Carson and crew were fantastic! We had several trees that had gone way past their due date for trimming, and they came in and efficiently carved them down to size. Not only was the trimming fast and good looking, they spent a good chunk of time cleaning up afterward to make sure our yard and our neighbors looked even cleaner than when they'd started. They charged us their original quoted rate, which was several hundred dollars cheaper than other estimates we'd received. I 100% recommend these guys! read more

This team was really professional and did great work. We hired them to trim 6 30' California fan palms, they had it done in less than an hour and cleared the area below the trimming. They scheduled work a week out but were able to fit us in week of because another client cancelled. We asked if they could also come back and remove a couple tree stumps in our backyard and they were actually able to fit the work in on the same day. Prices were very reasonable for the level of service. We'll definitely ask them to come back to trim our palms again! read more

Five Star Tree Care - Grown up trees around pool - Tree Services Near Me

Carson's crew came by to give me an estimate. It was reasonable so next was getting into the schedule. They came and trimmed my super tall palm tree that was in serious need of trimming. That tree is 30 feet tall, I'm sure, and there were dead palm fronds hanging down from the tree and pushing into the building.! I also needed a smaller palm tree removed. That tree was headed for an overhang of the building. The edge of my patio, where that tree was, looks as if there was never a tree there at all! They did the work while I was away from home. This is one of the easiest transactions I've had for anything in quite some time. Very reasonable price, very easy people to deal with, and they did a fantastic job. And Carson is a gem! Great customer service. I can't recommend Five Star Tree Care highly enough and will definitely use them in the future. They are simply the best! read more

I've used Five Star twice. They are great! Large crew is fast, careful and leaves the yard clean. Big thanks to them!

Have had 8 guys in our yard since EARLY this morning and they are KILLING IT out there!! It's honestly super hot out today and I don't know how they're keeping their energy up, but they've been cutting and mulching for 5 hours and still going strong. We just bought a house on a half acre of un-cared-for property with overgrown and dead trees and hedges everywhere. Their quote came in at a FRACTION of what other people were quoting us, and our entire yard is getting done in a day!! Incredible! And on top of all of that, they found and got rid of a rattlesnake for us! They're so friendly, are working SO hard, and have won our business for every tree-related thing going forward. Love them! read more

I have used 5 Star Tree service twice now. I thought I had reviewed them after the first time, but I guess I just recommended them on Nextdoor. After an extensive estimate process with several companies in Oct 2019, I chose 5 Star. They didn't disappoint! They removed 2 trees that were shadowing our solar, ground down the stumps, and trimmed 11 other trees. The crew paid attention to detail along the entire process. Fast forward 20 months to June 2021. We wanted to remove 3 more trees and trim the rest. Based on the proximity to a masonry wall and our mow curb, we chose just to go to low stumps. Again, they did a great job. I even received a great idea to chisel out the stumps to create succulent gardens. The guy got a little aggressive with the blower, and I had to rake the mulch back into place. And a little Society Garlic got stepped on, but has since recovered. I would definitely recommend 5 Star and the Kane Brothers. They are responsive and pay attention to details. read more

We worked with Mike, Carson and his team to remove a large pine tree in our front yard. They all arrived at the job site before the scheduled time so that they could ensure that they were ready to go. All of the crew worked together in harmony and the job was completed quickly and with no issues. They seemed to have great communication and that made them very efficient. They told me that a follow up person would come to grind the stump to complete the job. The stump grinder came in the time frame that Carson as told me, made sure the job was done correctly. All of the crews cleaned up the work area well and removed any material that fell into the neighbors areas. I would recommend them to others as they are a great company to work with. read more
