It is run by extremely detailed nail techs. I never leave regretful of the work. It's relaxing no loud talking, they have a giant screen and usually play a pleasant movie or tv show. They don't continuously try to upsell you anything. It is no wonder it is hard to get in without calling first. True professionals.

I've been coming here consistently for a few years so this review is well overdue. This is my go to mail spot in the area....it's clean, all tools come out sanitized and the staff is very friendly plus they do a GREAT job. I normally see Katie for my dip nails and Anna for my pedicures. I've used different people here and they are all great....they actually care and don't rush through things. It's convenient and location right at the entrance of the Montebello Town Center. They do get busy now so I would definitely call and make an appointment.

Went in as a walk -in for a gel manicure and possibly chrome. The service is great! Forgot to ask the price before but trusted them since I've been there before for pedicure. I was very lucky to have had the guy do my nails (I totally forgot his name lol but he's the only guy there) and he killed it. I didn't realize my nail had broke before going and he gladly added powder to fix it. He tried on the color I chose and was very helpful when I asked if I could see another color. After gel, he showed me how the chrome looked to see if I liked it. I LOVED IT! only paid $50 (this included mani+ gel+chrome) which was a fair price than other places I've gone to. Also tipped because he was super nice during the whole process! I definitely recommend this nail place, it's in the name

My GelX set came out good! Only downside was after 7 days the nails started popping off. I've gotten GelX done at other places and had it last 4+ weeks, so disappointed that they only lasted 7 days. I don't think the nail was buffed enough to stick to the glue. I still have the clear GelX glue on my nail

Bad service went in for a new set of dip, the guy decided to do a refill instead. He was struggling to match my previous color on my nail.(that's why I said a new set ) he went along to do his job . Once he was adding the top coat he decides to remove everything , I kept quiet. And he restarted the whole process and again he removed everything. I was already in there for 2 hrs. I told him can you just remove everything, he proceeded to remove it. I thought he was going to remove everything but leaves me with dip on my nails. So unprofessional of him.

I finally came back to get my nails done and I'm so happy I waited to come back here! Katie and Tracy are super friendly and took their time to make sure I was satisfied! Yes, their prices have gone slightly higher but if you take into consideration all they have spent to open and keep people safe, I don't mind paying a few extra dollars! Okay y'all, Katie saved my nails. Prior to coming here I had AWFUL acrylics done. They were shaped weird, all uneven, and just awful. So Katie had her work cut out for her. She was so quick, friendly, and professional! The shop is so nice, and clean! And I didn't even have to wait to get nails done. So thank you Katie, for taking my hot mess nails and making them poppin. read more

I have been getting my nails done at this location for at least 2 years now and it's definitely my favorite nail salon. Staff is friendly and welcoming. There is organization and gel nail display color palettes are easy to look at and make your selections. I usually get my manicure, gel, and acrylic nails done with Tracy. She is amazing, very calm and puts a lot of time and detail to aim for nail perfection. I always leave this nail place happy and satisfied! Definitely recommend this place to family and friends. read more

lack of workers. there was only two workers there. if you're gonna be working at a mall expect to have a good amount of workers. i went in to get a fill and they said that the day was booked even though there was two costumers. horrible never coming again. read more

Absolutely terrible! I don't know about the nail lady for a manicure but I got a pedicure and I got an infection on my feet the next day. The lady was rude and dismissive & I had still tipped her. She did a terrible job, over charged, unsanitary & just disgusting. Please save your money and go somewhere worthy of your time & self. This is not it. Beware. read more

Worse manicure I have ever gotten. Everything up to the nail polish part was okay. I chose to get a regular nail polish because I needed my nails to recover from being done for months they were thin and damaged. The lady that helped me did not know how to properly paint nails. I had to point out how to paint the tips so that my nails would not chip the next day. There was a bubble and she lied saying that it was my nail. I called back to complain that the next day my nails started chipping and cracking because the nail polish that they use is bad quality even though I paid extra to have the no light gel type. read more

First time coming here, i had to wait an hour, i had no appointment. The place is nice an neat. They're taking precautions and sanitizing the area as needed. Although the nail tech didn't talk as much she did take her time to do my pedi,unlike other places I've gone were i feel rushed out. As a first timer, I enjoyed my pedi. Came here around 4:30 on Wednesday as a walk-in. I called 10 mins before I came bc it was close to my workplace and they told me 20 mins wait and I didn't mind. Tammy helped me out after finishing her client and she did such an amazing job. I previously had acrylics and needed them removed and also got a new set. I went to a different place before and they did it so terrible that I just couldn't deal with them. Tammy took her time and was very gentle with my nails. There was so many colors to choose from and I went with a matte gel with glitter for my fourth finger. Her shaping was amazing and it was beautiful. Im honestly so obsessed with them and she was probably the best nail tech I ever had. I got my old acrylics removed with a new set of gel nails and the total was 53$. It was cheap for such beautiful nails. This is for sure my new place to go! Ask for Tammy! She won't disappoint. read more

This place is so nice! I was getting annoyed of the acrylic nails I had on so I looked for a nail salon to get them off. They accept walk ins, and the staff are super nice. I didn't have to wait to be seated. Nikki (If I remember her name correctly) helped me and she was the best! My nails look better than when I get then taken off by other nail salons. It was $10 but I didn't have cash and the minimum charge for cards is $20 so they charged me an extra dollar. Overall satisfied, would definitely get my nails done here! read more

This nail salon is by far the most cleanest, organized and friendliest I've ever been to. Not to mention the staff are such dolls and make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in! You can feel the difference in atmosphere, totally not like other places I have been to. My daughter and I have been looking for a nail place to finally keep going to and it honestly seems like we've found it. My daughter got a full set of acrylic/gel and manicure with a pedicure, I on the other hand got a manicure with gel and pedicure. Love my color, and love the fact that they open new supplies for every person. The stations are spotless clean! You can smell the freshness and cleanness throughout the salon. The products they use on your hands and feet smell so good and leave your skin feeling so rejuvenated. Juner and Ana attended me, Tammy and Helen attended my daughter Casey. Love the shape of the coffin nails they did on my daughter! They're all equal in length, and perfectly shaped! If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Katie and Tracy are amazing! But honestly, all of their nail techs are really good! I come for gel manis and pedis and they do such a phenomenal job - super clean and they last weeks! And prices are reasonable. They prioritize appointments so I recommend calling in ahead of time. But you can walk in as well, I've seen them accommodate customers to the best of their ability. read more

I am so disappointed today I went for a pedicure full set Short nails. Iv been there before but it's been a couple months so I went to feel pretty not realizing there calisis remover went up from 5 to 10 dollars also thay charged me 5 dollars to remove my gel polish on my toes wat the he'll if I wouldn't of asked thay don't volunteer telling yu thay push yu to get gel I don't mind for my nails but this visit cost me 100 dollars yes 100 dollars a pedi full set of Short nails I tried keeping the price down getting short nails and just my figures gel.I mean that is to Damm much thay don't even put any kind of softener thay useto put something to make yur feet soft it smelled good thay don't even put that anymore just water..Shame with all the money we spend NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL SPREAD THE WORD BETTER HAVE ALOT OF MONEY WALKING IN THERE. I decided to give this place a try after some recommendations to clean up both my finger and toes. After coming here several times, I have to say i am impressed with the service and reception here. The ladies are very friendly and welcoming towards customers. The salon itself is kept quite clean with multiple tables and multiple pedicure slots. As for the service, the nail techs do a fabulous job in making sure the nails are cleaned and trimmed to the customer preference. They do not rush their job and thus the nails usually come out looking polished and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this salon for all genders who are interested in getting their nails done. read more

Was here for over 2 hours for a pedicure. A customer that came in 30 minutes before me was done before I was? Then I get a second nail tech??? I asked for no nail polish at that point because I have been sitting for nearly 2 hours. They still have the decency of charging $30 when I got NO nail polish. What a shame. read more

Of all the places I have visited for my nails, I loved it the most! they did not have the flame design so they were encouraged to do so thanks for that they take their time and give each nail detail so that they are perfect thanks to the only man who works there who took care of that and the girl who took care of the design too that is a bit expensive but worth it read more

My first couple times here I was helped by Katie, very talented technician. She was great! This was my 3rd time here and sadly I had given up my acrylic nails for my new job. I got a classic mani, no gel and a pedi w gel. Also, a $5 gel removal for my mani. Total was $49 +tip. My expectation was not met. I would've corrected the tech who did my mani but I had already been there for 2 hrs. The picture quality doesn't do justice. The color hides much of the imperfections; lumpy, bubbles, & leftover polish on skin. I'm sorry I didn't get her name to warn you. Only gave 3 stars because Katie is great along w a couple other techs. read more

HORRIBLE professionalism. I called Friday asking for a Sunday appointment. The lady I spoke with confirmed for Sunday and I said yes. She said there's an 11 opening and I agreed to take it. Come Sunday the whole nail salon is closed! I came from cities away just to get my mani/pedi since I loved it the first time. No one bothered calling me to reschedule or even return my call to let me know that they will be closed. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointed. read more

Honestly, the best pedicure I've ever gotten, their manicures are okay not the best but note to self only go for a basic color manicure if anything. But back to the pedicure they seriously clean everything so thoroughly, their customer service is great! They're always so sweet and welcoming and always wants what's best for you to feel relaxed! I came because of the yelp reviews, i stayed because of Rona and Nicky. Yes i asked for their names because they were that good. Super nice, talked to me instead of the normal awkard quiet you get from other nail salons. the chairs were very comfy and i very much enjoyed my experience here. I also wanted long curtain bangs.. long enough to reach behind my ears. She asked me additional questions like whether I wanted her to fix the shape of the hair, and was more than happy to help me do it. My haircut also included a deep conditioning, which she used Kenra Reconstructive Mask and it made my hair so soft and detangled! She uses quality products and also uses a heat protectant before she blow-dried! Customer Service: Melissa is soOoO nice and relatable. She had recommendations, was responsive through text, and is super down to earth. She's chill and easy to talk to. Even though it was our first appt, I felt super comfortable with her! :) She's also a cosmo/barber instructor at American Beauty College so it was cool to know that she shares her knowledge with students!
