Five Guys never disappoints! The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and made exactly the way we like them. A special thank you to Monique, the manager, who always remembers us and our order, making sure everything is perfect every time we visit. We used to love us some Five guys! The service is 5 stars. The burgers and fries are yummy but the prices are just too much for coming on the regular. So we only come every once in a while. Overall the service and food are on point just wish they hadn't uped the prices. read more

Tried Five Guys for lunch and the burgers were actually really good and filling. Fries were fresh and they gave a huge amount which I liked. The place was clean and the staff were chill, but the wait took longer than expected and the prices were honestly pretty expensive for burgers and fries. Still decent overall, just not something I'd get all the time. read more

Love the color scheme of red and white checkered motiff. It made the Restaurant look bright and happy ambience. Friendly staff and patiently waited on our choices' customization of our burger. My hubby enjoyed the peanuts while we waited on our orders . I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger : 2 well done patties Cheese Crumbly pieces of bacon Lettuce, tomato The burger didn't come hot nor warm as advertised. Bun was too soft that for every bite I took everything in-between was just falling apart and oozing out on every side ...so messy I still want to visit another location to try one again with fries. read more

I ordered 10 minutes before closing, and the staff there were so friendly. Gave me extra fries with no extra charge at the end of the shift because they were going to toss them anyway. Very courteous and always asked politely if I needed anything. This five guys went above and beyond! read more

Five guys is a fun stop for a great burger. One of those that leave you with some juicy fingers. The peanuts are always a must even if you don't really want them you end up having some just because they're there. A trademark for this establishment. Their drop of fries are awesome and bountiful. I do like to mix it up with original and Cajun. The burgers all the way! Service is super friendly and welcoming. Bright and spacious, organized with self serve soda fountain. Parking may be a little tight as it shares with other surrounding eateries but there's plenty just across in the connecting parking lots with a few added steps. A nice patio is also available to enjoy your meal outdoors if weather permits. A solid choice for a burger. read more

Recommend this place maybe if the new grill lady can get it together I'm not gonna go into nothing pacifically but Monique Monique she makes the best grilled burgers I've ever tasted five guys because of her amazing efforts in customer satisfaction I will stop take a look to see if she's making those amazing hot burgers then I'll grab my usual double grilled mushrooms, grilled onions, grilled jalapeño one slice of cheese and enjoy read more

Everything people have been saying about 5 Guys being craze expensive is true. For about the same price I paid for this mediocre burger (without cheese) I could have walked across the parking lot to Chili's and gotten a cheeseburger , fries, salad and a drink along with friendly service. read more

First time at this location but you know Five Guys never disappoints! The burgers are always juicy and cooked well, and the Cajun fries are hands-down the BEST--crispy, fresh, well seasoned and served in generous portions. The service is quick and friendly, and you can't beat the free peanuts while you wait. Simple, delicious, and always a great choice! read more

A bit of a mixed review here. The food is great as always. The downside is the music inside while it is from my era and I love it, turn it down a bit. I couldn't even see ourselves talking. read more

I had never had five guys before today, so i decided to give it a try. there's a tall white man with a blonde and white beard who took my order today and he was SO kind and made the whole experience worth it. He definitely deserves a pay raise. i will DEFINITELY be coming back soon! read more

We always order cajun fries, it has so much flavor and is cooked perfectly! Their burgers are also very tasty. I love that you have options of variety toppings! Very unique! On the pricey side but definitely worth it. read more

High key. Love this place. Never have I ever been to this location and had a bad experience. Place is always clean and presentable, the food is delicious, and service at the cashier and when picking up food is solid. I usually go for a little cheeseburger or a regular with fries to share. I go with easy Cajun and of course 99% toppings on my burger. It feels like home away from home lol We're not gonna debate on in n out vs this spot. You can't tell me otherwise. It's like comparing apples to bananas. On that note, go get yourself a burger and enjoy! read more

This was my first time trying the food at Five Guys and it was delicious. The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted right when we entered. We asked for a recommendation for our burgers and got the Little Bacon Cheeseburgers. We were able to pick any toppings for the burger and it was included in the price. The fries were delicious and fresh out the fryer. They had a box of complementary peanuts that were nice to chit chat over. I'll definitely be back to try the hot dogs next time. read more

Family says these are the best burgers around. A bit pricey but delicious. The fry portion is redic, so be ready if you buy the large. I will say, the cheeseburger is a double and the little burger is a single. I made the mistake of "adding a patty" and my son got a triple. It might say it in person, but it wasn't online. Overall we love these burgers! Must try! read more

Came in with my Wife for lunch. I had the bacon cheeseburger all the way. Really good flavor just a little messy as the buns get soggy but very enjoyable. My Wife had the hamburger all the way with fresh sliced jalapeños. She Loved it but the jalapeños are hot as they are fresh not pickled. We also shared a regular Cajun fries which is good and plenty for two. Drinks are self-serve, and they have a very wide selection of soft drinks and teas. Service is fast and fresh, made to order and restaurant is clean. Prices are reasonable for the portions. They also have peanuts to enjoy as you wait on your order. Cool spot will definitely be back again. read more

This place is delicious. It's really easy to customize exactly what you want on your burger because the menu has all the toppings listed there so you don't have to question what might be on it. The meat is cooked nicely and the burger tastes delicious. The fries are super good, too - not oily and not overly crispy, but just like fried potatoes should be. Probably the best fries I've ever had. They give really generous portions, too. I ordered small, so they filled up the small cup with fries, and then put enough fries in the bag to fill up the cup again! Unlimited free peanuts from the moment you walk in, and they have those Coke machines where you can get every Coke product imaginable. The price is definitely more than it should be, though. $6.49 for a hamburger is asking a bit much (Note: Regular hamburgers come with TWO patties - the "little hamburgers" come with one patty...so really, they're not "little" - they're normal). $3.99 for the little fries is okay, considering the generous portion size and how good they are. $2.39 for the smallest ("regular") drink. I went again today.... once again, the food was delicious. However, the floor had crumbs under several tables, and no one was cleaning it up, even though there were staff who could do so. The staff also just didn't seem too happy to be there. read more

Being more of a veggie-oriented person, I was surprised with the lack of balance in the burger. I thought about the double but I ended up with a single patty instead. I was expecting a burger that matched the images and advertisements but I did not get that. My burger buns were nicely toasted and quite buttery. The meat was not as seasoned as I thought it would be. I had heard about it for a while and, due to COVID, they didn't have their usual peanuts and their inside structure was a bit off. I hope they improve their system and spacing as time goes by. I want to try the other burgers and I do plan to go back and get more! If anyone can tell me how to get more veggies on the burgers, please let me know and send me a tip! read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Drive an extra few exits and go to the Yucaipa location. Not only did they completely forget 1 of 3 sandwiches, but one of the ones we did get had mayonnaise when we specifically asked for it without. We barely got an apology. read more

Move over In and Out, Five Guys is here. I love this place. From the hamburgers to the fries, expect to pay a hefty price. However, it's quality you can taste. Never frozen and always made to order, you can taste the goodness with every bite. Their drink fountain is perfect. You'll find a variety of flavors and many options to choose from. The outdoor plaza patio is what wins here. I can look past the cost here for my burger and fries, as they provide a beautiful landscape to enjoy your meal. With a water fountain and an outdoor fire place, this is a perfect location to enjoy your food. I just love it here! The sound of the water splashing is very relaxing. Staff is friendly. Bathrooms are well stocked and clean. read more

Not bad not bad, but definitely a dent in the ole wallet. I got an idea online on how to order. Cheeseburger, double patty with extra cheese. And, I just added all the fixings. I had recently stopped a couple of times at "Five Guys Burgers & Fries" on Alabama St. in Redlands on one of my frequent trips between L.A. and the desert to see my folks. (For years I stopped at a McD, but was due for a change.) Last week, on my way out to the desert, I popped in but Daniel, one of the managers, who is nice enough to make a special sauce for my fries, was not on duty, but Angel was as nice as could be and made his own hot and spicy mixture for me! I got the double burger with a whole lot of fixings, as well as the Cajun version of the fries Angel suggested. (It was so satisfying that I topped it off with a beef hotdog.) Their prices are a bit higher than "In-'n'-Out" and a few other chains, but the quality is unmistakeable! The taste of the food and the customer service made it more than a good deal. Along with Angel, his co-workers Hailey, Jyro, Yahir, Andress, and Sabee had everything under control, keeping the mood pleasant and the dining room clean. It felt that they were actually happy to see me! I am looking forward to my next visit! read more

Worst fries in my life. Drowning in salt and almost soggy. burger was good but not worth the price. No combos, but i guess that is pretty well know - this was my 1st time at any Five Guys. Not sure how 3 burgers, 3 drinks, 1 fry & 1 plain hotdog came out to $60, but it was not worth it. Just go to Wendy's - burgers are pretty much the same just smaller. You'll save money & have Way more options. read more
