Five guys burgers are upper echelon fast food. If you are planning on going to McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, and getting a burger and fries you are better off going here. That being said it's fast food. These aren't gourmet burgers here. Dont expect to receive gourmet. Just a bunch of food to stuff your face with. Best part is you can order online and it only takes a two minute wait when you get there. The reason is it allows for them to cook ur fries when you get there. There are peanuts to snack on while you wait and there is a bunch of seating at this location. If you order online just go up to the register and let them know you've arrived so they can finish cooking your food. They have a good system for that. I like that they just give u a cup and u serve yourself for the fountain soda so if u eat there u can get free refills. The staff is usually friendly and with the online ordering and customization options it makes for a tasty fast food burger. Fries are really good and you get a huge portion so that's also another plus. Just watch out in the parking lot where it's located. People drive like they're looking to run u over. read more

Also the same night, order for my friend....I be never had 5 guys but she said the burger was great and the stacked it with lettuce and tomatoes the way she wanted. The cashier (it said Kevin on the receipt) was genuinely happy to be there and do his job. Why own that so hard to find that it's always something I take a huge notice of. I just got a burger and small fry for her. There were lots of fries in the bag which we split. They were pretty good, they didn't hold salt very well because they were thick (but I like the bigger fries) so I ended up using some ketchup and the fries were a little cold by the time I got to them. Ordered delivery and the food arrived a whole MESS! The fries were literally just splattered everywhere on top of the burger that I had to dig in the bag to get it out. Absolutely ridiculous. I honestly love 5 Guys Burgers & Fries but I find myself extremely disappointed every time I visit this location. Best time of day to stop by would definitely have to be during the evening hours of the day. I have stopped for food during the morning hours/ lunchtime rush & have seen the man that makes the fries wipe his sweat with his hand and than touch my food which is extremely alarming during these tough times. It's a great place if you go there probably once a week or month. You can't eat their food everyday unless you want a heart attack. I think they put too much toppings on the burgers. A simple burger is meat, buns, cheese, tomato, and ketchup. NOTHING MORE. They have toppings like mushrooms, peppers, pickles, spicy peppers, etc. Very greasy burgers and fries... Since my cousin couldn't believe I hadn't been here since it opened so close to my house, I made a pit stop to try it out. I have never been to any Five Guys. I didn't know what to expect. I got lucky, there was nobody on line so i got to order right away. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a reg. fries. The guy told me it was 10 and change. I then looked at the prices. I think they charge a little much for not so fast food. 6.95 for a bacon cheese burger, should be more like 4.50. And they should have a smaller portion of fries for like 1.25. The burger was pretty damn good and the reg. fries portion size is redonkulous but I just dont see myself efforting a trip back. read more

I still have my reservations about this place. It doesn't seem like its 100% clean despite its A rating. I have been here twice so far. The burgers to me are just average not awesome for the price. I think the big plus about this burger joint is the over load of french fries. No matter what size you order they always give you extras and lets not forget about the free peanuts! This is a burger joint. The quality here and at most Five Guys is great. Usually there isn't much that differentiates one with another. They all have more or less the same layout, same food, same everything. But I rate this place "4 stars" (which is pretty high) because of the people and service. Finally putting a Five Guys this close to me, is both a blessing and a curse. I used to have to put in a 25 min one way drive if I really had a craving for Five Guys and now it's less than 10, which is way easier but only makes me want this unhealthy food more often! Basically any and all toppings they offer are free, which is great. The classic burger toppings are very good, as well as doing grilled mushrooms and onions instead. I usually opt for the little cheeseburger as it's one patty and that in combination with the ridiculous amount of fries in the regular order is plenty! I'm a fan of both the regular and cajun fries though with the cajun expect to go through a ton of napkins and have the seasoning pretty much get everywhere. If you do take out, be warned: the fries will get soggy from the heat and steam but I find them to still be very good anyway. Burgers are super juicy and flavorful, which is why I wouldn't really call this place "fast food"...well that and the fact that they make your food to order which can take up to 15 mins sometimes. Being an impatient person as I am, despite this, it's totally worth it for the taste and freshness. Expect to spend somewhere around $10 a visit per person which, considering the freshness and portion size, is actually really good. Also, they provide peanuts while you wait which people really love but I say skip em, save room for the burger and fries, you'll need it! read more

I've been going to this location ever since they've opened so it's a long overdue review. The staff have always been friendly and courteous. The burgers are always made fresh and so are all the toppings. The fries are delicious but sometimes depending on who mans the fryers, it may come out a bit too overcooked. I used to have to tell the worker to not overcook the fries but I went today and they came out perfect. The prices have gone up a lot over the years and it's actually on the expensive end for just a double patty burger but I figure this is because of the rising costs of meat in the US. Seating is more than ample and it's in a shopping complex so parking is free and usually easy to get a spot. Overall I've never had any big complaints about this five guys. I used to be a regular here. Until the worker let a pigeon into the store (literally opening the door for a pigeon standing outside the door) She then proceeded to whack the poor creature with a broom which caused the bird to flap its wings all over our food and our heads. Never went back again. I understand this was probably a rare occasion, but I really felt the workers there handled the situation very poorly. Okay, I'm somewhat broken hearted about slamming this location. But the nonsense that has ensued has given meno other choice. The food at this location is excellent, so that is not the problem. The fries are crisp and the burgers are juicy and flavorful. They do offer the free peanuts, so you have something to munch on while you wait. My problem with this location is the poor customer service. The previous 3 times they have made my experience so awful, the food ended up tasting blah. I always call ahead to make an order so I can walk in, pay and pickup food ASAP. The first time, I called the store and they placed me on hold for 23 minutes. During that time, I drove from the Bronx side of the Whitestone Bridge to the front door of the Five Guys. They didn't pick up, and when I asked for a manager upon arrival, the manager told me I was dumb for wasting my minutes trying to order. The last time, they only prepared half of my order and then argued with me if I wanted my French fries. As you can tell, I wouldn't recommend this location. read more

I came here last Sunday for my first time, I paid 10.55 for a bacon burger...I received 2 patties that looked small and paid that much...I honesty think this place is way expensive and not worth the money...Five Guys wraps their food in pure aluminum foil which is dangerous, aluminum being wrapped in a hot burger can cause diseases...very unsafe company and they overcharge on burgers that I can get in Wendy's for half the price and much better....I will most likely not go to Five Guys ever again...idk maybe the food wasn't great that day but if I want a quality burger I rather go to Shake Shack...it's insane how this company gets away with charging these prices,I felt like I was at another McDonald's,However the staff were very welcoming and understanding,I told them about my aluminum issue and they gave me a better alternative...I think this company needs to find a new alternative in wrapping their burgers...if your debating whether to go here or the Chipotle right next door, then I would pick Chipotle...and if u want to get a burger then go to McDonald's and get ur self a signature burger.... read more
