I ordered two cheeseburger and asked for no mushrooms but they put mushroom on the burgers. They were made sloppy and the buns we're soggy. It was so bad I almost barfed. Huge shoutout to the staff at Five Guys! It had been quite a few years since we ate at a Five Guys. Upon walking in the door we were joyfully greeted with "welcome to the second happiest place on earth". My husband ordered a burger and fries then I proceeded to order a hotdog and fries. The young lady behind the counter informed us that the regular fry was enough for 2-3 people. And I'm so glad we listened to her and cancelled my fry. The truly awesome part is she didn't have to tell us that. She could have proceeded to let us order 2 regular fries and end up with way more then we could eat. But she didn't and in my opinion that's excellent customer service (which is often rare in this town). Our food was fresh and cooked perfectly. They even play great music. It was my second time in this restaurant and my two experiences have been great! My family and I were traveling back to California last night after a wonderful vacation in Pto. Penasco, and we were waiting to arrive to Yuma to taste those delicious burgers again. The point is that because the different checking points of the border patrol, it took us more time and we arrived at 9:57 at five Guys (they close at 10 p.m.) and the 3 guys (2 gentleman and 1 lady) were super nice with us! Even they had everything clean and ready to close, they accepted to take our order. I know it was their "obligation" to take our order because we arrived before the closing time, but the point here is their great smile and great service that they provided us! I was so hungry that I forgot to ask their names but they know who they are. Besides that, It is a super clean place and the burgers and fries were delicious! read more

We were quite unhappy with the overall dirty look of the restaurant. The ladies bathroom was dirty and had no paper towels, the peanut dispenser had no bowls for the self-service. The cashier was not friendly and lacked customer service skills, she didn't process our order and we had to go up and ask them what happened to our meals. This mix-up delayed us another 15 minutes, very bad service. I had the veggie sandwich and it was not worth the $2.99 price. Will never return and gives 5Guys a bad name. read more

First time trying this. Not bad, but not good either. Wasn't impressed with their food. It wasn't anything special, just a basic burger. Cool thing is you can build your own burger and they don't charge extra for additional toppings. But for the price you pay for the burger I guess they really shouldn't. They do give a lot of fries. It is a nice place. I love that customers can eat peanuts while waiting for their food to be ready. When I was a meat eater, the hamburgers there were incredibly good. I now eat one the employees make but instead of meat they add mushrooms. It is really good, as well. Prices can be a little higher than other fast food restaurants, but I feel it's worth it. read more

First of all, I have to confess that I love Five Guys and have always found it to be dependable and consistent. So you can imagine my dismay when we stopped by here a couple of days ago and my burger was totally overdone and without the requested condiments. My husband's was overdone also. I called about it and was told to come back by at my convenience. When I went back a couple of days later, the employee first asked if I wanted my money back; when I told him I just wanted a replacement burger, he confirmed what I wanted on it. I told him that my husband had eaten his even though it was overdone. I honestly just expected a replacement of my burger, but he replaced both burgers and the fries! Stopped by yesterday for a quick bite to eat on my way home (San Diego). Ordered a cheese burger and when I took a bite of my burger there was no cheese. Walked up to the worker and took the bun off to show him that there was no cheese. He responds "so sorry sir give me a second". I see him walk back to the grill, grab a slice of cheese, put it on the grill for a couple seconds and he walks back to me across the kitchen with the slice of cheese in his hand and says "here you go man" as he plops it onto my burger which is still in my hands. I think I am pretty much an expert on fast food hamburgers. If there is a better chain restaurant that specializes in burgers, I haven't seen it. And this Five Guys is as good as any I have visited, and I have seen quite a few in many different cities. The employees were very, very friendly and outgoing and service was excellent. Actually, I think the fries were better than their usual fries, which are fresh cut and always great. These were a little more crispy and browned. Sure, their food isn't cheap, but if quality, taste and toppings are important to you, this is the place to go. I know that In and Out has high ratings too, but I just don't think they come close to the taste and quality of Five Guys. And they sure don't have the selection of toppings that Five Guys offers for free. read more

HUGE burgers. The standard burger is a double patty and is hard to fit in your mouth to get a bite! But, very good. This is definitely not just any burger joint, for that reason you do pay a little more than any fast food place or even in n out for that matter. This is the place to go when you want to eat a quality burger. I love mine with mushrooms and the cajun seasoned fries. Their soda machine is probably the best in Yuma with a touchscreen. I know many places have them now, but to see a soda machine like that in Yuma is great. Complimentary peanuts. Yeah it is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. 10/10 don't recommend. I am absolutely outraged about the bullshit prices. I got a cheeseburger, fries and a drink and that shit costed 14$. I did not work for an hour and a half to buy a meal that's didn't blow my balls out of my pants. They charge an entire dollar just for a slice of cheese on your burger so just bring one from your house cause these sons of bitches bouta break your bank for a cheeseburger. The fries were below average at best anywhere in town has Better fries pretty good amount though. They give you free peanuts still doesn't make up for 14$ but nice try five guys.
