I had a great experience with Accucraft. I drive an older (2000) truck and rear ended someone causing substantial damage to the truck. Everywhere I took the truck said it was totaled and not worth the investment to fix. No other shop would help me, they turned down the work. They said they would not do a partial fix. I explained that I simply wanted to get it straight and drivable, not back to perfect. Since the truck is still in good working order and I like it, and I was paying for the repair out of pocket, I simply wanted to get it to a usable condition. Kevin was so wonderful. He walked me through the damage, what a complete repair would entail, and then what we might be able to do to meet my own hopes. He worked with me to find used parts, even though it meant that my truck had to sit in their shop longer. He salvaged every part he could, but still made sure he was doing a quality job on the truck. What I ended up with was exactly what I wanted. I got a truck that is straight and could be painted up to look great if I wanted, but it is running great and mechanically sound. Kevin was able to get my truck to the condition I wanted for 75% less than a full repair. This was a huge help to me because the truck was not worth repairing to the full extent, but it was certainly not ready to be scrapped either. I really appreciated Kevin's flexibility in meeting my goals and not pushing me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. He was very kind and honest. I had nothing but great service with everyone I talked to. I truly felt I could trust the staff here, and that was a big comfort for me. read more

If your a woman, this shop is a great place to go! So many times when you go to a body shop or mechanic as a female, they try to get over on you, and treat you as though your an idiot., but this shop was totally different. Kevin was very patient with me as I bombarded him with questions regarding the estimate, which by the way was free, the cost of parts, and basically how the entire proces would be handled from start to finish. He worked with my insurance company to make sure I got what I needed, and even set up a rental car for me. He kept us in the loop, very transparent, as to what was going on with our vehicle throughout the entire process, which was very important to us, and delivered our BMW to us on time and looking BETTER than new! We were so satisfied, we dropped off our Lexus for Kevin to work on as well. Bottom line, if you're a woman, or an owner of highend cars, this bodyshop is a great place to come. I never took the time to create an account, leave reviews, etc., but the work that Charles and his team did on my '03 Civic was so ABOVE AND BEYOND what was expected, I had to recognize Accucraft for the job they did. The car, which had a good amount of front-end and fender damage, looked absolutely straight and clean inside and out when I picked it up. Not only was the work excellent (honestly flawless, to my eye), but the service was top-notch as well. I even received a follow-up from the front office, asking me if everything was still to my satisfaction and advising me that if there was anything more they could do, to bring it back. These guys are great. I took my vehicle to three different autobody shops for estimates and Accucraft (AKA Fix Auto) had the lowest estimate, and not because they were leaving anything out, but because they were able to do the work in less hours and they were charging less for the same parts. They let me know ahead of time that there may be additional cost depending on what it looked like after they took it apart so I was prepared for it when it was actually required. However, the final cost still ended up being cheaper than the other two autobody shops had even estimated. In the end, the work they did was fantastic. It looks like the accident never happened, and they also fixed some damage to my fender for free that wasn't even related to the accident! read more

I was unfortunate enough to have my car hit twice while parked near my home in a few month period. I came into accucraft with claims with two different insurance companies, as well as some additional work I wanted done out of pocket. They worked with the insurance companies as needed, kept in contact, and got the work done in a reasonable amount of time despite some complications. On top of that, they quoted me a very good deal on the out of pocket work, and kept to the quoted price despite more work being required than initially expected. Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the work, and extremely happy with their flexibility in getting the work done on budget. I initially chose this repair shop since it was close to my home, and I am definitely glad I went there!!! Charles took care of my 12 year old car and now it looks brand new! I'm very appreciative of him taking time to explain the repairs that were needed and how long it would take. He worked directly with my insurance which definitely saved me time and stress as well. Keven is as good as it gets. Treated me like family. Absolutely went above and beyond any of my expectations. I see from other reviews that this is a trend as other people got their cars back in nicer condition than when it was brought in, I was no exception. They fixed interior damage, cleaned the carpets in my car, fixed preexisting damage, and also buffed out as many rock chips and dints as they could. They even buffed and re-clear coated my previously dingy headlights; I literally couldn't believe it. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, I couldn't be happier. If you need your car fixed this is THE place to go. I own a 2000 Camry that needed a new bumper, damage behind the bumper replaced, and a touch up to paint on the front bumper. I was told 5 days, it was 2.5. The paint matches perfectly which is never easy on an older car. I was treated with respect every minute I was at the shop and during phone calls. Multiple pictures were taken to show & explain to me the damage, and to send to the insurance company. Mr. Jung and all other employees were very professional and helpful. Just got in a collision and need an auto body shop to take your car to that you can trust and the price is affordable? Then you definitely need to call Accucraft Collision Center in Seattle, WA. They made my 2010 Charger look like a 2020 Charger with out putting a dent in my pocket. Wow! Toyota of Seattle recommended this friendly shop which was so convenient to Ballard and Queen - and I'm so glad they did! It's never fun to deal with the aftermath of a collision but Kevin and John almost made it fun. Such a great branch! I had a window fiasco on New Years where it wouldn't role back up. Being New Years, hardly anyone was open the day of or over the weekend EXCEPT Auto Fix. Charles, the manager and estimator was so kind and helpful. I came with my patched up window, and he immediately took the car, had his technician take care of the window, and diagnosed the problem. His technician even went above and beyond scraping tape residue off the window left behind from my patched up fix. I went to accucraft for an estimate of the bumper.I had an accident so hit my bumper of BMW X3.I was hesitant to go body shop but I went to Accucraft at 5:50 PM the store closes at 6PM .Kevin was so helpful that he helped me get the estimates and tried to explain me.He is very patient and not like the other sales guys to try to make money from you.
