This was my first time trying this place and thought it was amazing but the burger didn't live up to my expectations. The jalapeño peppers are raw. I asked them to cut the burger in half for me, which the cashier even noted on the receipt and they didn't cut it. Burgers were just okay. Bun was kinda stiff and cold--like it had come from the fridge or recently defrosted. Bun definitely needed to be steamed or slapped on the grill. Ordered a "coffee shake" and it was GAWD-AWFUL. Little to no coffee flavor with BITTER AF brown speckles in it (instant coffee grounds). I honestly think the employee mixed instant coffee grounds into a vanilla shake. CAN NOT RECOMMEND. read more

The burgers are very good. Order them "all the way." The only reason we don't eat here more often is because of the price. It is really expensive. Burgers, fries and drinks for two can easily reach $30. Considering it's not a restaurant with wait service this is pretty high. The fries come in generous portions. They can be easily split between two or three people. It's a bummer you're told not to leave the restaurant with their peanuts. read more

One of the best things is that you build your own burger. Want one that tastes like a home made BBQ burger without having to make the mess at your own place? This is a great place for that. One of my personal favorites is adding the A1 sauce to the burger. So many options. Apart from that the staff is great. And my kids love to leave little notes on their pin board. Great place. Disappointed! Staff was very friendly, but the food was pretty awful. The burger tasted as if my cheap friend thru a party and grilled the frozen super pack of burgers from Walmart, throwing the individually wrapped processed cheese on it... Not even melted. Topped off with onions that we're supposed to be grill, but only saw a grill for 2 seconds. I had to rummage thru the fries to find a few that weren't completely burnt. The food is ok but what really pisses me off is they want to charge me the full cost of the little cheeseburger at $4.79 when all I wanted was the meat and cheese in a container. Yet they will charge me $2 more for an extra patty and cheese on the regular burger but it must remain on that burger. They won't put the extra patty in a container for my 2 year old. The Habit does it, In and Out does it, but not Five Guys. Then they tell me they can only give me 2 bbq sauce sides per burger ordered. Then fill those fucking containers up. Food is delicious, but I used the five guys iPhone app to place my order. The next day I checked my account and realized a 3rd party out of New York charged my account an extra dollar the same time my account was charged for the five guys purchase. When I googled the mobogo.com that charged my account $1, I discovered it was a company that creates apps for business. I did not allow this 3rd party to have my account information, neither did I accept five guys to give them my debit card number or charge my account an extra dollar separate from my order. This is defiantly something five guys customers need to be aware of if they're using the five guys app. I informed a manager of the five guys location about the issue and expect to hear from the general manager tomorrow. read more

Just opened, I went in for a juicy bacon cheeseburger, waited 10 minutes and the burger came out with no cheese and slopped together falling out of the wrapper with two dried up burger patties that looked like small hockey pucks, the pickles were literally on top of the bun. I took the burger back to the counter n said there is no cheese in my burger. The head burger flipper came out and make a big seen as if he was irritated with me. He then went to a table where he just stared at me. I would not recommend this place at all just stick to in n out, much better than this place! Don't waist your money! read more

Horrible customer service. Shsron the manager is rude and had to tell me over and over that she was the owner and basically wasn't doing anything with the hamburger that they messed up on. Make sure you check your order if taking out. Instead of saying she apologizes she had to tell me she was the owner 3 or 4 times. Go to a hole in a wall place if you're looking to get meals like these for better price meals . the taste wasn't bad though but I'm always hearing about 5guys which is just another place from my experience and this is my 1st experience with this franchise. I mostly enjoyed the Cajun style fries and the option of adding mushrooms and peppers to my Burger. Now restaurant wise. Heaven in a bag, I think not. More like Vaseline burger in a bag. First thing, if you're eating out of a brown paper bag you're eating ghetto. Next, the inside of the joint looks like a remodeled truck stop rest room. I ordered for the first time ever: 1 hamburger; which had no taste other than the afore mentioned Vaseline and I couldn't tell from the consistency of the meat if it was more than the legal limit of 30% filler; the tomato was old and dead and the onions were chopped instead of sliced (chopped onions don't stay on the sandwich well), and the bun was cheap white bread that was as soggy as a dish sponge and it tasted like a used napkin. I also ordered; regular fries which also un-tasted like petroleum jelly and the ketchup couldn't save them. How does this place stay in business? Hope it's the only one around. read more

I'm not really a burger connoisseur, so I can't really speak on the food here. Which I realize is weird when reviewing a restaurant. What stood out to me enough to bother writing a review was I really appreciated the friendly and welcoming customer service. They were going out of their way to make sure the employees were friendly to the customers. This should just be a given, but customer service has gotten so lousy these days. It actually stood out that employees there were going out of their way to be fun and friendly and didn't have the usual "I hate my job and life" attitude that has become so prevalent these days. I went there once and will never go there again! They had cold burgers and fries I didn't like what the food tasted like and the only thing they had going for them was the peanut oil they were using. First of all...it's completely ridiculous that my husband paid $71.00 for 4 burgers, fries and milkshakes. The fries were over cooked, our milkshakes were runny and the burger is the same as if I made it at home with fresh hamburger meat. I told my husband he should of walked away as soon as they said $71.00. Never again and it's unbelievable that everyone thinks this place is so good. Ridiculous! read more

LOVE this place! These hamburgers are delicious and remind me of the ones my mom made when I was growing up, except MUCH larger! I always get a little cheeseburger. Little means one patty as opposed to the regular cheeseburger which has two. They have a variety of toppings available, including my favorite, grilled mushrooms. Yummy! read more

Food is always great! Store is clean and employees friendly. What I noticed mostly this visit is the Shift leader/ manager. I am unsure but she had different attire Black collar shirt tattoos and glasses, but she was killing it during the lunch rush and in my opinion is an exceptional employee. Give that woman a raise as she was busting her duties out all with a great attitude towards customers and her fellow coworkers. Keep up the good work! read more

Came here the other day after doing the mudder in Temecula. They have a fairly simple menu, you select the burger and all toppings (as many as you want) are included in the price. Good if you are going to put all sorts of stuff on it, not so good if you like your burger plain. I had the double bacon cheeseburger (920 well needed calories) with the usual toppings (lettuce, tomatoes, etc). This was shared with a large order of the cajun fries. Two burgers (the person with me ordered a single) and one large fry was about 17 bucks. We sat at a table and partook in the free peanuts they offer up as an app while you wait for the food to be prepped. Shortly after ordering our number was called and I was diving into the burger. I really liked the burger and fries and on a comparison basis do believe the burger is far better than an In-and-Out burger (which I also love) but not sure this burger warrants the price. The fries are a huge portion and were delicious. As far as "fast" food burgers are concerned this is definitely at the top of my list next time I am craving something a couple steps above the usual. read more
