It's small, not good for groups, but as a family of four we always a find place to sit. Once again, Danielle was there to provide table service, and she man's the counter. It's just her and the cook there every time we visit. We always receive friendly service and walk away fully satisfied.

What bothered me most was that when I finally brought up the issue, instead of acknowledging the inconvenience, I felt like I was being brushed off with a quick "have a good night." I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I'm not expecting perfect service every time. However, basic communication, attentiveness, and respect go a long way especially when someone is simply trying to pick up an order. I'm leaving this review because the pickup process needs improvement. Management should make sure employees are communicating with customers and following through after asking them for their order information. A little better customer service would make a big difference.

I sat at a high top booth in the bar side of the restaurant, not in the main dining room, but I saw the nice layout of the rest of the place during my walk to the bathroom. The bartender was my server, she was prompt and was able to take care of multiple tables well. The manager also stopped by to check on me, he set up my table's Ziosk tablet so I could pay whenever I was ready, and he let me know that if I signed up for their rewards program, I'd get a free app next time!

The first time was a bit of a mess. Orders were slow coming out, customers were confused on if their orders were ready because they didn't really call them out, and the fries we got were limp (pictured) and they didn't fill up the basket AND skimped on the toppings. They also come with green onions but I opted out of that. It's a good combination of flavors and fancier than just fries with a hint of "veggies". It's close to $10. Overall, a good place for us - we're allium free vegetarians - to get a savory snack in the mail. Service seems to be all over the place and no matter the quality, no one seems happy about their job, haha. The fries do cost a bit more than at your typical fast food joint, but they're open 7 days a week. One of my kids has multiple food allergies and the fries here are gluten free and fried in sunflower oil. We usually go to Chick-fil-A for fries but we seem to only go to the mall on Sundays so NY Fries got on our radar. He is allergic to wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and avocado (among other things) and he can have the fries here with no issues so we'll continue to support them.
