She constantly called and updated me on the progress of my car, she made all the insurance paperwork easy, and most of all she was really nice and answered all the questions I had. I was referred to Fix Auto Collision by a co-worked who nick picks everything (mechanical engineer) and was on the preferred AAA list. I figured if he had his car repaired there with nothing negative to say, the quality must be pretty good. I wasn't disappointed. I had run over a truck tire in the middle of the night and had sustained quite a bit of under carriage damage. Fix initially said the car would be done in a week and a half, which I knew right off would never happen. I just needed it done in 3 weeks. Got the car back 1 day shy of 3 weeks. They did keep me informed as to their progress and issues. So overall I'm happy with the time. I would rather it take longer and have no quality issues than have them rush and miss something or screw something up. Car was perfect when we got it back. It's been about a month now with no go backs. Still happy. read more

Embarrassingly, while backing my car out of the garage, I scraped my wife's car. While her car was barely damaged, my rear fender was crushed. Made my claim, and took my car to my local Fix Auto (having used their Irvine location previously), to get and idea of the time frame that would be needed. I dealt with Scott, and explained that I would be off the week of Christmas, and wouldn't need a rental if the majority of work could be completed then. He assured me that every effort would be made to accommodate and that the work would be flawless (which I was also worried about having not a scratch on the car otherwise). Dropped my car off first thing 12/26. Was kept updated via texts throughout, and was surprised when my car was ready on 12/29! Picked it up and it was flawless, in fact the area that was re-painted looks a bit better than the rest of the car (which has the typical swirl marks throughout). Hats off to Scott, who was awesome by the way, for making it happen better than expected. He even offered to have my wife's car buffed out at no charge - which we will take advantage of. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again (though I hope I don't need to). read more

So I called and spoke to Zack, I told him I have a 1968 Mustang that is newly painted, but needs minor hood, trunk and door alignment. He tells me, we can do it, bring the car down as he can't quote a price over the phone. I get the car there and go into the office to speak to Zack. I'm told Zack is at lunch and the manager has already looked at my car and they don't work on cars this old. I asked why the manager didn't tell me in person and asked to speak to him. The receptionist tells me he has gone to another lot and not available. That's it, so I drive my car all the way down there because their representatives who answer the phone don't even know what they can or cannot do. The receptionist never apologized for my trouble of driving my car there or any inconvenience. Very rude and unprofessional. read more

I went there to get my car fixed after someone hit and and took off. I was really happy with Justin who was really great about getting my car in and me taken care of. I was really happy to get my car back early. Unfortunately, my AC was no longer working. I called my advisor at Ford and they knew that something was not right with the car. I took it back and the general manager, Jesus, was very disrespectful. Suddenly I was being blamed for everything. It was my fault that my AC wasn't working, even though I told him it was working when I brought it to them. He wanted to charge me for all the diagnosis and wanted me to drive my car around all weekend with no AC. I have never been so disrespected by a manager. He literally threw up his hands and told his associate to get me out of there. I did get my car back and the guys at the car wash are the ones that noticed the damage. I called my insurance company, USAA, and they were not happy about how I was treated and that my car still has damage. My car is currently at another body shop. Fix it came out and was intent on saying that everything was my fault. I had only had my car back a week and most of the damage was discovered after they took it apart. Poor body work is what I was told. On top of that, I drive a full size sedan and they only wanted to let me drive a small little car. I put my foot down and flat out told them no. Needless to say, repairs that only should have taken a few days have now dragged out to a month. I am not happy with the service. I will never be going back to them, at least not until they let go of their general manager. If you don't mind crap quality work and poor service, then Fix it Auto is for you. Need something better? Drive down to Katella. Caliber is much better. They treat you like family. And they know what it means to serve. read more

My first experience with any auto body shop and let me tell you, these guys set the bar HIGH! All aspects was an amazing experience. Constant texts/emails/calls with updates of the whole process. Who looks at a vehicle and says... hmm looks like $1000 without providing details as to how he got that amount. It appears this place is overwhelmed with too many customers because he didn't even know any information about the claim before hand and was in a rush. In addition, he didn't even walk around the entire car to inspect for any other damage to the vehicle, basically walked up to the front made and made a guess. read more

Finding an honest repair shop that gives respect is very hard to find, Fix It Auto provided both of these items. I was given great service that was quickly completed. I never felt like I was I was not aware of work being done. The quality of work was outstanding and looked as if no damage was ever done to the car. Fix Auto made our experience getting our daughter's car repaired as easy and painless as possible. Their quote was very competitive and Scott T., our PoC, did a great job seeking the best prices on car parts. We dropped the car off on a Monday and it was completed by COB Thursday. Given the amount of work required, including paint, we couldn't have expected it any sooner. Also, their text message system that informed me of repair progress on a daily basis is a nice plus. read more

My car was side swiped some months back and I was able to take it in to Fix Auto - Anaheim. The staff at this location performed excellent customer service. During the process I was keep informed the entire time as to what happening. I received a time estimate for 3 to 4 weeks for the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised to get the call to come pick up my car after 2 1/2 weeks, so these guys are awesome in my book. when I arrived they showed me to a brand new looking car. My car looked brand new. I had to walk around the car to make sure it was mine, it looked that good. If I should need body work done again, I'm definitely going to Fix Auto - Anaheim. I am so happy I took my car here. The front right panel on my Honda Fit was lifting off, and my rear light was dangling. They looked at it, took it off for an estimate, and then 15 minutes later came back, and it was fixed. I asked how much and they said it was free! I can't believe it ... Not very impressed with Fix Auto in Anaheim. Originally had a big ding in the passenger-side door, that cost roughly $500 to repair. I'm following up on previously posted review. I was somewhat happy with them, until a few days later (after I got my car back), and noticed the obvious orange peel (in the right lighting). I called to make a new appt. When I arrived, no one from management came out to hear my concerns. The Secretary, just drove it to the back, and said it would be a couple of days. When I came to pick it up, once again no management in sight. The secretary told me to look it over, and if I like it, I can take it. No apologies from management, for wasting my time on a return trip! I needed a ride home for the 2nd time. Then a 3rd time to pick it up. And lastly, when I dropped it off, the very first time, I noticed a placard in the window offering a AAA discount. I asked for that, and I was told I should have brought it up when I got the estimate... and it won't be available to me at this time. I called management (after the repair), and I was told that I will be reimbursed for the AAA discount, immediately on my credit card. After a couple of weeks, of checking my card, the discount was not returned. When I called to question this error, the secretary told me, that I needed to come in and sign something... I said, absolutely not, and that the refund should have only been applied per managements verbal commitment... . Everything finally got resolved, without me having to go in, for a 3rd time. I would never go back there, and could not recommend them to anyone. read more
