Was recently in an accident with my BRAND NEW car. Fix Auto made it look great again. The front office staff Brenna & Ashley were great and kept me updated through the entire process! read more

Auto fix is a company that not only provides great service, they are truly caring and thoughtful during the process. I was only able to pay some of the damages but they made my car look completely new!! I am extremely happy I chose auto fix to help me after my accident. Stephanie played a huge role in the process. She is super sweet and truly cares about the customers she's helping. I can't imagine how my car would have turned out without auto fix and the help of Stephanie. I recommend anyone come to auto fix for car service and ask for Stephanie. Till the very end they kept me updated. 5 stars for sure!!! read more

Honestly, if I can give them 0 stars, I would. This place is extremely ridiculous. They "fixed" my car but it was a crappy job. Their client hit my car at 70mph and my car was damaged all around and theirs was totaled. They "repaired" my car but I brought up some big issues that was still a problem and they lied and denied it was already taken care of. They failed to check my shocks leaking (but repaired replace suspension/ rims everything else, due to that impact they are suppose to replace the shocks too since it's a hard hit on all corners of the car) and lied saying it was fine to the insurance. Now the car won't drive without it shaking uncontrollably. Horrible service/ motives. Will be telling EVERYONE to not to come here due to lack of decency. Please avoid the disappointment and go elsewhere. As for her reply, she obviously wasn't the one handling my claim. She would have know that the shop falsely stated my shocks were okay when in face they were damaged and leaking from the accident. I brought the car back after driven it for a couple days and noticed. Jesse the one in charge of my claim deny they were damaged but I brought it to a specialist and they clearly stated that the shocks were leaking AND due to the accident. like I stated, VERY bad business. You might be in the car repair business but you can also be arrogant and misdiagnosed a car as well. It's your choice to be thorough or not. If it was your car, you would be as upset. read more

I had my car service here at fix auto about a year ago after i got hit on the back, they had to replace the trunk, bumper and left tailight,i had a few problems when I picked up the car and took it home, I decided to check the work that was done at fix auto and I noticed that the trunk was not aligned correctly and that they didn't paint match the spoiler to the new trunk, I decided to leave the car as is and was furious with the bad work done so I decided to do a bad review here on yelp. But after a week or so DONALD GRAY contacted me and ask me to bring the car in and he will fix anything I wanted, he even paid for a rental car while the car got fixed, I was satisfied with the work done after all Thank you DONALD GRAY read more

I always enjoy fix auto anaheim for my body shop needs, Jessica and her team are always helpful at a last-minute crunch. I had to bring my husband's car today with major damage from an accident and I'm never disappointed with my experience with them. From start to finish they make sure we are taken care of and help as they can with no hesitation. I continue to promote this body shop to my friends and family read more

What can I say!! Kelly, Stephanie and all at fix auto are duh bomb!! Great human beings with professional integrity. I walked into the front office faced with smiling faces uttering the words "how can we help you?" Needless to say I felt welcomed to do business. I received a great paint job on my SUV. Thank you Fix Auto!...ur the best!! Melvin Lee! read more

I was so pleased with the service both with my car and myself as a customer. Gemma Martinez was so helpful and updated me every chance she got, I felt comfortable leaving my car with Fix Auto. I recommend taking your car to here for top quality service. read more

Definitely, without a doubt, I recommend Fix Auto Anaheim. My experience with Leslie and her crew was far beyond outstanding! From start to end, the process was flawless. They are customer service oriented and informative in all the procedures for you vehicle repairs. I took my Tesla here for repairs, and the finished product was first class. read more

Overall, I am very satisfied with their service! Took my car in with dent on the front bumper, it was the worst! It caused the nastiest sound every time someone would open the passenger door. Im glad I brought my car here. Service was great! When I finally went to go pick it up, it looked brand new, plus the work was completed days earlier than expected! Definitely would recommend! read more

I had a minor accident at work with the gate arm coming down and hitting the side of my car. There were scratches and I didn't know if it was repairable so I came to Fix Auto. Upon arrival, Justine immediately greeted me I had told her what had happened. Even though I did not have an appointment, she accommodated me and got an estimator to check out my vehicle. She even offered me water while I waited! Some shops don't even do this! Jesse (Estimator) determined that there was minor damage and they was gracious enough to buff the scratches out for me for free. Shout outs to Jose (tech) as well for buffing my car! I will be a repeat customer for life! You all are amazing!!! read more

This was my first experience with Anaheim FIX AUTO... Great impression! Customer service by Alyssa, Stephanie, and Jessie was impeccable. What a great "Team" from start to finish. I felt like I had known this crew for a long time (Lol). The waiting room is awesome because it's nice and clean, with coffee, water, etc. and a big screen TV while you're waiting. The front desk employees were very attentive and pleasant to speak with... many unsavory companies need to follow these employees work ethics and practice. Most impressive, I would receive text messaging of how my Baby ("Car") was doing in vehicle surgery an hour upon completion. This was "Red carpet" Service. [If] my Car needs any other work... there's no question where I'll be going... Thank you Team Fix Auto - Anaheim. You Rock! read more

This place is the only paint and body shop you need. We had a 1994 Civic completely painted 6 years ago and it came out much better than expected. The match to the original paint was perfect and the car came out perfect. Last week I got hit in the back of my Jeep Patriot and I took it in and they said it would be done in a few days if I was to leave it. I was there on Monday at 8 am and Stephanie called me to come get my Jeep back on Tuesday, completely finished just like new. Stephanie is a great customer service representative of the company. Very conscientious and we were very happy to have her as our rep. Neil and Judi Finegold Santa Ana read more

I took my car to get an estimate on damages that occurred on a weekend. The person assisting me was the general manager, Donald Grey. He informed me would get back to me within 24 hours. When I didn't hear from him, I had called but he was never available. The receptionist at the office would take down my info and give him my messages. I would request an update on my estimate on a daily basis but I never heard from him. I informed my insurance company to provide a different company since the service I received was awful. All I needed was an estimate on my car and NO ONE followed up. This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience. read more

This is the first time I've brought my car to this shop and it was one of the most painless experiences I've had when it comes to getting work done. Even though the repair period overlapped with Thanksgiving week, the team at Fix Auto Anaheim worked efficiently to get my car ready as soon as possible. The entire process was very straightforward and Sarahy, my service representative, kept me updated every step of the way. Sarahy even arranged a complimentary Lyft ride to the rental car company to make things more convenient. I will definitely be coming back here should I need to in the future. read more

Excellent service, took my Tesla Model 3 i after it was struck by road debris which shattered the headlight and caused fender damage. My insurance referred me to this shop as it's a Tesla approved repair shop. Donald and his staff were amazing and informed me of the repairs every step of the way. I hope I never have to deal with repairs again but I'm glad Donald and his team are there just in case. read more

Fix auto anaheim is nothing short of amazing! A tree had fallen on my car and damaged nearly all of the vehicle, scratching literally every panel and window. I had never had to deal with anything like this before but the people at fix auto made the process smooth and stress free, and I knew my car was in good hands the minute I walked through the door. Scott, my estimator, kept me up to date on my cars progress, and pushed for perfection. Manny, the tech, and his team did an outstanding job and my car is now looking like the day I drove it off the lot. Thank you Scott and Manny! Hopefully I never have to go back, but if do I know my car will be taken care of. read more

I brought my car in after a hit and run in Tuesday evening. Sarahy took the order promptly, looked at the damages, and called Enterprise. Damages included fender, lights, hood alignment, and other items totaling over $2900. This shop is quick. I received the call to pick up Friday night. I showed up Saturday for pickup. It only took three days to get it looking like new. Wow! Ricky Sterling really got it done. The panel gaps are perfect and the interior was the cleanest any app has ever give this car back. Perfectly executed repair. Thanks again. read more

After scraping my car on a post attempting to enter a parking garage I found myself in need of help removing all the yellow paint off of my silver car. Thankfully, my car wasn't dented to badly. Donald, the GM of Fix Auto, attended to my dilemma immediately. He used his magic formula to remove the yellow paint, polished it up with some wax and it looked fabulous in less than a half hour. I was so impressed with the service and job he did. I know he had more important things to do, but he sure made this girl happy. I thank him and highly recommend this company for all your body work. I say that as someone who previously had more serious work done in the past. read more

When you wreck your car it sucks. Especially when you rear end someone and there is no plausible deniability of fault. If your like me, you find the silver lining in any situation. The silver lining in this situation was Fix Auto Anaheim. The Service provided by Katie and her team was top notch. I mean, they have door to door service. As in, I never left my house. The quality of the repair was stellar. Especially given the price. Scott was very knowledgeable and explained everything quickly so i could get on with my day. very efficient. Hope I don't wreck my car again anytime soon, but Fix Auto Anaheim comes highly recommended by me if you ever find yourself in the same predicament. read more

We had such a great experience with Fix Auto - Anaheim. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such positivity and reassurance from Sarahy. Our car was finished within a couple days and looks great. The customer service was amazing! So satisfied! Highly recommend and will come back if need be in the future. :) read more

This review is a couple weeks late.I knew I had to eventually get to writing one.My husband was in a fender bender on the freeway and his truck was messed up from the passenger side and the front bumper and the alignment was also off.I took to Fix Auto in Anaheim and from beginning to end the service there was phenomenal! They arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and take me to get a rental car and they kept us informed about the process of the car getting fixed.Donald (Neil) Gray and his staff are amazing. We got the truck back before the end of the week and it looked amazing.I told my husband he had a new truck.I will totally refer any friends and family to Fix Auto if they ever are need of Auto work.Thank you again for such a great job! read more

A few weeks ago I was involved in an accident on the way home from work. It wasn't a major accident but it was enough to stress me out because I take really good care of my car. I went through the list of body shops that my insurance works with. After reviewing all the shops on Yelp I selected Fix Auto Anaheim. They seemed to have great reviews and I was hoping I would be as happy with their work. I dropped my car off on Monday. I dealt with Sarahy that day and for every interaction since. She's awesome! She's very committed to customer service and went above and beyond. She's very friendly and made sure she got everything correct. She made the process painless. I received daily phone calls from her with the status of my car and it's repairs. She called the rental company to have them pick me up that first day. When I picked up my car she offered me water and coffee while I waited for my credit card to be charged. Now, on to the actual work on my car. Today is Friday, the fifth day after dropping off my car, and it was ready. Their work completely exceeded my expectations. You never really know what you're going to get when you take your car for repair somewhere. To be completely honest, my car looks brand new. It was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. They even found something I had lost in my car a long time ago and didn't realize I had lost in there. This place definitely lives up to all the positive reviews. Nobody likes being in an accident or having to take their car for repairs. If you are stuck in this unfortunate situation, do yourself a favor and go to Fix Auto Anaheim. read more

Did not give a price estimate or range without a in person visit. I I understand an exact price is difficult without seeing the automobile. But with the model of the car you should still be able to give a range. We are practicing social distancing right now so I am not comfortable going to their business right now. read more

I have to say that my experience at Fix Auto was very disappointing. I have an older car, 2008 Saturn Aura. I had been hit in a parking structure and had damage to my lower driver side door and fender. Fix Auto's State Farm appraiser came out and looked at my car for 5 minutes and told me they could not fix it as parts were no longer available. I was very upset because although my car is 11 years old, I only have 25,000 miles on it. The appraiser never went and checked availability on parts just told me they couldn't help me. I took my car to another body shop and they had no problem obtaining parts. My car is now fixed and good as new. If you have an older car and they tell you it can't be fixed go to another body shop. They don't want to be bothered with actually doing the work required to fix your vehicle. read more

This is a great place to get your vehicle repaired and highly recommend. Stephanie Harris is very welcoming, has a great attitude with lots of positive/upbeat energy while providing exceptional customer service. Not once was I treated like a number. She will go above and beyond to further assist you with everything you need. Mike Roth is another great employee at Fix Auto. When he was inspecting my vehicle, he explained to me the process in its entirety (from parts needed, installation process and an ETA of completion). He also went above and beyond to address a non-related minor dent to my car; at no charge. Overall, my experience with Fix Auto Anaheim has been phenomenal and I will continue to do business with them. Thank you Fix Auto Anaheim for your service. read more

The people at the front desk here are so friendly and helpful! I was so upset over getting into an accident but the women I spoke to while dropping my car off put me in a way better mood. Additionally, if I was ever wanting to check in on my car or had any questions they were super diligent about making sure one of the mechanics communicated with me. Everything went smoothly, they even cleaned and detailed my car before returning it, would recommend! read more

Fix Auto Anaheim- WOW! WOW! WOW! I took my car there earlier this week and I literally felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant with exceptional service. The communication was superior to any type of service I had and the Customer Care Specialist by the name of Sarahy Robledo was exceptional to work with. I got my car back in prime condition and clean. Unfortunately, it is a fairly new car and I was bummed about the collision but Fix Auto Anaheim got it back to me exactly the way I bought it off the lot. Thank you everyone at Fix Auto Anaheim. I have already referred a friend due to your EXCEPTIONAL service. read more

This is a great body shop, the painter is spot on and Richie is one of the best body guys! Thanks guys read more

This location is amazing. I was rear ended in my brand new Ford Explorer. I was so nervous about the work and if I was going to get crap aftermarket parts. But no! They went for the factory parts and did an amazing job! I would have never known the car was ever in an accident. Also, they communicated with me consistently. I appreciated this a lot. They'd call, text or email and that helped me keep on track with the progress and planning. Finally, the insurance company didn't reserve the rental car when I dropped off my car. Fix auto helped and called several rental car locations until they found a car that was suitable for my family. Stephanie, Alyssa and Mindy were great to work with and very knowledgeable. I will be returning to this location for all my auto body repair needs! read more

I had 3 cars fix here within a year. Always and consistently they did a great job. Highly satisfied and finishes job ahead of schedule. Katie the office manager was awesome! The women at the front desk of this place are all outstanding they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and thwy keep you in the loop of everything going on with your car while it's in there care. I can't say enough good things thwy got the car insurance company to give me a rental car when thwy refused me repeatedly and they helped me argue with the insurance company to get everything fixed immediately when the insurance company was lagging thank you all so much. My car also looked perfect when I got it back like nothing ever happened read more

I really enjoyed my experience as a customer at Fix Auto! From the very first phone call to picking up my car, Stephanie and Alyssa were so nice every step of the way. I was always well informed about what was going on, and they always made me feel welcome - amazing customer service overall! My vehicle was done earlier than expected and they were so accommodating when I asked if they could keep it for another day when it was easy for me to pick up. They were also super hands on about handling the estimate with insurance, and when I dropped off the car and let them know I needed a rental, all they had to do was call the nearby Enterprise and I was all set! I find dealing with repairs particularly stressful but I could not have had a better experience here. I will absolutely be returning for any and all future repairs, and would definitely recommend to friends! read more

We needed the front bumper on our vehicle replaced and Leenota (Lee) stepped up and steered us in the right direction. On the spot, he took photos of our vehicle and got the ball rolling. Brenna and Ashley were our next points of contact; they gave us our estimate, and by then we were reassured that we were in good hands. Lee followed up with a call. Throughout the process, we received emails informing us of the progress of our vehicle's repair. Today we picked up the vehicle; it is beautiful! Fix Auto Anaheim exceeded our expectations. The staff is friendly and caring; communications were great; turnaround time was very good; and the cost to repair the vehicle was very reasonable -- better than other auto repair shops we dealt with in the past. Huge thumbs up! read more

I got recommended to come here by a friend after a weird unexplainable bumper situation happened to my car. I am glad I did, they first day I went I was helped by Stephanie and Jesse. They were fast and very helpful. By fast I mean my rental car was something I had for 7 days and I think my car was done in a day in a half. I did have an issue with my back trunk weeks after, and I don't believe it was 100% correlated but Sharon and Donald stepped up and really helped. I travel a lot for work and made sure to help me get everything taken care of. They go above and beyond for their customers. This is the only place I'll ever go again for autobody needs. read more

I got into my first accident late May. I didn't know how to go about it other than the accident wasn't my fault and the other person's insurance was supposed to pay for the damages. Unfortunately, the person's insurance didn't give a proper amount for the frame and cosmetic damage that was done. Thankfully, Stephanie Harris was adamant about resolving the price discrepancy. She was kind and sincere throughout the whole process. Getting into an accident is never fun, but thankfully Stephanie at Fix It Auto was able to walk me through the process with a genuinely kind attitude and resolved any issues that came up. read more

I cannot believe how awesome this place is! Just picked up my car and the work is absolutely beautiful. I had both front and rear bumpers redone. Super work and absolutely professional, courteous and amazingly helpful employees who work there: Katie, Scott and Essence were awesome. I would recommend this place to anyone as a superior auto body repair shop. They were recommended by State Farm and I will let my insurer know how spectacular they were. They finished my car early, washed it and texted me that it was ready. Wow! read more

Nightmare dealing with this place. 'Leslie' is either seriously overworked or doesn't actually work there at all judging by the lack of info/email replies/promised call backs. read more

Amazing! Their staff were friendly and helpful and the repairs were top-notch! My sister had her car repaired here a few years ago, and they did such a good job that I came back when I got into an accident a couple weeks ago. Both times, the cars were really well taken care of. You couldn't even tell that there was ever a scratch on it. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I ever need any repairs done, I will go back to Fix Auto. This is my first yelp review ever for ANYTHING. That's how much I was satisfied with the work and would HIGHLY recommend this place! read more
