Great location, friendly staff, and good food consistently i've been going to this location since 2005 and it's always been good

I mostly use the drive through during the work week for a county ham biscuit. Was out for a morning motorcycle ride and stopped for a quick bite to eat. Used my rewards points for a biscuit and gravy. Food was hot and fresh and the service is always spot on. The morning store manager runs an amazing shift of employees. She is always friendly, and very attentive to the customers needs. read more

In the glut of fast food national chains I believe Hardee's have the best burgers, at least as far as I am concerned. The rest of the menu is pretty good, as well. This locations was clean and inviting and the staff served me promptly and with a smile. If you find yourself craving that unique American experience known as eating fast food you could do far worse than choosing here (and everyday people do make those bad choices). read more

I'd give it zero if I could. Never ever again. $4.29 for a gross biscuit that smells so strongly of old grease that I almost retched when I opened the wrapper. The biscuit was saturated with grease and the chicken looked liked it had been fried in 1985. I didn't bother tasting it. read more

Hardee's @ 5775 Old Hickory Blvd Hadn't eaten there since 2013, because of moving away from that area. It was great back then, so today we were over at that area stopped in, and ate breakfast. Jennifer S. our order taker was polite and very nice, as a matter of fact they all up on the front were polite, and nice. Food was well over the top. Gallatin store needs to take note. At Gallatin store it's a hit or miss. Some days good food great people (drive thru, and at window), other days yuck on the food, and blah people. BTW I get biscuits there st Gallatin store quite a bit, because when it's good it's hard to beat Hardee's. May have to start driving over by there a little more often. I know in 3 weeks we'll be back by there so we'll stop in. read more

Watched them pull my order out of a bag of old food without wearing gloves. Then still bare handed open the wrapper, grab sliced tomatoes and with their bare fingers separate the tomatoe slices and place them on the old steak biscuits. Definitely not fresh or sanitary. And no receipt, as if no record of purchase somehow released them from all responsibility. Think twice! read more

Always a good experience at this place. Everyone I've interacted with is friendly and always greets you. Even if you go through drive thru they are nice to you. Makes you feel good when the workers are nice and in good moods. Bad vibes can spread quick. Anyways, my food has always been fresh, most of the time its not made til your order unless you go during breakfast rush then sometimes you can catch the stale end of a biscuit sandwich. Prices are about as average as any other fast food joint. They keep it clean inside and the bathroom was pretty much immaculate when I went in to use it. So, yeah, I like this place. It's one of my favorite breakfast spots when I'm in a hurry. Ciao! read more

Do not go if you have an allergic reaction to anything. My fiance is allergic to dairy. We ordered one of the couple of breakfast items that he could have with customized instructions. Took off all 3 cheeses and it seems to me that if it says no cheese then why would you use a loaded omelet... hello you could have caused damage.... I took it back and then got it back with burnt sausage. Thank God the only reaction today was hives because only a few bites were eaten. Never again. read more

Hardee's of Hermitage at 5775 Old Hickory Blvd. Has great food; especially there Gravy & Biscuits; but then all Hardee's excel here- better than McDonalds or any othe fast good restaurant. The Downside of the Hermitage location is there customer service and attitude; I would encourage everyone to go anywhere else then here. I will never go back to this location again ! read more

We went here at about 6:30 pm last night for dinner and there was 2 employees there and the doors were locked. We were told that business was slow so they were closing early..... so we went to another Hardee's and had terrible service and our orders were all screwed up. Usually pretty good food WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE CHICKEN BURRITO. At $3.99 plus tax (or total cost at $4.36) it is a huge rip off. Basically you get a large flour tortilla stuffed with lots and lots of beans and rice. The chicken was so minimal it was like trying to find chicken lips (there "ain't" any). I've tried it twice now and twice I was disappointed. It's a $4.36 bean burrito that probably costs them no more than $0.50 to make including the foil wrapper and paper bag. Save your money and don't get the Hardee's chicken burrito... but everything else there is good and a good value. read more

I shouldn't have to go in to the store (twice) because of a wrong order while going through the drive thru. I have a 30 minute lunch break and going to Hardees Drive thru was supposed to be fast and convenient, but instead they messed up the same order twice and took longer than it should have. My family will not be going here anymore. This is not the first time I have been disappointed by this location. read more

The food is made super sloppy in the mornings and is thrown in the bag without being wrapped properly. Be thankful if you don't have to deal with the younger girl with all of the tattoos on her arms. She was rude taking my order, didn't even let me finish, and when she opened the window to hand it to me, she said "here" and that was all. I should've checked the bag because not only did I not get a straw or napkin, my order was wrong. Management should reevaluate who they hire and maybe actually keep an eye on how they treat their customers. A lot of other people would be grateful to have her job and would treat people with respect. read more
