Yum! We love coming here! The burger are amazing, and I personally feel, worth the price. The service has been friendly when I visit and it takes around 5 minutes or so to complete the order. The interior is spacious. I would not say overly cleanly though as I walked around while waiting and saw straw wrappers on the floor and food marks/remanent on tables. We got two cheeseburgers and a little fry. They give you a little extra fries in the bag so it's perfect to split with someone. It is a little on the pricier side of a burger. Our order came to $28. Brought the family here for a burger. I always forget how expensive this place is. Lady at the register was too busy watching the other lady ring up a family of 7s burgers to help others in line. Greasy, overpriced burgers & fries. No kids options. There are better, tastier burger spots in town with the same price point. They don't have a kids menu which is a little strange. I ended up ordering a grilled cheese sandwich and it was terrible. For $5+ that doesn't come with anything(no drink, no side, no toy), it's a really expensive kids meal. I think the last time I came to this restaurant I ordered the kids hamburger because when I ordered a regular burger it came with 2 patties so needless to say, it's super filling ! The add-ons on burger come at no additional cost. Their Cajun fries are amazing. You can share a regular size with 2 people and still have some left over. One of the best burgers hands down!! The taste is delicious and I love how you can add a bunch of toppings if you feel the need. I order the cheeseburger (2 patties) with lettuce, tomato, pickle and mayo. If you get the fries they load them up and they are overflowing in the bag. Fresh and thick cut! When I'm in the mood for a super greasy burger this is my go to. I order delivery and the food always comes super hot. The burgers are always stuffed with whatever I decide to top them with and always taste fresh and prepared to order. When it comes to the fries though they can be hit or miss. I have been wanting to try Five Guys for a while and finally had an opportunity with a group from work. Clean inside. Fairly easy to access. It's fast food with a limited menu, burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese and fries. Lots of tables inside for dine-in. When we visited for lunch, they were not very busy. When you walk-in, you line up for the counter to place your order. Being my first experience with Five Guys, I wish there were a couple things I knew. I ordered a cheeseburger and "little" fries. I saw "little" burger versions on the menu, but assumed this was more of a "child's" size. Wrong. A "little" is one quarter patty. Their regular burgers is a double patty. It was a lot of beef. I did order the "little" fries, because folks had warned me that they give you a lot of fries. I am glad they did tell me about that. The other tip is to keep your receipt and pay attention to the number on it. They literally shout out your number when your order is ready. In fact, the staff seem to shout out everything. It really became quite annoying after a while. The food is greasy. After having my lunch, it literally stayed with me all day. They seem to promote that their toppings are all free. There are few toppings that you don't see offered everyday, such as grilled onions, grilled mushrooms or A-1 Steak sauce. But, most are the standard burger toppings that most places offer free as well. Their burgers are pricier than other fast food chains, but you are also getting a lot for that price. I'm not normally a huge fan of 5 Guys. My typical experience is that the fries are awesome but the burgers are meh. However, with this location newly opened the kids were dying to come check it out (their first 5 Guys experience). Overall, I'd say this was my best 5 Guys experience to-date. Pros: fries were fresh, hot and plentiful as always. Tonight's hand-formed burger was also the best 5 Guys burger I've had. Add to that their super cool soda fountain (see photo) and I think we can call this experience a win. Cons: the music was obnoxiously loud oldies. After my giant greaseburger last time I decided to change things up and try a "Bacon Dog". $4.29 for a split grilled weiner with some crumbled bacon on a squishy white hot dog roll,umm, there's words I could use about this but I think I would violate decency and rules here. Well where the dog was a let down the fries here are huge hot and delicious fresh cut taters cooked to order but for 3 bucks for a regular order you would think you were at a fair or other closed event. And of course using the Hal 2000 Coke machines to score a Coke Orange was cool but for $2.19 for a regular size drink is really a burn. C'mon folks drinks are pure profit at places like this place and of late many others I have been to seem to really gouge their customers on a self serve item. This place is expensive. I saw the other reviews and I saw other people said the same thing but I dismissed it. I wish I wouldn't have. My family of 4 could've dined at a nicer restaurant on food we know we love and even had dessert for the price we paid here. On mediocre burgers and fries. I had the small bacon burger and was disappointed. The burger bun doesn't stand up well to the toppings, it got soggy and fell off. The small burger is one patty, as opposed to the regular 2. I assumed that the patty would be regular size, but it was not. I ended up throwing away a third of my bun. Seriously--I paid $6 for a burger....McDonald's burgers at least fill their bun. I thought they were over priced at $15 and change for a double bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink. Then today I get there and the same order is $18.45. Then they give me a single patty burger, which I returned unopened. The guy who took my order looked at my receipt to verify and get my toppings. Comes back a minute later to view the receipt again. What can I say about Five Guys? The burgers are good but really nothing special ... the fries are very good and probably in a league of their own ... but honestly, I just don't get all the hype. This particular location had exceptionally good customer service, and they also had Coke's new fancy schmancy mix-it-yourself soda fountain! I don't usually drink carbonated beverages, preferring plain 'ol tap water, but I couldn't resist the pull of a gazillion and one flavor combinations. My favorite wound up being cherry-flavored ginger ale. Boring? Sure. But for a water afficionado it was quite the treat. The restaurant was spotless, service as mentioned was outstanding, and yet I can't help but feel for what we paid for lunch ($25+ for 2 burgers, 1 large fries, 2 drinks) it's quite overpriced. If they would add a couple of different cheese options (cheddar and pepperjack anyone?), and perhaps a couple of "gourmet" topping options (how about some avocado or guacamole?) I wouldn't feel so bad about their prices. But to be limited to American cheese and standard, traditional (talk about boring) toppings and still pay for a gourmet burger meal? Good casual place to bring the kids when I'm feeling lazy about dinner. I really enjoy the burgers, fries and drink selection. Their burgers always surprise me how big they are! I should have got the "little" quarter pounder. Fries are to share. Small is ~1-2 adult servings, medium ...2-3, large is for 3-4... The drink machine is cool....probably 30 choices. The food is always so good no matter the time or the day, but the overall look of the store is a mess there is food one every table come machines are soaked and sticky come and said all around the floor. The floors are covered in dirt and food, Windows are gross bathrooms are gross and on top of all that the price is so high for burgers and fries my family and I seriously only come about once a year because of the cost just today alone four burgers one fries and three small drinks was 50 bucks!
