Their drive-through takes a long time because they are inside actually making your food. I've gone there a couple of times when teriyaki King across the street was closed. I have been pleasantly surprised / overwhelmed by the millions of things on their menu which all sound good. I change my mind 5 times before ordering. . Some good choices such as the chicken Philly sandwich, grilled chicken, salads, etc. Burgers are epic. I like the smaller junior basket. Its plenty for me. The meat is Halal and cooked fresh I'm not a kosher/ Halal eater, but I appreciate that they have purity rules in meat handling and can accommodate people who do, they also have lots of items with chicken and Veggie Beyond Burger options. If I could rate this place a zero I would order three hamburgers they look like somebody smashed them all together the bun looked old. In my opinion it look like an old Burger they tried to pass it off as fresh even my tomatoe was a big end piece lettuce wilted horrible customer service when I called. I love the burger deal and fries it's yummy! Gonna come back to try there ice cream next time

The food was 8.5/10 it was really good but the service wasn't so great. We ordered online and went to pick up but being there we ordered an icream cup swirl the guy or kid( cashier) in the front charged us and we waited for 15-20min for it. It was never given to us and there was like his group of friends there just playing around with him and just messing around. We simply just walked out , no refund no ice cream. I would go again for the food but that cashier needs to work on their professionalism and maybe take his job seriously read more

First off this place is SLOW!!! I ordered at 1:39 pm. I got my food at 2pm. There are two other customers inside the restaurant. So now that I finally got my food let's see what this place is about. First impression big burger but super thin patty. If you look close enough, you might see the burger patty. Now let's taste. Cough cough. Someone pass me a drink. I have this dry burger stuck in my throat. Look at the picture. This is a very dry patty. No moisture in this burger. What a disappointment. As for the fries, I did like. Today Monday, December 2nd, 2024, I was very disappointed with Five Star, I had not been there since March 2024 and honestly their service was much better back then, then now. I use to buy the $7 box which is now $8 box, I Ed for 1 side of ranch I got charged for 2, then when I was going to pay it said I had to leave a tip I was shocked I'm paying with a credit card at the counter and it's telling me I have to leave a tip for fast food?! I'm shocked I'm surprised I'm not at a restaurant that's giving me table service or being waited on but yet five star is telling me I have to leave them a tip in order to continue to check out, I pay my bill get my receipt and this will be the last time I ever and I do mean ever go back to Five Star! The banana split taste good with everything on it. It has the peanuts, bananas, cherries, whipped cream, pineapple sauce, and ice cream. This is what a $4.99 banana split looks like. I went through the drive-thru I ordered some food and ice cream in a cup on the side as soon as I got to the window I received the ice cream right away and waited over 15 minutes for my food by the time I got my food the ice cream was extremely melted when I asked her to place it The cashier was very rude and handed me a half a cup of ice cream when I asked her to fill it up she had an attitude and came back was still only a half a cup full of ice cream when I called the store to make a complaint Ray answered the phone and was very rude refused to give me a receipt refuse to give me a refund and refuse to acknowledge the fact that they shouldn't be handing out ice cream if there's a 15 minute wait I personally will not be going back just because of the rudeness. I figured fair is fair. I have previously been down on this establishment but I was on the prowl for some breakfast grub and decided to roll the dice on five star. I got a sausage breakfast burrito and it was exactly what a breakfast burrito should be, fresh, hot and delicious. Their food is not the cheapest or the fastest, but it was reasonable on both counts and the burrito was as fresh as it comes. Halfway through the meal it was still noticibly steaming and I still had to take careful bites. Anyway, great job and I'll definitely be back for another meal of some sort. read more
