No exaggeration, the car I got back looked so much better than the car I dropped off, I was almost tempted to check the vin number. Not just the repair to my rear bumper and taillight, which was perfect, but they cleaned up and buffed the whole car. I loved the text updates, and every person I spoke to throughout was professional and pleasant. My car went 2 days past the estimate, which might have cost them a star if the other guy's insurance wasn't covering my rental, but I was happy with the fact that they called me first thing on the due date to let me know so it didn't screw up my afternoon. As an organization, they all coordinate very well with each other and make the customer feel welcomed. Importantly, their communication is 10/10 in how they make the customer feel understood and supportive in the process. I was in a recent fender bender. My insurance adjuster recommended this place as it was the closest body shop to me. He said I could drop off the vehicle at any time at my convenience during the weekend. Today (Saturday) at around 10am I was woken by a representative from Fix Auto, asking when I would be bringing the vehicle in. I told them I hadn't given it much thought yet. It was, after all, 10am on Saturday. The Fix Auto employee informed me that they would be closing at noon today, and that they do not work Sundays. I thanked him for this bit of information and got ready to head out as this was my only opportunity to drop off my vehicle this weekend. I arrived at 11:30am and the office was closed. I peered inside and everyone was gone. I saw a few technicians working on a car through the adjacent fence, and yelling in their direction I asked if I could receive some assistance. Two technicians stopped working on a car and peered in my direction, then resumed working. I hollered at them for a little while longer, until one of them finally decided that I was too much of an annoyance to ignore. He came over and told me that everyone at the office was at a picnic..... This was just after they had called me 90 minutes prior saying that they would be open until noon.... I told him "Thanks for fucking nothing" and left in a storm. I will be sure to never use this place, and hope that my review wards away others who were considering bringing their business here. There were quite a few closer to me in diamond bar than FIX auto in Anaheim. I figured I'd rather take it here since if the great reviews. Boy am I surely glad I did! From the beginning to end of the process it was nothing but smooth communication and professionalism from this establishment. I had gotten up to date notifications via text which I prefer since I would choose not to be bothered during work hours. They even finished my car almost a week before the expected date! When I picked up my car the gentlemen who helped me out explained all the repairs done, lifetime warranty,...etc. until I had no further questions or concerns. I give strongest recommendation without reservation to Fix Auto and Leslie, the main staff that I dealt with. She truly took care of everything and seemed to know in and out about Tesla repair process. Apparently she has dealt a lot with Tesla and different insurance companies. When I brought in my model X with front collision damage, she gave me a clear picture and walk through of what would happen and estimated timeline which turned out to be quite accurate. Leslie even went out of her way and helped talk to my insurance to make sure that in the end I would not have to pay anything out of pocket and updated me with every step through email. The technician also seemed every experienced with Tesla and could tell a lot from taking only a quick look. They also worked with me on when to drop off and pick up the car so that the time they keep my car is at minimum. The finished work was also fantastic we couldn't tell there was damage before. Insurance companies are A$$, I chose to come here as I use to work at Hardin Honda seen their work and we worked fairly with Fix Auto and they're really nice people. My insurance company is the hassle in this but, Jonathan has had my husband and I back on talking to them being on them so it's been moving. My car is suppose to be there for another month estimated and Jonathan is trying to push sooner wish them luck. Less than a 2 month old brand new 2020 car and someone rammed in to me, life happens and I'm devastated. Jazmin who works at the front desk is EXTREMELY professional and greets you with a big friendly smile. When my car was done they dropped it off all the way in Costa Mesa where I live! Wow. They were so understanding with my situation. They walked me through my paperwork and what will happen to my car. A staff member contacted me with updates on my car. They answered every question in a good-natured and patient fashion. It's unfortunate getting into a car accident but my car looks 10000000x better after they fixed it because they not only washed my car, they also gave it a full detail so all the white spots that were on my hood were gone. Also like Quanger D. said, I got constant communication from them, from appointments reminders, to when I could pick up my car, to what they were doing to my car, etc. etc. When I also needed a rental car and the rental place nearby gave us shitty service, they were ready to beat the rental place's ass if they don't treat us better. Okay so this place is 100% INCREDIBLE. My paint was completely gone on both rear quarter panels and was basically exposed primed metal, due to Hondas lack of being able to paint a car competently. I took it to a ton of other places and they all were charging ridiculous prices to get it done. I took it here and OMG. The price was great, the work was so professional. You can't even tell anything was wrong whatsoever. I was helped through the WHOLE process by Stephanie Harris, and she was phenomenal the whole way. Brought my car for the first time at their location in Anaheim to get my car rear end fixed due to a collision accident. I had no idea what to expect as this was my first time bringing my car to an autoshop. Karen was the receptionist who helped and started our process. Scott Thompson is the one assigned to oversee my car fixing. Everything was smooth, from the time we first checked in, staff taking care of our rental car set up, giving us the estimate over the email, phone and constant communication by the staff was superb. I damaged my wife's car and had to find a place to repair it. I was referred to Fix Auto Anaheim by the dealership where I purchased the car. I knew it was not going to be inexpensive and worried about the workmanship since my previous experiences at other auto body shops has not always been positive. On the day I went to Fix Auto in Anaheim I was greeted by Scott T. who worked up the estimate for me. Originally the quote was approximately $1600+ and the possibility of $800-$1000 more if there was damage to an internal part that was not readily seen at the time of quote. I was satisfied with the quote (it was where I thought it might end up) and gave to go ahead to do the work. I was given an approximate date of completion and told I would be given updates on any changes to the cost and when exactly the car would be done. A young lady by the name of Essence (i hope that is correctly spelled) finished the paperwork for me, explained the process and sent me on my way. To my delight I did get timely updates by means of my choosing (text) by also the quoted amount came in lower by a little over $200! NO BS! Lower!. I was thrilled as this was coming out of my pocket and not my insurance. I received a call from Katie a couple days later to let me know the car repair was complete and I could pick up the car. I met with Katie first thing the following morning and was happy to find the work looks great! My whole experience from walking in for a quote through to picking up the car was wonderful. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Their first impression is that they are careful and responsible but that is not entire. I should have known when I was dropping off my car and another customer was there complaining about the way he received his car back with DAMAGES that were NOT there BEFORE the repairs. They had my car one month and gave it back to me with the outside body of my car repaired but did not mention that my stereo and speakers were not working and the tire sensor in my dashboard was on. These damages were reported to fix auto the next day after picking up my vehicle. I took it back and they kept it for another month, avoiding my calls, blaming their own management and HONDA dealership and telling me lies about the Honda diagnostic results. I had to call Honda dealership myself and ask for the results. Turns out that FIX AUTO MANAGER LEE ( rude, obnoxious, disrespectful &unprofessional ) AND " NEW MANAGER " JESSICA ( oblivious, unreliable, fabricator ) are notorious liars that gave false information to me & refused to pay for legit work from Honda that would have been covered my insurance and instead decided to hire some sketch worker to trade my car parts and dirty my beige leather seats and seatbelts. They gave me back my car on red light gas empty, disgusting dirty with oil marks all over my seats and interior and damages to my dashboard interior from them hitting/ forcing the car parts back into place. Now my car parts are unstable and loose and dirty marks all over my interior. Plus miscellaneous shaved metal parts all over the rug and on of my floor mats. It's been a week and fix auto does not return my calls and refuses to give me a summary report on what did they did to my car for a month and who was working on it with out my consent due to them informing me with false information. read more
