I'm not a huge fan of fast food. I don't find myself eating many burgers. However, I still love getting Five Guys a few times a year. The burgers are made to order, which is why I suggest using the app. It's so easy to choose your toppings without the stress of forgetting one when it's your turn at the register. Pretty easy 4 star on this first visit and other Yelpers nailed it. Everything was pretty much text book great! Location is Hilltop West which is confusing on this corner. It's directly faces Laskin frontage road on the East side of First Colonial. Surface parking is directly in front and was tidy as was walk up to their door. The store looks like all the others, so nothing special but that's ok. My visit on a weekday around 1 PM. The dining room was empty and spotless clean. We planned on eating in so happy to see it was clean. I also utilized the Men's room in the rear which had proper supplies and immaculate. The automatic towel machine was huge, interesting. Good for not having to refill often. The cashier greeted my son and I walking in and took our burger orders with fries. We asked for the fries to be crispy. Drinks was courtesy water. She was upbeat and friendly. The $23 transaction was processed flawlessly. It's pricey. The cheese burgers tasted really good and fries were made to my specifications. The burgers also were made correctly. Five Guys never freezes their meat and it's a quality product. The bread was also fresh. Love me a good burger and fries!! This restaurant serves up a good burger and hand cut fries. The burgers are made to order and you can choose all the toppings you want. I ordered the little cheeseburger protein style (no buns) so it was wrapped in lettuce and I added more veggies in. The kids ordered a hotdog and we also got large fries and shakes to go with the rest of the order. The fries are fresh and hand cut and they give you a lot so it's enough to share with a bunch of people. Staff here was friendly and the inside itself was clean with lots of tables to eat. So this review has only to do with their "Veggie" sandwich. I thought I would cut some calories when I was with others at Five Guys. Unfortunately, I thought that the "Veggie" was actually a veggie burger. It's my own fault for not reading the little caption underneath, but when I got my "sandwich" or whatever you want to call it, I was extremely disappointed. Everyone around me was eating such great-looking food, and I got this skimpy looking thing with just sauteed mushrooms, sauteed onions, some lettuce, and tomatoes, on a toasted bun. Adding cheese would have made it 100% more tolerable, but also 100% more fattening. So oh well. I would not recommend this to other vegetarians looking for a good meal at a fast-food place. One perk though is that it is only $2.69 I gave the actual location 4 stars, because they did an awesome job with my friend's burgers and they were amazingly friendly. #YEFit2015 read more

Uber eats doesn't answer their phone and neither does five guys --everyone is busy. One of the biggest tells about the integrity and service of a business is how they handle difficult and disruptive situations. When I arrived at this location, it was a Sunday afternoon and I had just left the beach ahead of thunderstorm. By the time I arrived at this location, the storm was in full effect. It had caused a quick power surge throughout the area. It knocked out the power to their grill and all of their fryers. Yet, despite having several people waiting for quite some time and more customers coming in out of the storm, most of the employees seemed in good spirits and were very friendly. The gentleman at the register warned us that there would be a longer than usual wait due to the power surge and them trying to troubleshoot their equipment. We weren't in a hurry to get back on the road so we elected to wait since it seemed they had the situation under control. They somehow already had a Coca-Cola rep out to get their soda machines back up and running. Part of the reason we decided to stay and get food here rather than go to the dozens of other food places in Hilltop that probably had working equipment was because of the friendliness of the employees here. It was clear they were dealing with the stress of the situation but they still had a genuine happy and accommodating demeanor which can be hard to find in times of duress in the service industry. After they got everything back up and running, we got our food. They loaded our burgers and fries like crazy. It was great. Some places would have annoyed employees that would skimp for being troubled by customers when dealing with an issue but these guys did it right. They were pleasant and honest about the situation and the food came out great and was worth the wait. A+ to these guys for representing their brand well when dealing with a major annoyance in equipment malfunction. The other patrons that had been waiting longer than us all seemed to be pleased with the service as well, one guy even going back up to tip while still waiting in his food but munching on some peanuts. I love Five Guys. The burgers are always fresh, toppings are overflowing, and the ridiculous amount of perfectly cooked fries that they throw in the bag always make me smile. Double cheeseburger with tomatoes, grilled mushrooms, grilled jalapenos, A-1, and mayo with a side of Cajun fries always equals a damn good day. And the icing on the cake is the Coke machine. I love these dispensers. Any and almost any Coke flavored product that you can think of right there waiting for you. monday -- lunchtime. this review is not about the food, it's about the workers. there were only two workers! Nicole & Jamie --- they rocked that joint for two workers and a fairly flowing amount of patrons. while one was on the register, the other was on the grill, then the'd move to the fry-er and prep table. when they had down time, one was out in the dining room cleaning up while the other finished the fries/grill, OR cleaning the kitchen. i was so impressed with them. i asked their names and plan to let FIVE GUYS know about their duo-awesomeness! she wondered why, and telling my reasons she was relieved and thankful that someone noticed. awesome job jamie and nicole! ps -- as always, i enjoy the food and the soda machine is always fun :) now, i want peanuts.... read more
