I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I've worked with Charles a few times this year with one of my cars being totaled and the other getting the window smashed on a break-in. The owners are truly looking out for your best interest and suggest the best means of going about a repair. I'll never go anywhere else. read more

They provide nothing but the best service. Came in they were quick to give me a quote. After scheduling a time to come in for my repair they were actually ready for me upon my arrival. If you ever need body work this is the shop. I drive a S550 and try to make sure any service needed is of top quality. read more

Kevin was great to work with. He handled the insurance and rental car. I had zero stress. He made the process of getting my car repaired smooth and easy. He even went out of his way and fixed a few smaller items that had nothing to do with the accident. read more

Changed review. I had the wrong fix it auto. My bad experience was with the one in Kenmore, WA. I suggest the owner change the name of his place in Interbay to avoid being associated with the Kenmore one. read more

I had a fender bender and came here to get it done. Jessica at the front desk is amazing. She is really great to work with and will address your concerns. Charles is also great who gets all the work done. I was very happy with the work. It did take more time than promised though but hat was to do with the parts not coming on time and dealing with insurance! Unfortunately I don't have a before pic of the damage but they did an amazing job with my car. Very satisfied. read more

Amazing shop, I've gone here twice for some repairs to my car. Both times they have gone above and beyond what most businesses would do for me. Work well with the insurance companies involved and keep you updated with everything that's going on. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a repair to their car. read more

If you are looking for a body shop where the staff cares, you should go to this place. I had some scratches on the bumper of my SUV and went to the shop to get it fixed. I waited about 3 minutes to talk to an employee and he checked my car and removed all the scratches by rubbing it with a special cloth. He didn't charge anything because it was such a simple procedure. Now that's service. This is definitely where I'll go in the future. read more

They fixed my door rubbing against the quarter panel and it like new! I would recommend this outfit

Spread the word! This is the only place you need to go to for your auto repair. High level of customer service, best knowledge in the field and great pricing - what more can you ask for? I'm so happy when I got my car back, no traces of the accident whatsoever! It literally looks brand spanking new! read more

This review has been a long time coming, but WOW. These guys really knock your socks off. I needed some repairs to my Audi and I picked them because of some positive yelp reviews. Nothing could have prepared me for the outstanding service that Kevin and these guys provided. From working with the insurance company to try and negotiate my end goals to explaining to me as many times as I needed what exactly was going on with my car, they went above and beyond anything I could have dreamed about. As a woman who doesn't know very much about cars, I often feel shunned at car shops. Like I'm being talked down to because I don't understand what a carburetor does. But not here. In the short time that i was working with Kevin, he explained more to me about cars, the intricate workings of insurance companies, and the best way to negotiate the selling price on my car than anyone ever has. I only wish I could give them 800 stars. Well Done Accucraft!!! read more

I had to have my front bumper fixed and re-painted and these guys were great throughout the entire process. The combined efforts of my insurance co. and Accucraft made this experience pain-free. The staff was very friendly and has constantly updated me on their progress - which I really appreciated. I hope that I won't have to deal with any more elderly gentlemen backing into my car and then trying to drive off - but if I do, I know where to get it fixed. read more

Amazing customer service and so easy to work with. He understood what the goal was and was able to work within very reasonable costs. My bumper is perfect and as if no damage ever existed. Thank you for quality work and exceptional pricing and service. Will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend this place and I am very picky with who services my car. read more

I selected Accucraft based on the Yelp reviews and it was a good choice. The people are friendly, the pricing was competitive and the repairs were done on time and look great. read more

Great Service Charles helped me with my repair as well as getting paid by the insurance company. He went above and beyond to help make sure I got reimbursed in some areas that I didn't know I could. He seemed very comfortable with how that system all worked. I was rear-ended , and the work and fixes they did look good to me. read more

I had brought my car here to repair my drivers side window that had gotten stuck half way down a while back. I didn't have an appointment but when I brought my car there everyone was very friendly had had told me it was going to be about a day to repair. They got it done within that time frame and it was working as good as new! And the price was very reasonable. I had also needed my front license plate put on my car; I drove up, asked if they could do it and they did it right then and there for no charge! Will definitely be recommending them to friends. read more

These guys are great ... and you can't beat the customer service. First, they helped replace a rear taillight and patch up some major dents on our old Audi. They came in under estimate and it looked even better than expected. They also cleaned our tires/wheels. Nice touch. Most recently, I brought my car in to get a headlight replaced. They did it super fast and charged me practically nothing. Other places have tried to gouge me on this service in the past. Can't recommend these guys enough. read more

These guys are the best! I'm about to bring my car in for the 4th time for body repairs because they do such an excellent job. Every time I get the car back it looks brand new as if no damage had happened. Kevin and John always keep you updated with the progress, work seamlessly with the insurance companies and go above and beyond with their work and getting you scheduled in. Honest and cool guys. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work done. They should start a frequent repair punch card :) read more

The service at Accucraft was great. They were honest, fast, and very clear. Dealing with auto body work can be a headache, but Accucraft made my life easy. They gave me great advice and handled all difficult negotiations with my insurance company. If anyone asks me for a trustworthy auto body shop, I will confidently send them to Accucraft every time. A special shutout goes to Charles aka Chuck for his amazing customer service and excellent communication. This guy is a champion!! read more

I have had two great experiences with this shop. They did such a nice job on my car. I've actually already referred multiple people to them, that's how happy I was with Jay and the crew there. My only complaint is that the side of my car that hasn't been hit I now look at and notice all the door dings that are on it. The other side of my car and the bumper (both hit by other drivers this last year...) look BEAUTIFUL. Nice work by the crew there. Jay was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating. read more

Accucraft is the only body shop I go. I didn't know anything about my car, and had an accident. When I went there, all workers were kind and friendly, especially John was truly worried about me as well as my car. He was very thoughtful, and helped a lot including dealing with insurance company. Also, he checked other parts of cars, and kept me updated on my car. Thanks to him, I was able to do my works without any concern. I just want to say thank him a lot, if you need to go to a body shop, all I can say is that go to Accucraft. I hope that my review helps you, and you can count on it. read more

Kevin and his team took care of our new truck and were very pleasant to work with. We had pretty extensive damage to our SUV; a long scratch on the side, and damage to the back, two separate claims to two separate insurance companies. We took it to Kevin for an estimate and he was honest about what it would be and told us the insurance companies sorely underestimated the actual cost. He promised to get it fixed and looking like new - including all original parts, which was very important to us - and he would go to bat for us with both insurance companies to get the money we deserved for the damages. Kevin delivered on all of his promises, and even replaced our running board (that I scratched myself...whoops) for FREE. We would absolutely recommend Accucraft Collision to anyone in need of body work, and would go back ourselves (though hopefully we won't have to!). read more

Great honest work. My apologies for the delayed review but these guys did an amazing job on my 2006 Audi. They negotiated with the insurance company to make sure everything that everything my car needed were received. If you just got into an accident in Seattle I highly recommend you take your car to them, Accucraft makes sure you're well taken car of. Thanks again fellas!!! read more

We took our 2002 Jeep Liberty here after somebody rear ended it while it was parked on the narrow Queen Anne streets. The damage was cosmetic, but some ignition and electrical parts bit the dust while it was in their shop. Instead of arguing over how/when/why it happened, they completely paid for the mechanical repairs and rented us a car over the weekend. To top it off, the bumper/light replacement look fantastic. Accucraft took what could have been a really difficult and stressful situation and totally handled it professionally. I would recommend them as a body shop to anybody! read more

I visited Accucraft at least three times before we finally decided to repair the cosmetic damage to our two vehicles. Kevin spent a lot of time with me, pointing out the most important areas to focus on fixing and explaining several different payment options. He's friendly, honest and has a lot of experience working on cars. Not only did the Accucraft team do an excellent job on the bodywork, they also did an impeccable car wash detail that I didn't expect. As a customer who is typically hard to please, Kevin consistently met or exceeded my expectations. He even helped me get rid of a problem I was having with my ventilation system when most body shops would have sent me to a mechanic. Accucraft definitely understands how to take care of its customers. read more

A huge shout out to the folks at Accucraft! I had a tire blow out while I was driving down 15th AV NW. The first safe place I could pull over was right in front of this shop. I went in and asked if someone could put the spare on for me. They immediately helped me and when I asked to pay, I was told, "We are all just here to help each other out." It pays to pay it forward. I will definitely return here with my future business because of this kindness and good ethics!! read more

Just spoke with Kevin on the phone. This man has amazing customer service, I'm considering taking my car here simply because of him and his awesome service! I got rear ended a few days ago and called to ask about hourly rates and he proceeded to tell me everything I needed to know about what I was entitled to by and from the insurance companies and what he would cover and he's got a great sense of humor! Thanks again Kevin! read more

I just had my first accident ever this past November, and was unsure in how to handle the aftermath. Charles and his team went up and beyond to help me in every stage of the process. Not only did they make me feel confident in their decisions but also created a true partnership in working with the adjuster and the rental car company. He has his customers' back! Body work turned out great and paint job is well blended with my original paint! I also had some hard to find wheels, and there were questions if we could even find them again but they searched the whole country and found a set! Plus all new tires! All the reviews on Yelp are correct. Take your car to Accucraft!! read more

What a fantastic experience! I backed into a sign and dented my bumper. Whooops! I need to get my bumper replaced eventually, but they popped the dent out on the spot. That saved me from getting "the look" from my other half every time he saw the dent. Couldn't be any happier with my experience. Also, they were super friendly and personable. Highly recommended. read more

They are awesome. Great service. I came in without an appointment and even then they were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to fix a dent in my bumper with it replacing the whole thing and it looks great now! read more

I approached Accucraft as a secondary repair option and was so impressed I decided to switch repair shop and give Accucraft the business. The staff is very helpful and friendly - everyone was very helpful. They made it easy and guided me through the entire repair/claim process. Accucraft personnel assured me they would repair my car with quality parts and would not cut corners to save money or satisfy the insurance company's motives. Kevin was in contact with me each time he spoke with the insurance adjuster and available to answer my questions after I spoke with the adjuster. There was never a gray area or misunderstanding with Kevin. Accucraft arranged my car rental pick up - they coordinated everything for me. A definite recommendation for your body shop needs and a resource. MM- Magnolia read more

The friendliest and easiest shop ever. Kiwana at the front desk made me comfortable immediately. She and her husband Kevin are a fun couple that make the place feel like home. I stopped by Accucraft per a recommendation from a local mechanic. My BMW had a door ding and a few hood scuffs and I wanted an estimate. Kevin came out, looked at the hood scuffs, and within minutes asked me to pull the car into the shop so he could buff out the scuffs. He did an amazing job, buffed/polished the scuffs out and, get this, did it FOR FREE. First time I've EVER received any sort of free work from a body shop. Next up was the door ding. He told me that, in order to fix the ding he would need to basically paint the entire door at a cost of $300-400 (which is about what I was expecting). But he also suggested I try touch up paint first and see how that looked. I came in the next day with the touch up paint and he skillfully/carefully applied it to the door. The ding is gone and, again, I offered to pay him for his time but he wouldnt take my money. Next time I have more substantial work, I'm definitely returning. The level of customer service that Kevin provides is a rare find these days. GREAT JOB! read more

I only needed license plate installation and these guys didn't accept a single penny. They care more about the customers than money. I absolutely would recommend. read more

I took my car here for a repair after it got hit in a parking lot. They did a great job- the car looks better than new, and they took care of some small dents and scratches as part of the repair. Charles was amazing and informative. Not only did he do a great job with fixing our nearly totaled Corolla, but he also gave us a lot of tips on how to deal with the insurance company. I would not direct a friend anywhere else if they need a body shop. read more

A million thanks to the wonderful owner of FIX auto. I dropped by Sat few mins after they closed to make an appointment to fix paint damage to my Toyota Landcruiser. My wonderful old truck had lots of bright yellow paint on the passenger door due to an unfortunate collision with a yellow cement barrier during daughters drivers driving lesson earlier that day. Even though he was in the middle of a small construction project at the time, the owner kindly evaluated my car and offered to remove the paint at no charge on the spot for an immediate fix. Based on his kindness and another friends great experience with post accident repair of her car I will be bringing any future business to Fix. (Which based on one current teen age driver with learners permit and another due next year may be soon!) read more

Please patronize this business; it's the best! Kevin came running out to help deal with a busted hinge on the door to my daughter's car gas cap in spite of the fact that it was after 5:00PM. He is a can-do guy that won't stop working until he gets it fixed. He actually wants to help people, and he does it well with humor and kindness. The service here was truly well above and beyond any other, and they've definitely earned our business forever! read more

This place is amazing. I just walked in to get a free estimate for two issues--a small dent and paint marks. They could have easily charged me thousands of dollars to fix the two issues. But, instead, they removed the paint on site and partially fixed the dent within 15 minutes of my arrival, saving me hassle and significant cost to repair. I can't imagine many businesses that would do that, especially to someone like me who wouldn't know the difference. And all with a smile on their faces. Amazing! read more
