Issues began appearing within the one-year warranty period, including failing grout, cabinet issues, and poor finishing. During construction, my brand-new door was painted over without my approval. When I raised this concern, I was told replacement was "not going to happen" and to "get that out of my head," which I found unprofessional and dismissive. I was advised by the company's partner, Abel, that there was a full one-year warranty. I did reach out to him before the warranty expired, but received no response. Instead of addressing the concerns, the owner, Shannon, took issue with who I contacted, refused to come out to inspect the work, labeled visible defects as "wear and tear," and ended communication without offering a resolution. For the amount paid, I expected accountability, professionalism, and warranty support. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Nicole got back to me right away, even though I was asking for quotes late at night. She called me the next day for a follow up and asked a few more questions. I was happy to hear they supply all their own gear and cleansers. I booked them about a week out for 10am, 3 hours, 2 people- $150. They arrived at 10:45 but I wasn't too worried about that. Nicole assured me while another cleaning had gone long, they'd be able to stay the full 3 hours. They spent about 45 minutes alone on my kitchen and bathroom before heading downstairs where the bulk of the cleaning was. I was sent a text and called by Nicole about halfway thru to let me know the size of the space was bigger than expected so they were going to tack on another $50. But again, the invoice was emailed and I didn't have to pay til they left which made me more comfortable. I didn't feel forced into paying for something I couldn't see. They left at 1:10, which was definitely more like 2.5 hours. Normally I wouldn't have minded but they didn't dust so I went through and did a few final steps. Again, not a lot! But if they had stayed the whole 3 hours I'm sure they would have gotten it all. I reached out to Nicole and told her about it and she agreed to go back to the original $150 without any hesitation. Truly- what they DID was perfect. The bathtubs have never looked better. The faucets shine. The floors are smooth and clean. But hitting the final spots- dusting the banister, cabinets, picture frames, wiping down the wall by the stove and bathroom sink- would have made it a 5 star review. I'm still VERY happy with them and plan to use them again in the future. Thanks for your hard work!

Which was dope. But the kid they sent to clean it, just wasn't good man. I left after he arrived and gold him to just text me when he left (I had errands to run) and I would tip him via venmo. When I got home there was too many areas of the rooms that weren't dusted and it was very obvious. Certain parts of the bathroom not being clean, along with the kitchen. Just too many half assed jobs. I tipped him a little lower than what I normally would tip but I won't be using this company again .

Lyubov and Oksana did a wonderful job on our move-in deep clean. Even though the unit was…read morefurnished, they still gave the unit a thorough deep clean, and the results were amazing. Unlike other services where maids wear outdoor shoes or shoe covers that can tear, which we were worried about, these maids switched into indoor shoes right away and worked efficiently. They finished within the promised two-hour window while leaving the place very clean, including some of the furniture. We were most worried about our bathroom tiles, so we added the Microban disinfection as a paid add-on, in addition to the free green cleaning option. The Microban worked well, and the tiles and grout came out clean. We have to be honest, though: the scent was quite strong, and it took a while for the bathroom to air out afterward. Because of the pungent chemical smell, we asked the maids about the mold cleaner and whether it was part of the green cleaning, and they let us know that it wasn't. A heads-up about the scent and a note that it falls outside the green cleaning option would be helpful additions for future customers. Otherwise, we were happy with how the tiles turned out. Both maids arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and we paid exactly the rate we were quoted. One small hiccup was with scheduling. We chose the flexible arrival window for the discount, and the admin team had told us they could still confirm an exact time the morning of the cleaning day. We called that morning and never got a specific time, so we followed up and were told it was a miscommunication. A bit more clarity on scheduling next time would go a long way. On a positive note for the admin team, they picked up calls quickly and were receptive when we followed up. In short, Lyubov and Oksana were fantastic, and between the honest, reasonable pricing and the excellent cleaning, we would happily recommend Accessmaids and give five stars!

Our first one was great, but she moved, the next one said she wasn't afraid of our sweet but giant dogs but she would squeal every time one got near so we couldn't leave her alone in the house, and the next one just didn't do a great job. Well, we are selling our house so decided we needed somebody to do a deep clean, so I went to trusty yelp and found Maxi Clean. These women worked so hard and cleaned things I never would have even thought of! They wiped down and made new our disgusting dog food container, my electric toothbrush, I mean the dirt they scrubbed out of here was INCREDIBLE. I was SO impressed. It also took them a couple hours longer than they anticipated, but instead of just leaving they stayed and finished it out. I'm not sure my house has ever been that clean, even when we moved in. I was so impressed that I kept them on to do weekly cleaning while we're selling our house and they continue to do an excellent job. Also, they are great with our dogs which is even more important to me than their cleaning skills to be honest. I know one of the girls was originally afraid of them (understandable as both dogs are 100+ lbs.), but never did anything to shoo them away and now seems perfectly fine with them. I honestly couldn't be more impressed with Maxi Clean.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company today. I have a 1200 sq ft 2 bed 2 bath apartment…read moreand 2 cats live there. I gave TRN this information upfront. TRN said they specialize in the AirBnB market and I host AirBnB guests at my place so I thought it could be a good fit and reserved an 11am time slot using a $30 coupon they had emailed me. The cleaner arrived around 10:30am before the departing guests had left and loitered outside my home. It took me a few minutes to realize this was the cleaner because no one from the company called me to say they were so early and I had given TRN instructions to let themselves in with a lockbox, so I couldn't figure out why someone would loiter on the sidewalk. She entered around 10:45am once I yelled to her out the window to see if she was the cleaner and then buzzed her up. Turned out she didn't look at the 2nd page of her instruction sheet to find the keys. She arrived and I said I'd take her through the place before she started cleaning to show her what needed to be done and where supplies were. I started explaining what needed to be done and where my cleaning products were, but she just started cleaning and not really listening to me. I asked twice if she needed more information from me or had everything she needed to complete the job and she just said "ok" until I stated I was trying to ask her a direct question. She said she was fine and had everything. Then I realized I hadn't even told her where the bathroom cleaning supplies were...so I felt concerned she wasn't really on top of things. I had to tidy up my room and put clothes away so told her I'd work on that while she got a start on the rest of the place. Around 12pm she knocked on my bedroom door and said she needed to clean my room now because she had to leave by 12:45pm since she was scheduled for another cleaning right after. I was shocked that TRN would allow less than two hours for 1 person to clean an apartment this size with pets. I asked her if this was a customary amount of time for a place my size and she said yes. She also said she's been working for this company for 10 years and that they don't do many AirBnBs. In the end, I had to clean the floors of my own bedroom and change the sheets because the cleaner left. The original plan was for me to be gone when the cleaner arrived, but thank God I was there to finish the job so the place was not a mess for my guests. The dirty dustpan was left on my bar stool seat. The vacuum, broom and mop were left out. Clean dishes were left on the counter for me to put away. The bathroom hand towel wasn't replaced with a fresh one. The kitchen floors had not been cleaned and the bathroom rugs had visible dirt on them. I told the cleaner I was shocked about this rush job and couldn't imagine using TRN again given this is how much time they normally allow for a job this size and she just said that was fine if I didn't use them again. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the cleaner seemed like a nice person and wasn't belligerent or anything. But I would strongly recommend against hiring this company if you're looking for a good value, clean home or high level of professionalism.
