler as always took no responsibility or even the tiniest bit of effort to answer my questions and my acknowledge my complaint that was filed, fix auto went above and beyond to help me in whatever way they could. John the owner got me a mini van rental from Green leaf even though it wasnt his responsibility, he didn't to ensure my 5 kids had a safe ride to school. I had the rental for a total of 3 days. I have been coming to this repair shop since 2016. When I came, it was called Temecula Auto body. I brought my vehicle back three years later due to my 2016 Honda Accord being involved in a hit and run accident while parked. I never found out who did the damage. A few days after the accident, I called the shop to get a free estimate. While getting my estimate, Consuela was the one who helped me out. Let me start off by saying she is super awesome! I dropped off my car on Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019. Consuela quoted me that it would take about three to four days altogether to receive parts and have my vehicle completely repaired. During my repair, I got a free ride from Enterprise down the street and got my rental, which Consuela also helped with. Next, I got a call on Friday, April 5th, 2019 that my car was ready to be picked up after 3pm. I was definitely pleased because it was fixed extremely fast! It was only two days without my vehicle and the process could not have been any easier. Although I suffer financially due to the accident, I know that I left my car in good hands with Fix Auto! The best part about Fix Auto is that all repairs are life-time warranty. When I got into my first car accident, there were some dark spots that were left on my car due to either paint or some type of detailing and when I had brought that up to Consuela, she said that she would ask the guys in the back to see if they could buff it out. Not even after ten minutes, Consuela brought my car back and those marks were completely gone! For three years those marks have stayed on my car! Can you believe that? I had to fight with Orlando to get the correct bumper placed on my vehicle because the bumper that they originally put on was incorrect. I had some front end work done at Temecula Auto body on my 2005 Scion T.C. I must say that I got the best service. I did my research before taking my car in and inquired about a "Yelp" comment from a guy named "Chasen B."The reason I inquired was because I was getting a front bumper and front end collision work so naturally I was concerned. When I called the office with my concern I was informed this was a vehicle that was purchased used by "Chasen" and the front end was not the correct front end for the year make and model of his used car. This was prior work done by a different body shop and I was also informed when "Chasen" realized his error he apologized. The staff is more than professional and I was 100% satisfied with all my repairs. I recommend Temecula Auto Body for all you Auto body needs. We first used them two years ago. My truck was in pretty bad conditions and had to have the whole back replaced. They did a great job and made it look like new. A couple days later I noticed the brake light was out. So we had someone try to replace it but turned out it didn't even have a bulb. I thought no big deal they just missed it. Then the weather stripping started falling off from the frame and the back window. I had to use them again about a month ago. I got my truck back last week. I hate it! They replace the driver side doors but now my doors do not close all the way. The windows squeak when being rolled up or down. The panel from the front door keeps popping out and I asked to have them fix the weather stripping since they had the truck and apparently never got to it. When they finally called to say it was ready I got out off work early to pick it up and while we were waiting a man came out to say it wasn't ready after all. My husband had to go back. He never checks anything. He just assumes it's all ok. This time I'm taking it back and making sure that it is. I would assume they would go over their work before they turn in a vehicle. I guess not. If I'm driving home their reputation, well....it's not a very good one. I just hope they don't have to keep my truck any longer. Took my car in for an accident, they were nice and a little slow with the repairs but it's definitely understandable with covid and other factors I'm sure. They did not call when they said they would call me but again understandable I'm sure they are busy. Picked up my car a week and half after scheduled date, car looked great. They asked me if I wanted to test drive it before I paid my insurance deductible and I said no I trusted them. As soon as I drove off the lot, I realized the ac was not working. I called them immediately and they told me to bring it back the following day. I brought it back, the manager looked at for about 5 min and told me I'm out of luck, it was not them and I could try to ask my insurance to pay for it. Long story short, my ac worked perfect before I gave it to them, while my car was under their care it stopped working for whatever reason and they refused to repair it. Even more so the manager began to help someone else while geico was on the phone asking me questions. That other person also was there for faulty issues with their repair. It seems like I'm not the only one with their half completed work. Again they were nice until I paid them. After they wanted nothing to do with their mistakes. The front office ladies were nice and helpful however their management and quality of service in fixing your car is terrible as evident as every time I went here someone else was complaining about the service they provided. This is absolutely the worst body shop. Communication started off great with the girls operating the front desk. Alerted me when they would be retrieving my car from tow yard, to when the tow truck arrived with my car. As soon as I gave consent to tear down vehicle for estimate all communicate ceased!!!! Called repeatedly for updates and the estimator Angel would not return my calls. It took my attorney getting involved before I received a call back. Service after that was not any better. I called 6 days later to learn they hadn't touched my vehicle and Angel was on vacation! Greg another estimator apologized for miscommunication and had supplemental estimate done that same day, only to learn my car is totalled. Took this shop 3 weeks to get a proper estimate done! The estimator Greg had the audacity to say "we are really only about a week behind on your car". Just the week they let it sit doing nothing!!! Only people in this shop that helped me were the girls in the front office. Save yourself the excruciating worst experience and go somewhere else!!!!! read more

Unlike Gosh autobody collision, who kept asking for more time and had my previous vehicle done "3" weeks after it was supposed to be done. He kept me updated unlike GAC. My car runs great and I'm not worried about it, I have peace of mind. Gosh returned my car with almost no water in the radiator and left it below the thermostat, which cause it to over heat without any warning and I blew a head gasket!
