I own a business and formerly owned a restaurant. So I understand how people take advantage of this. But my dog is a trained service dog. In a marked vest. Clearly a working dog. When I expressed that my dog was a service dog, I was still turned away. Legally this is unacceptable. Needless to say. I will not be back. Today I came in to pick up a couple shirts that I got dry cleaned and a pair of pants that I needed to get a couple patches put on fine job all the way around. I used to use the dry cleaners around the corner with the drive-through but every other time I use them there was a problem right here they get it right every time and they will alter whatever you need. Got it, threw my stuff in, picked a 4 digit code and text the number as instructed. Got a text when my items were picked up and another text when they were ready with what locked number they were in. The whole process was super smooth and easy once I got my stuff in an unoccupied locker...duh. LOL Building is secured and you get in with the cc you registered/pay with on the app-just swipe it on the card swiper outside the door. Got a handy dandy bag for next time too
