The sandwich was outstanding!! I added two packets of complimentary honey and it made the sandwich taste so much better!! The French fries were nice and crispy. The restaurant was clean with good customer service. This restaurant has indoor seating only. We have 3 Dave's Hot Chicken locations in San Diego and look forward to going back! Give it a try! To begin with the girl at the counter was helpful in placing my order for some chicken bites. It was a small order but wanted to give it a try. The order took forever. There isn't much seating -- only 5 tables and others were seated there. After about a 20 minute wait I saw 2 orders placed ready to go. Counter girl grabbed those and told cook they were to go so she took them back. It was close to another 5 minutes before those where boxed and put back on the counter. One was mine! After nearly a 25 minute wait I hoped with at least that long of a wait the food would be piping hot! The fries were warm, definitely not hot. The chicken bites weren't even warm. It was obvious they had not recently been cooked. The place was clean but with cold food and long waits at a fast food place, I have no plans to return.

I offered to show my receipt - I had it right there - but they said it wasn't needed. I told them clearly: I ordered TWO, and they gave me ONE! Unbelievable incompetence! I will NOT be returning to this location, and frankly, I may never frequent In-N-Out again. When you mess up that badly, you lose a loyal customer. They need to fix this, big league, or they're going to have a lot more people walking away. Sad!

Everything hit the spot except the Texas toast, which looked and tasted like half of a hot dog bun, and grilled on one side. For us, much better than its competitors. Overall, 5 biblical stars.

As soon as I walked in, I was ignored for at least four minutes while the employees were chatting among themselves without acknowledging me. Eventually, I was greeted and placed my order. I ordered walnut shrimp, but they didn't have enough to cover my two orders, so I had to wait. I specifically asked to be served only the fresh shrimp they were preparing, but when I was watching, they took the older shrimp from the larger plate and mixed it into the large side of walnut shrimp I had ordered ($15). When I got back to my hotel and opened the large side of walnut shrimp, I noticed residue from other items on the plate. I was really disappointed. I called the restaurant, but since they were already closed, no one answered. I reached out to Panda Express customer service to report the issue, and while they did try to make it right, the point was never about getting free food. I just expect my food to be prepared properly. I appreciate Panda Express trying to resolve the issue, but I hope they take this feedback to ensure better quality and service in the future.
