Hey Luis, if you're wondering what happened to your food it's sitting in my trash can since i'm allergic and the "lovely" people at this location can keep their orders straight.

Most people have probably been to five guys before but i mean it took me about 17 years to have my first five guys so maybe its not so common. Free peanuts is an awesome idea that theyve maintained. One thing that does seem to confuse people is the difference between jr and regular burger. Jr is not little it actually just means single patty vs double patty. If youre trying to save money you can just get the jr burger. You can also get fries to share bc you dont need fries for everyone they give you A LOT

Standard Five guys place, the only thing I want to mention is that the floor is really slippery on wet days, today I almost fall inside and the wet/slippery signs are missing. The team is great an nice but they have to be more careful.

I don't normally eat hamburgers often. but when I do it's gotta be Five Guys. Their burger is super tasty and juicy and you can customize it. The regular burger comes with two patties which is probably way more beef than one can digest but it's so darn good you can't go for the small burger. Even their hotdogs are good. They slice it in half so it fits in the bun nicely and flat to put toppings on. My son gets that and he loves it. The fries are delicious but just remember one order of fries can feed two people. A large fry can feed about 3-4. haha. Anyways, Five Guys is just awesome and taste so good and the price is cheap for such an amazing burger. :)

Surprising for noon on a weekday, it was almost empty, and we thought it might have been closed at first. Once we got someone's attention things proceeded better. The chilli was fantastic. Tomatoey, not too spicy, thick and hearty. The North Philly Cheese steak was interesting. Lots of meat, not a lot of cheese, large serving. Forgot to order mayo so it was a little dry for me. Wings were good, nothing special to write home about. Overall, it's a nice place to get lunch. The food is good. Would like to see what it's like with more people and staff sometime.

Why??? Lo and behold, a few friends of mine told me the same thing happened to them when they tried to pick up catering for a Fourth of July party, including the fact that, both times, when we called to ask for a refund, the people on the phone were rude & horrendous, and refused to refund us & apologize to us for the miscommunication because they claimed it was "for the chef's time", which means we wasted hundreds of dollars we can never get back on food that was never made, which is criminal. Who runs a business like that?!?! It's not our fault that they failed to communicate with us! To say I dare say that I encourage anyone who reads this here review to boycott Sully's is an understatement.

Very good customer service, especially by the management team and they were very present and made sure that I was enjoying my experience dining there. The ambiance was very relaxing and not noisy or chaotic. I really appreciated that because that is hard to find nowadays. Also, the table was set well and it was very clean throughout the dining area. I had their Roasted Wild Mushroom and Swiss Burger. It was very good. I loved that they use Pat La Frieda beef for their burger patties, the mushrooms were so flavorful from the balsamic vinegar, the Jarlsberg Swiss cheese had a nice mild cheesy touch, and their truffle aioli was the best savory sauce to complement it all. 9.5/10 for the burger and 10/10 for the customer service. I definitely will be back soon.

When we return. We ordered devil eggs with bacon (so delicious with smokiness), calamari without hot peppers...crispy and tasty with a little lemon, and then added truffle fries with Parmesan cheese! Yummy! Bella was our server and cordial. There was a mix up on delivery but the next table and us cracked up laughing. When the rain started becoming an issue, he actually moved the umbrellas together to make sure Onyx had a dry spot. Really appreciated that. We started with a Bourbon Club and the Nitro Espresso Martini, then got the buffalo wings and she-crab soup. The wings can be grilled or fried and we went grilled, which was definitely the right call. Good char on them and I'd get them the same way again. The she-crab soup was also really good and perfect for a rainy afternoon. For lunch we had the French dip and the Reuben, and subbed the mac and cheese for one of the sides. Both sandwiches were solid, but the mac and cheese deserves a mention of its own. Definitely worth the substitution. Good food, good drinks, and especially good service from Kenny. Chicken caesar wrap- chicken isn't spicy. Seasoned well. Salad was well dressed but not overdressed. Ate the second half the next day and it held up well. The tortilla doesn't get soggy overnight. Some bites were a little salty because cheese isn't evenly distributed. Same goes for chicken- the cross section photo I took looks like too much salad to chicken ratio, but the chicken ended up being on the bottom of the wraps. It comes with extra Caesar dressing but doesn't need it at all. Tortilla is excellent-- great chew. $10 for a giant wrap- great price. Snack wrap- 2 for $5 and it tastes closer to McDonald's OG snack wrap than McDonald's current snack wrap. Chicken is significantly better than McDonald's and great price point. 2 sandwiches with fries is $12.99. Great deal. I have the lowest heat tolerance but I can stand to eat extra hot (albeit sweating). Their Cole slaw on its own is dry but goes so well with sandwiches. The slaw has cilantro so it tastes herby and makes the sandwich more interesting. Also adds a nice crunch. Fries don't hold up well but reheat well and become crispy in an air fryer. Yellow sauce tastes like honey mustard. Big bird sauce tastes like diluted bbq mayo. Service and ambiance- fast casual, friendly.
