The first time I came to this repair shop was January 2025 to get my rear panel replaced from an accident. They did a great job, had it done within a week and communication was great. My car got hit again in July 2025 and decided to come back to the repair shop because I've been here before and my experience was great. This second time around wasn't the best. It took them 2 months to get my car fixed, couldn't calibrate it on their own so they had to send it to the Temecula Hyundai dealership for them to finish it. When I initially took my car it had the check engine light on for a vapor canister issue from the accident (MOVAL Hyundai had did a diagnostic for it). I got it back and it had multiple lights due to what they said was my front sensor even though I didn't get hit in the front. They specifically told me that the dealership AND gerber double checked the work that was done (the back bumper with sensors) were put on correctly and calibrated and my issue was now in the front due to a broken windshield and needed to replace the camera, bumper sensor and bumper. I ended up replacing my windshield because it was bothering me, hoping it would take the lights away after that was recalibrated but that wasn't the case, the lights were still on. Yesterday (12/18/25) I took my car to get serviced at the dealership I always take it to (MOVAL Hyundai) and told them to run a diagnostic to see if I actually need to repair what the Temecula Hyundai and Gerber had told me to fix. They run the diagnostic and turns out that one of the sensors that Temecula Hyundai had replaced wasn't done correctly even after they AND gerber collision had assured me that everything was double checked and done properly. They were able to reconnect the sensor properly and my car is now running like brand new. Any work done here I would double check if the car isn't running properly even after "getting fixed" because they could mess up. This was a huge inconvenience for me because I drive my car 120+ miles everyday due to school and for it to be a faulty sensor that wasn't connected properly was frustrating to hear because they said all the work was done properly and checked, which wasnt the case at all. Also not to mention that they put the incorrect tail light for the trim of my car. I noticed the day I got it back, went back the next day to let them know. They did end up replacing it but it took like 2 weeks due to the first light that was shipped being broken. They wanted to get me a used one because my insurance goes with the most "cost efficient parts" according to them. I ended up getting a brand new tail light because they couldn't find a used one.

I took my 2nd car here and was attended by front desk lady Mayra she was real nice andtold me to wait for my estimator. My estimator Robert Loucel came out looked at my car and what I liked was he was straightforward about Audi Q7 German cars being difficult to work on but he took on the task and I'll tell you what they did a damn good job, gave me an estimate about 11 days and he was right on point, will definitely bring my cars here again this is the second car I bring and they do a real good job thank you Robert will definitely bring my business again to you guys

well to begin we originally took the vehicle in on a Friday and dropped it off around 9:45 right…read morebefore 10 o'clock in the morning. That's where my boyfriend was advised it would be a few hours as we were there for a tire rotation, a patch on a flat and an oil change on his truck. I went in at 3:45 to pick up keys for the vehicle and they were not done in the vehicle was up on a lift. The shop closes at 5 PM, I was sitting in the lobby until 5:15 PM waiting for the vehicle to be completed so I can pick up keys. That's when I was advised that there was an oil spill and that they were doing a soft wash on the vehicle. Once we got the truck home and we were able to take a look the whole undercarriage was completely soaked with oil. Tires are covered in oil, on a 2024 gmc. We then headed out of town with our family and the patch started leaking while we were on the road at midnight. Luckily we had a portable air compressor so we were able to manage until getting to our destination. Were we there had to again had to put the spare on the vehicle ourselves because the patch job was done incorrectly. The employees admittedly said that they did not dunk test the tire before returning the truck. When I brought the vehicle back in today on Tuesday to have it again repaired, they tried to dismiss my boyfriend and tell us they didn't have time. When we insisted on having the tire fixed, they advised it would be 30 minutes. we returned close to two hours later, and they hadn't had the vehicle completed, my boyfriend stated as he was in the lobby, waiting for the vehicle to still be completed for the second time that's when he made his review THEN the manager came to address him not about the situation or what was done to the vehicle, but WHY he had left his negative review. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the owner is astounding. Not to mention that the place is dirty, and the employees obviously don't know how to do their jobs correctly, the value of work is poor & nothing is done in a timely manner. i've completed a complaint with the bad business bureau. Don't waste your time here.
