Love Five Guys. Been to this location, one in NYC. This one was better. When they're crazy busy, it does take a bit longer. Worth every penny imo. It's always yummy, no matter how long it takes. I mean, I can't go here more than once every 2 months or so since just looking at the burger makes my blood vessels shudder. But they have coke zero and so many fries, I have never once finished them, even when there with 2 people. A plus in my book. And it's all super fresh. I've tried a lot of 'the best burger ever' and have always been disappointed. This one didn't. *happy sigh* highly recommend. Mmmm great big burgers! This place has the best burgers and fries! Def. try the Cajun fries! They are soo yummy and seasoned! The burger may not cost as much as your Big Mac, but it's soo much better and worth it if you're starving! They make it right there so it's nice and hot when you get it! It's really tasty..you have to try it! (Especially if you like burgers!!) The place has free peanuts to munch on while your food is getting cooked lol..this is def. the hot burger spot! read more

cajun steak fries...yum yum yum!! Loaded with calories but justified if sharing (a regular). The burgers are good too and I definitely love the free toppings... if only the same applied for pizzas! Little hamburger/cheeseburger = 1 patty which is more than enough for me. Five Guys is hands down better than Epic Burger but I do wished they had the option of a fried egg on top. For the price, you can go to an actual restaurant and have a MUCH better burger. For semi fast food, it sure beats McDonalds. The two times ive been there the employees seemed dis interested and sure taking their time. read more

Heard good things about Five Guys and had to try this place, I generally do not like chain restaurants, but from time to time I do make an exception. I ordered the little burger, which has one patty of beef versus two for the regular burger. Had my burger with lettuce, mayo, ketchup, tomato and fresh onions. While the condiments were good, but nothing special the beef was outstanding in flavor! Next time might see if they will just grill up two beef patties for me and skip the bread, etc. They supposedly have great fries, but on this visit it was all about the burger. If I happen to drive by a Five Guys again, will stop in for a burger. They offer free lightly salted for those of you allergic to the patata ;) read more

The burger was mediocre at best, and the fries were simply average. Considering how expensive the food was (a cheeseburger and small order of fries - no drink - cost me around ten bucks) it's even more of a disappointment. You're also going to wait a long time for your mediocre, absurdly overpriced food. The place was pretty dead when I went and I still had to wait for about fifteen minutes to get my food. I wouldn't eat here again. For a bacon hamburger, fries, and a drink, it was $13.83 or so after taxes. I didn't increase the size or add anything more. It's a little over rated since it all tasted pretty much the same as any other hamburger meal. read more

I decided to give them an extra star as their overall quality has improved somewhat. I still feel their burgers are on the dry side but getting them with cheese, bacon and onions helps. You get a generous amount of cheese perfectly melted. Their onions are strong and pungent and are put on top as they should be. What is it with some places that place condiments underneath the meat?! Good, grilled hot dogs. You pay about $4.00 but the hot dogs are quite large. For quick burgers, dogs and fries it's hard to beat this place. A substantial upgrade over McDonald's, etc. read more

I've been to this location several times; today's visit was probably my last. The burgers have been consistently cooked well done to the point where the very good quality beef they use has no flavor. I had a cheese burger my son had a small burger, we shared a large drink and large fries, it cost us over $18.00; when you factor in that I can get a burger that tastes better at any Culver's and that the same size meal(s) at Culver's would have been half the price....why go to Five Guy's? Their niche in the burger business has faded.....Five Guy's reputation of 'Heavenly Hamburgers' has been lost to franchising. read more

I had the burger with everything including jalapeños. Of course it was messy, but it was well worth it. Let me tell you; they do not hold back on loading your burger. I'm just that kind of guy, I like to eat once or twice a day but A LOT, so getting the burger with a large fry and soda really filled me up without being too unhealthy and it didn't taste like fast food cardboard. read more

Good food, clean place, and exceptional customer service!!! Never had somebody come up to me and ask me how my meal is at a fast food place after I was already away from the counter and sitting down! Very impressive! One of the employees even brought me ketchups, I didn't even have to ask for them. I do think the price on the fries and drinks could be a little more reasonable. Was this place good? Yes. Was it everything everyone has hyped it up to be? Not really. But it's still good. They do have good burgers and fries. The burgers have 2 patties, and they have a lot of toppings to choose from (you don't have to pay extra). They give you tons of fries, and the even have a sign on the wall telling you where the potatoes came from that day. They have the new fangle dangle Coke machines as well. It's kind of a diner atmosphere, but a little nicer than fast food. You do need to wait a little longer than a McDonald's for your meal ,but it's worth it. I would prefer that! read more

Best burger in the local area. They do a very limited menu, which allows them to focus on quality and freshness. Fine foodie dining this is not. It is also off the list if you have a peanut allergy--they fry in peanut oil, and have boxes of peanuts in the shell as your free appetizer while you wait for them to cook your food. The burgers can be customized and they eagerly serve them bunless. I'm a fan of the fries, thick cut, fresh never frozen, skin left on. The bag fries double the portion, so order small. They have the million soda machine and four kinds of iced tea. They have ample indoor seating and four nice tables outdoors to the side of the strip mall (still parking lot view, tho). They always play classic 70's and 80's rock, so you can bore your kids with concert stories. This outlet of the chain delivers what you would expect, and I've always had nice friendly servers. They need to get their location correct, they are next to Chipotle in the Randhurst area. (Gotta go rock out, "Rock the Casbah" just came on...) read more

I was really exicted to try this place out and the whole experience was terrible. First I order a "little burger" as they call it, and had to wait exactly 17 minutes for it. I appreciate the made fresh idea..but even Culvers isn't that bad with the wait. Secondly after waiting nearly a half hour for a tiny burger I finally sit down to eat and what i had ordered for a Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger did not have bacon or cheese, and had mushrooms and pickels which both of which I hate and specifically asked to not have on the burger. Nonetheless I was totally grossed out. So when I go to tell the people at the counter I don't have any bacon on my sandwich he tells me to go sit down, and he will bring the bacon to me instead of saying "let me fix your sandwich". So I go sit down wait another 8 minutes for bacon, and by this time my food is starting to get cold and out comes the bacon. It was so over cooked it was crumbling everywhere and at this point I was again just so grossed out I just wanted to leave. You would think they would have offered me a new sandwich, or at least offered to put the bacon on. But nope!! Instead I got gross bacon wrapped up in tinfoil. Needless to say I will definitely never go back. I am not too picky of an eater, but this by far was the most digusting dining experience I have had in a long time or possibly ever. read more

I love the food, though I treat it more as hangover food than normal lunch food. I try not to eat burgers too much, but if I did, this would probably be the only place that I'd go. The burgers are great and the toppings just get me excited. I order the smaller burger with about 8 toppings on it, otherwise I won't have any room for their fries. read more

The Burgers are great, but it's very expensive if you order fries and a drink with it. I tend to just get a burger and go buy a drink at the grocery store nearby for a dollar. I've had better customer service at gas stations. I've read other reviews, and I am not the only one who notices this: Chris was my cashier, an African-American fellow. He is very good about being consistently rude and careless about your business. He makes you purposefully feel like you are not welcome. And he ensures to not smile or make the extra effort to satisfy the customer. Even for questions like "Can I get that to go?" He will roll his eyes at you. He doesn't speak to customers in a neutral tone, instead, he uses very little communication whatsoever, nonetheless eye contact. Everything he says seems to come from an rude place. The worst of all of this is that I think he may be the manager. Either way, quality of service set aside, five guys has great burgers and even though they are a bit pricy, its hard to find a quality burger without sitting in a restaurant anymore. And they're fast. Its the best of both worlds! Now if only they did something about the service so we actually enjoy our experience! Maybe I'd come more often. read more

Worst restaurant ever. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know not to give them business. The girl taking my order had the intellect and personality of a door knob. She stoically told me there was no bacon and less than two minutes later there was bacon sizzling on the grill. Worse yet. After waiting 30 minutes - yes. 30 minutes for two burgers a hot dog and two fries a lost it. I demanded my money back. With only one register open the poor powerless manager had to call for authorization to refund me. That took another 13 minutes! The line was out the door and the jerks working there could care less. There is so much they could have done to diffuse the situation. Could have kindly made customers aware that there was an unusually long wait time or hire someone with a heart and a brain. I ordered my food at 7:14 and for the record. I demanded my money back at 7:44 and it is now 7:56. No dinner and a really sour taste in my mouth. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
