My vehicle (2013 Crosstrek) was involved in a minor collision with mostly superficial cosmetic damage and two dings to the front left fender. I was referred to Fix Auto through my USAA agent for collision estimates, and Fix Auto had my car's dings and blemishes reverted within several days. The front desk girl gave me a tour of my returned car highlighting the repairs, but discovered that the after-market fender flare used was peeling off, probably because of the high temperatures outside. She contacted her management, who made additional time for me on the following Monday to have the flare swapped with an OEM part. They also did me an additional courtesy of vacuuming out my car, washing it, shining the wheels, and repaired my driver's door handle by injecting it with some glue. Had a great experience here. This is the designated body shop for TCH Dodge. Worked with Orlando over the phone and discussed my needs and set an appt. For a day later. I bought a used truck and the rubber molding (belt moulding) on the outside of the doors was in awful shape. I bought the parts from Dodge thinking they wouldn't be to difficult to install. After rethinking I had Fix It do it. Brought the truck in at the appointed time. Told about two hours. Waited in thier super nice waiting room. Enjoyed Keurig coffee and cookies. Update. The vehicle had to go in twice for the same issue. The issue was that my crash sensors were not working properly or at all. After 2 visits and 2 separate rental cars, they were able to find the issue. They plugged my crash sensors incorrectly, wrong sensor to wrong port. So complete incompetence is the reason for me having to bring my car in repeatedly. Good job Fix auto. lol read more

A few years back they did some work on my car one of their ex-employees said they had my spoiler sprayed as if it was a favor it was not part of my claim nor did I have any problems with my spoiler I did not ask for it to be sprayed there was nothing wrong with it. It was in perfect condition. therefore it wasn't in my paperwork !! at the time I thought. Wow cool after the fact believing that was a nice kind act just because they had to take it off to do some work from damage on my rear end ... Not today it's bubbled. I sent them pictures. The paint is peeled I tried to reach out to the manager Greg numerous attempts to see if he would honor what was done by his ex employee... no he will not honor it because it was not in my paperwork so something I had no knowledge for did not ask for that they did on their own as if it was a favor, and a kind act. I'm having to pay out-of-pocket to fix.. so I suggest if they tell you, they did something extra make sure that it's in the paperwork because they will not honor what they do if it is not in the paperwork and make sure you tell them not to do anything extra because it could cost you... read more

I took my Lexus to the shop. Their pristine reception area instantly cools you off from the scorching heat. Nadine, an estimator who was recovering from her heel injury greeted me with a nice smile soon after. She analyzed the problem with my bumper and provided solutions. She is a knowledgeable professional, bright and caring who makes you feel that you're are being taken care of. When they were done with my bumper, it looked flawless. The mechanic, Chris, had also zipped up the splash shield underneath my vehicle which had also fixed some funny noises whenever the shield drags and hits the uneven ground. So the dealership scratched my car and sent it to Fix auto. It was just a few small scratches in the middle of the fender. They sent it back to the dealer for me to pick up. It is two tone and the now blended the hood over some chips and there is dirt in the paint. Also if you ran your hand across the edge of the hood the paint runs were sharp enough to cut you. This was aft they had it for two weeks. So it went back to the shop for another two weeks and all the did was razor blade the paint runs off, still left a sharp edge and still two tone. The manager of Fix "Greg" came over to the dealership (Subaru) and said that's how it is. It's a good repair. It's going back for round 3 now. I'm sure I will be taking my car to a quality shop and take Fix and the dealership to small claims. read more

Unfortunately my company vehicle was hit in November. We had an issue with somebody to work on our van because it is a transit 250, it is a high roof. Ford referred us over to fix auto well so we went to Fix Auto, Drop the vehicle off. Right off the bat it was a pain in the butt to get a hold of people to give us a call back. We were told they would call us but nobody would call us back, we would have to reach out. That was just a simple probably but that's when red flags should of gone up. When when we get the vehicle back on 12/18/2020 The vehicle was still damaged as you see in the pictures below the door was not aligned inside was all crinkled in metal steel so we called and brought back managers came out and were very apologetic of course and said this is unacceptable and It should've never left their facility like this. Well after taking it back to fixed auto so they can correct their damages they didn't address the first time, I am now getting it back today on 12/28/2020 At 9:30 AM obviously in the pictures below you can clearly see all they did was spray over the crank old and damaged area instead of repairing the panel and silicone in the gap's there is one wire disconnected they had wrapped around my wire rack and I was told it goes to nothing. Now I have to take it to another repair place to finish the repairs and hope that wire goes to something again beware because this was where somebody would never look. unfortunate people are dishonest and when they say they would fix something you rely on them and you're trusting them in your community to do something this is very sad for a small business and our local community to treat our community of people this way it is very unfair for people that have no idea of what is going on. please go to a trusted reliable company. read more
