Caliber's staff are all so professional. GM Mrosla greeted me personally to relieve my fears when repairs are estimated to take weeks (see pic). Henry was on top of all insurance claims and issues. AND they delivered almost precisely with estimate amount and time allotment. TY for being you! DG read more

Brought my QX6", 2014 Infiniti for some required repairs, dents, scratches, and paint jobs. Took them 2 days to get back to me with a quote! The price was too high, Caliber Collisions had quoted me, which was an exorbitant $9000.00. I told the manager no and that I will come pick up my car. When I got there they did not put the car parts back they was I brought it in. Missing clips missing parts and covers and missing side real panel. I complain about the issue and the manager said he needs to find the missing parts and ask the shop guys. That took 1 hour. Not a good experience. I left this place still with missing parts. Thank you very much! read more

My husband got REAR ENDED and I'm just glad he's safe. He contacted The Insurance Company and got everything settled out. We had another car so we didn't need a rental car... I would just have to take him here to drop off the car. They were pretty FLEXIBLE with having us drop off the car prior to the appointment... They fixed our bumper and it looked like it's brand new again. The ONLY thing missing was the EMBLEM so we had to come back to drop off the car another day for the emblem to be installed... DAVE SOTO was the man who helped us handle our car. Great value and service overall I would recommend CALIBER COLLISION!!! read more

The staff are beyond amazing. They worked with the office in VA and got 3yr old bumper damaged fixed. And fixed 2 other problem with the car. They didn't take long answering the phone. They got all that done in the promised date They gave me. And they also dropped the car off for me at work. Davis Soto and Micheal the general manager are two amazing employees who needs a raise. Also the girl at the desk Michelle she is amazing. In person and on the phone... I still could not believe they didn't charge me and no hidden fees. Oh, also they washed my car. Amazing staff and wonderful customer service. read more

Fantastic service, especially dealing with BrieAnna Rubino. Always helpful, knowledgeable and genuine customer service!!

I had to take my son's car there after he damaged it. Needless to say I wasn't happy. Once I got there Brie settled me down and took such good care of us. She made the process as painless as possible. She stayed in contact and kept me updated. Once the job was done she thanked us for bringing the car in and I thanked her for her attention and professionalism. Thank you Brie, much respect. read more

Back in April, a car on the 15 South lost partial control of their truck and hit several "cone dividers" that separate the regular lanes with the express/carpool lanes. Unfortunately for us...the debris hit our Honda Passport, as the truck recovered and drove away. We contacted our insurance company and they referred us to Caliber in Murrieta. We met with Gloria at Caliber and she was outstanding. She reviewed the damage and explained to us the process and how Caliber would fix our car. We had damage to the hood and windshield and we were surprised to know that their windshield shop was across the street. We also needed a rental and the rental company was less than 1/2 a mile from the shop. We loved that they had multiple partners nearby which made it very convenient for us. We were able to get a rental with very little hassle, as they were practically next to the auto body shop. Gloria was very communicative during the next few days and Caliber was able to have our car ready in less than a week, as they took advantage of their nearby partners. When we picked up the car our custom tinted Windshield was from HONDA, not from a third party company, and the hood looked like it was never damaged. Our Pearl White Custom Paint looked like it was never marked up. I would most definitely recommend Caliber for those that might need auto body work. read more

I was involved in a small accident with another car hitting mine on a parking lot. The insurance co. referred me to Caliber in Murrieta. The service was excellent and the repairs were top notch and finished in a very timely manner. When my car was finished, I was unable to pick it up and they were kind enough to deliver it to my house on a Friday. Should I need any body and fender repair in the future, I'll be going to Caliber Murrieta. Thanks to everybody there. read more

My insurance company sent me to Caliber Collision/E Research Dr, Tucson for major front damage to my Toyota. Said Caliber was rated best in Tucson. I can see why. From start to finish, Amber, my service advisor, kept in touch....so wonderful because I was a nervous wreck. The repairs were completed a day ahead of schedule...I couldn't believe my eyes. My car was gorgeous! I hardly recognized it. I would recommend Caliber to anyone who needs body work. They are the best. K, Tucson AZ read more

My 2023 Mini Cooper EV was involved in a rear end collision which resulted it being deemed a total loss. Caliber representative was quick to inform me of the severity of damages. This was my 2nd visit to this location who is contracted/referred by my insurance. I had an appointment with Drake who I would not recommend and who I requested not to deal immediately after scheduling an appointment. After 3 days, Drake phoned me with an estimate. It seemed quite high and he verbally told me the cost included buffing a head lamp not replacing it. He said my insurance would receive the estimate shortly and need to review because the cost was close to the value of the car. Six minutes after hanging up, I received a text from Copart with a contract to purchase my now totaled vehicle. I tried calling Drake back (this was on 5/14) and he has never called me back. Called the shop the next day because I still plan on repairing my vehicle. I was told I cannot bring my car there or to any Calibur now that it is a loss. I then requested a copy of my estimate and was told they were unable to provide. When I got a copy of the estimate, there was a cost to replace the head lamp (instead of buff), there was a note of chips in my windshield that are not actually there, and a note about clear coat issues on my driver side door and passenger. I had requested a separate quote to repaint my driver side doors because there was an issue with the driver door only. It was Drake who said he would recommend NOT painting the passenger door because it was factory paint and looked fine. Drake was not honest with me nor with some details noted on the estimate that ultimately labeled my car as a loss. The estimate was $2600. I obtained a new estimate today from a non contracted (with my insurance) body shop that will buff the lamp vs replace and the total was $1894. This place is overpriced and dishonest. I would not recommend anyone to this shop and definitely would advise to avoid dealing with Drake. read more

I had a front car accident which mashed grill, lights, AC condenser, radiator, bumper and right fender. My car is a 2016 Honda Accord and colored Dolphin gray. My insurance company insisted that I take the car to Caliber Collision and boy am I glad they did. What a professional team especially my service advisor Taylor T. From day 1 she explained things to me, called me with updates or an advisory and pushed to get parts faster. They were reasonable, quick and I had my car back in roughly 3 weeks. Given the severity of damage, I was amazed at how rapid. The car drives as smoothly as ever and the body shop matched my car color. It was explained to me that after 7 years, the car is no longer the original color so they had to mix and match to assure all was identical. Trust me when I say they brought the car out and my reaction was "what accident?" Go to Caliber Collision. They are honest and reasonable. They don't play games. read more

I was very satisfied with the service and the quality of work performed by Caliber Collision in Littleton. The repair job involved an insurance claim and a rental car - Caliber made the process smooth and seamless. The ladies who staffed the desk were friendly and efficient - paperwork was all in order and understandable. Allan Weiman was the representative I dealt with - he was very professional, knowledgeable, and informative. I was routinely updated on the progress of the repair job, which was completed about a week before the projected date. I had a positive experience working with Caliber Collision. read more

This review isn't based on their work, because I've used Caliber in another city and they did a superb job. The minus two stars for this location is because they tried to charge me more than my deductible because I have a small Knick on my car opposite of the area the car was damaged. I understand the theory as to why they wanted to sand the entire area and repair, but the damage was minimal and I didn't care about having the Knick repaired. Only the damaged area. They wouldn't work on my car unless I paid additional $. Therefore I went to another body shop under my insurance for a new estimate. The new body shop wasn't charging me any additional costs, only the deductible. This shop tried to squeeze extra money out of me. Which is not cool! If you have a question don't drop off your car, get a second opinion at another shop your insurance allows. read more

Replaced grill from wrong trim level. Its easy to double check and get the right part. Amateur hour. UPDATE: So, I could not get my car originally when estimated to be done because they were missing clips for the bumper to the fender. Fast forward a few months. The bumper is coming apart from the fender...were the clips really installed? Probably not. Thanks! UPDATE AGAIN: ZIP TIES...FLIPPING ZIP TIES. They used zip ties to hold the plastic together under the car and tie it to the bumper. ZIP TIES. WTF. Poor Quality Work. read more

My car repair was very long (understandable because this is a Fiat 500 and needs special order of the parts). The body work is okay and the paint job is useable. But they made one tiny dent(if the representative lady(Tay who was very nice) not tell me this mistake I cant see and no bothering me ) but they promised to fix this and they will be send the guy who fixing this problem. Never happened!! When they disassembled the car every switch or lamps was work very well, wasn't any problems!! They removed the driver side door and's hatchback door, after the assembly the back mirror switch wasn't working the license plates lights and the 3rd brake light too. I sent the message and let them know them the same day and when we had appointment again they told me the switch has a problem and the light bulbs. Okay I believed them and ordered the new switch and lights. Not the switch or lights was the wrong, they made some issues with the wire harnesses. They're asking me, to please give feedback for our service many times via email and text , but I waited they solving the problem and after that. Nothing happened!!This is my feedback. I don't recommend this company!! read more

I ended up taking the car back, they gave me a rental since it was going to take a few days, fixed what needed to be fixed, but again, added some other scratches to the car. At this point, I'm over it. A little over a week later I return the rental. Take my car home. Surprise 3 months down the road, enterprise charges me for the rental, after Calliber said they would cover it. I show up to Enterprise and they communicate with Calliber who tells them they're not covering the rental and that was my responsibility. After a lot of back and forward, they assume responsibility but they cannot give me a refund, go figure. They ended up just giving me a visa gift card. Just.....exhausting having to deal with them. read more

I stopped by on January 3 2023 to get an estimate on some body work. Unfortunately, an estimator was unavailable at the time, but others were able to help by taking photos of the damage and getting my name, phone number & email address. They were to send a quote to me after an estimator had time to review everything. It's now been 3 weeks, and I've never heard from them. I've moved on, there are lots of responsive repair facilities available. read more

Update... 03/05/19 5 stars for Julian and his professionalism. The issues that weren't addressed the first time around weren't his fault. Returning to have these issues fixed a week later, he tried his best to get the problems resolved within his power to do so. 1 star in regards to the quality of work. In our return to have the list of issues addressed, along with another (window rolled down and won't roll back up) issue that wasn't addressed and we are on our own to pay for a problem that started on their watch. They had the car for 2.5 weeks... and it didn't have these issues when we brought it in or we would have had them addressed the first time around. Lesson learned: great personal experience in the front end, terrible quality work and management refused to own that it was their problem to fix the issues that happened while in their shop without submitting a new insurance claim... for our insurance to pay for their sub standard work quality. read more

Michael Donald is the man to see for auto body repairs for your vehicle. Unfortunately, I was involved in a head-to-head collision 4 weeks after purchasing my new truck. We our car in here a few times and they've always done a great job. Someone keyed my truck door and Brianna took a look at it and asked if she could have her detail man work on it. About 15 minutes later, she brought it back, they had literally buffed it out while I waited. I think the detail man's name was Rafa? (Sorry if that's wrong) I was blown away! They couldn't get 100% of it out, but if you didn't know where to look (closely) you can't see anything! I really didn't want to run this through my insurance and now I don't have to! I can't thank Caliber Collision in Murrieta enough, they saved me a lot of time, hassle and money. They impress me every time. Thank You very much Brianna and Rafa (correct me if I'm misspelling your name), you're the best! read more
