Had Five Guys this weekend for dinner. The burgers were a sloppy, greasy mess. My wife doesn't like onions on her burgers. She got onions. I asked for grilled onions. I didn't get grilled onions. We ordered large fries to split and the large is not like it was the last time. They have reduced the portion to fit into a small bag claiming it keeps the fries fresher. The customer service was great. Friendly staff and professional. 3 stars for the service. No stars for the food. read more

First stop ever at a Five Guys and it was a disappointment. The restaurant was clean inside but nothing special. The bacon cheeseburger and chocolate shake were both good, but again nothing special. The Cajun seasoned fries were terrible. I guess others must like that spice, but I did not. What really turned me away was the guy at the cash register. I don't like being called boss and I don't know anyone who does. I also felt he was making fun of my order with his loud mouth. Basically, he was a repellent to me. Would I try Five Guys again? I really wish I could give negative stars or zero stars I worked for this company for three years and was in management and dedicated everything I had to this company with a promise of moving up , and as soon as my prejudice district manager , SKIP found out I was dating a black man I was fired" because I ate a french fry"on the clock ... which we all have done a million times!! I was told that we were family ,and they always had my back and then this happens in Hermitage. In hermitage there are a lot of African-American people and I think nobody from that ethnicity should go there because he always told us don't hire Black people. So if u are going to discriminate against Black people I don't think Black people should be going there and giving them their money boycott this company it's so unfair I should sue and I hope SKIP's boss Bruce sees this because somebody needs to know read more

I went for lunch 2/28/22 at about 1:30. Great order process. The guy was very helpful and energetic. While waiting for my burger I observed those preparing the food were all wearing gloves. That's great except when they pick up their cell phone and use it. A cell phone is known to be one of the most Germ infested things a person can touch. Then go back to handling food with the same gloves on. Yuck! The tables were not wiped off (several empty), there were no cups to put catsup in, there was food on the floor, and it wasn't busy. I like a great burger and it was good but not $7.69 for a little Cheeseburger. Hardee's is better. I asked for a small order of fries and got more than two people could eat with a tiny cup of fries mixed in. Why? $4 is high but I don't need to stuff myself with potatoes and greasy ones at that. It really doesn't get much better than this. The service and involvement from the management staff is exceptional. We had a problem with an order. The manager contacted me personally, the problem was resolved very quickly, very professionally and completely. It was never about the food. The food was wonderful, I personally think it was new location jitters during my first visit but once my problem was identified they were all over it, solved the problem and we got outstanding food. When you are paying almost 20 dollars for a single patty burger and a milkshake, you would hope to receive reasonable service. After 25 minutes and asking 2 times for the shake, I just gave up and got a refund, since the burger I watched them make at this point was already cold. When I asked for a refund at the shake counter, they guy in the black shirt who I had previously watched spend 6 minutes laying out and flattening foil sheets, gave me a "give me a break" look, I mentioned that I had just been waiting too long and no longer wanted it, pointing out that he had quickly served the shakes that were ordered after me. He claimed the guy had a call in order, he did not I literally watched him order and pay, get his food and shake and then leave before I even approached the counter. The restaurant was mostly empty with 3 guests eating when I ordered, Floors and tables needed to be cleaned. The Staff on 6-29-24 mainly the male Staff were acting immature and childish when my friend and I came to pick up for dinner. I live close by, I've had one heck of a month . I was skeptical about ordering from uber eats. I thought I'd give it a try because my mind is exhausted. I was beyond happy! The staff, cooks etc. Who helped with my order made everything more then delicious! The uber eats driver, Michael was on par as well. I dont think the burgers are really all that good. My fries are soggy and they should take hot dogs off the menu. I think the quarter pounder at Mcdonalds is better than this sloppy, substandard meat and bread combination (ewwww burger?), but that quarter pounder isnt bad at all for 5 dollars. Dont pay 13 bucks for an over hyped meat concoction and nasty ass fries. Milkshakes are good but so are cheap hookers sometimes. What a waste of potatoes... read more

Very impressed as I walked in with 9$ to spend, man named Bradley very kindly empathized and we sorted what I can do with my budget and found a great fit which included a delicious grilled cheese. Because fries were out the question. He asked if I'd like a cup of fries and gave me a nice sized "water" drink cup. Better than whataburger! Burgers are messy but the flavor is there! So glad that they built one out here.

Just opened and I've been here 3 times. My burger is always perfect and service has always been timely and very courteous.
