You'd be hard pressed to not think that the Flat Tire Diner has been around for 50 years with the vibe it was putting out. It had energy of a long standing family establishment but has been around for 6ish years! They've done something right with hiring amazing welcoming staff to filling the menu with amazing diner esq grub! Hands down the crunch French toast is a must order that crispy hard exterior of corn flakes and the soft interior is the perfect balance and this will be the only French toast I'll ever order!! The fresh made bread and pastry onsite is also a welcoming addition, if I was local this is where I'd get my sliced loafs weekly!

Here's a fun, comical review you can drop straight into Yelp or Facebook Flat Tire Diner First time at Flat Tire Diner, and let me tell you--we rolled in hungry and rolled out happy (with all tires intact). We went classic breakfast mode and were not disappointed. The two-egg breakfast with fried eggs, bacon, hash browns, and white toast was simple, comforting, and packed with flavor. Add in a sausage bagelwich that absolutely understood the assignment, and we were officially on board. No frills, just good, honest diner food that tastes like it was made with purpose. But the real MVP moment? Sitting up front by the door... in winter... where the door opens and closes approximately every 7 seconds. Just when I thought I might need to order hot coffee intravenously, the host kindly shared her little personal heater with me to keep the chill off. That level of hospitality deserves its own Michelin star--or at least an extra strip of bacon. Warm food, warm hearts, and one very heroic space heater. We'll definitely be back--next time possibly bringing a scarf, just in case.

It was absolutely fantastic, with the strawberry's and bananas! Omg!! So good!! Anyway, this place is great , ambience was good, packed but now loud! Service was excellent! Our server was attentive, thank you, Mr Willy, you did great! We will be back and definitely will recommend!!

The bartender at our hotel recommended this place. Well done, sir! Staff were quite friendly and answered our questions. They smoke their own pastrami. The fries are real potatoes. The onion rings are fantastic. The portions are just right. Absolutely recommend.

Top: Bacon, ham, egg, & cheese wrap with gag browns. Bottom: Everything skillet with cinnamon raisin toast.

OMG! This was my 2nd time at the Flat Tire. The 1st time was great & this time was even better. Momma had a bacon, ham, egg, & cheese wrap with hash browns and I had the everything skillet with cinnamon toast. Delicious all the way around! The only thing better was the service! Kendall welcomed us & even spent time conversing with us. I must say this is the best experience we have had anywhere in ages! We will definitely be back!

Can you say pork chops and eggs, but with a twist, and at a diner in a strip mall? I was not expecting to get the brunch/launch experience that I did, but I am so glad we tried this place out. From the outside, you would never think that you're going to get such a great experience inside. They've got a full service bakery as well. We will definitely come back and bring the little ones for treats next time. Great service, great ambience!

Classic breakfast food executed perfectly. The chicken fried steak is the best in the area. It is fresh and not frozen. Baked items are fresh and delicious.

Love this old school diner! Food was great, very comforting. Even there was a bit of a wait on Sunday, we did it wait that long to get our food.

Sunday morning, we popped in for a last minute breakfast and were readily seated for a table of 2. The service was prompt and super sweet. They had a very large menu which offered a variety of dietary accommodations. I ordered pancakes and a crab cake which both were great/large/tasty portions. Our coffee cup was never less than half full! Looking around the diner, they have very endearing decor, all staff were smiling and working hard. There didn't appear to be any grumpy or underserved tables (even in the midst of a Sunday morning rush). Local great spot - highly recommend for an easy, delicious, and financially sound meal. We look forward to coming back.

Chicken fried steak. Eggs were cooked perfectly!

Great food. Biscuits and gravy were delicious. Eggs were cooked perfectly, over medium. Fast service.

    Veggie omelette with hash browns

The 2-egg veggie omelette was excellent! Hash browns were very tasty, as well! My friend had Eggs Benedict and enjoyed it! Our server was very attentive and kept our coffee cups topped off! It has a true diner vibe!

We sat on stools in the middle section and our server was awesome! The ambiance is great and the decor with records on the wall is very cool. The food here though was fantastic! I ordered the blueberry banana pancakes and my wife had an omelette. The pancakes were loaded with blueberries and were delicious! I really loved the interaction with our server and other customers. When I got there on a late morning Sunday, I was told the wait was about 45 minutes. That's fine, there's a brewery next door I can wait at! It turned out to be quicker than 45. What's nice about the app that they use for this is that you're able to check where in line you are, so you know when you're almost called. I got the half order of the ultimate platter, which is 1 biscuit with country and sausage gravy topped with bacon, ham, cheese and 2 eggs. I should've gotten the full order. I underestimated myself. The food tasted great and the staff was friendly. Was this a facade? I don't know. I waited close to 45 minutes from the time I ordered until my food arrived. That is **not** normal. I did not order something ridiculous that required them to abandon everything and go to the grocery store and back to make it. I ordered something straight out of the menu! I thought perhaps they misplaced my order, so I checked if that was normal to wait this long and they said yeah we get busy on the weekend. Okaaaay. But other people were getting their order in 10-15 minutes. I hate playing that card, but I can't help but wondered if the fact that I'm of a different shade from the clienteles here mattered.

The parking lot was packed and every table was full when we walked in, which is usually a great sign. The gal at the front desk let us know there would be a short wait, and sure enough, about 10 minutes later we were seated. We overheard that they were short staffed due to a callout, but honestly, you would not have known it from how smoothly things were moving. Our waitress was incredibly kind and welcoming, and she got our order in quickly despite juggling multiple tables. My husband went with the hot club sandwich and fries, and I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with onion rings. Let me just say, the food came out fast and absolutely delivered. My husband's sandwich had that picture perfect cheese pull moment that you hope for but rarely get, and it tasted just as good as it looked! My chicken salad was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. And the onion rings truly stole the show.
