Morning meditation juice and Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl
Shelly S.

I am obsessed with the power breakfast quinoa bowl and their morning meditation juice. The quinoa bowl is packed with delicious protein and flavor. I love the mushrooms and tomatoes they add and the Italian sausage they use is sooo good. The juice is a perfect punch of orange, beet and ginger that will rev up your day. I wish I had a First Watch closer to home on the Central Coast of California!

Good 5/5 Service 4/5 Ambiance 5/5 I need to keep this place on my go to list for breakfast--I forgot about it. They have a nice variety of breakfast for all tastebuds. I really enjoyed my club with side salad and I added a cup of tomato basil soup--very flavorful!

Eggs Benedict

First thing getting off the plane, we grab breakfast! We ordered eggs Benedict and lemon ricotta pancakes. The food was good but not the best. The potatoes were wayyyyy too salty. I personally gilt my rings get tighter as my fingers started exploding. The pancakes were regular but what made them lemon ricotta was the lemon topping cream. I didn't really care for it too much. I have had better pancakes in the past. But it wasn't bad. It's all about your personal preference. For one thing the service was amazing!

Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee

Food: Elevated Egg Sandwich- good sandwich, perfectly runny egg. Came with some crispy potatoes- they would've been a home run with just a smidge less salt. Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee- yummy but you cannot taste any coffee... might be a problem to some but worked out nicely for this coffee noob Ambiance: Loved it. Seating is spaced so you don't feel crowded and the restaurant is beautiful. Seats are comfy and the place is clean, not much more you can ask for! Service: You take your ticket up front to pay and it turns out the server gave us the wrong ones. Instead of the cashier suggesting they get the right ticket (mine was actually the right one btw, they gave a duplicate of my ticket to someone else who already paid) or make an adjustment on the spot, it was presented as if it were my problem. I was flabbergasted and there was a line behind me, so I paid for the other more expensive ticket left open. It's a great brunch spot, but as someone who paid dang near $40 for a sandwich and iced coffee, I'm 100% not going back lol.

Fantastic food. Always great and quick service. We started our meal with the famous honey peppered bacon. So delicious but 4 thin pieces of bacon for $6 is pretty darn high and I wouldn't do it again but if you're a bacon lover (which I am not but my husband is) it's a must try. I had the breakfast tacos which were pretty good but dry. The chicken on them was less desirable but the chorizo was great and the black beans it's served with were a nice addition. My husband had the breakfast burrito and he was it was "a masterpiece" on a plate as well as in his mouth. Ha! Coffee is great and hot and the service was perfect.

So cute and delicious early morning before I go to church

Very cool hipster neighborhood right across the street from our Airbnb. Food so healthy so good ! The service was amazing. I am definitely going back to this restaurant on my next trip to Nashville !

We really enjoyed our visit here. It was within walking distance from our AIRBNB which made it very convenient for breakfast before we set out for a day in Nashville. The place is well lit with natural light, plenty of seating, clean bathrooms, lots of parking and friendly service. The sweet tea is delicious and the Million Dollar Bacon is to die for (wasn't very crispy though). Service was quick and portions are decent for the cost.

Hard dark and veined Avocado. Yummy!

First Watch Green Hills, Nashville TN. This place doesn't care about their customers or the food they serve. This is my second time with bad food and customer service. The server's argue over taking a table after we had been sitting there for over 10 minutes with only 5 other tables, isn't that how you get tips and paid? Avocado that is black hidden in an omelet, wonder what the health department would think? Manager doesn't care, they give you bad gift cards too, for their lousy service. I hope they get shut down and a restaurant that has workers that at least try to have some customer service. Also ran 3 charges on my card. Check you accounts after being here.

Came here for brunch on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait for a table. The servers were very friendly, we were seated right away, and they immediately took our drink orders. We got the breakfast tacos and the Sunny Seoul hash, which was part of their seasonal menu. The breakfast tacos were delicious but the hash was definitely a winner for me, I loved the bits of kimchi which gave the dish a nice kick. Definitely recommend

Traditional

Excellent food and great service. Nice outdoor area as well. The traditional breakfast with bacon-strawberry jam is homemade and delicious. Avo toast is filling and has 2 eggs- I added chicken apple sausage! The chicken changa has the same sauce as on the Benedict it's lemony and pairs well with the chicken!! The breakfast potatoes are seasoned and crispy. Like they are fried on a griddle.. delish !

Way to elevate the neighborhood! This is the newest Nashville location of the ever-popular First Watch. It's popular for good reason: All American breakfast, brunch, and lunch fare. Well priced. Happy setting. This is a brand new Melrose area build with a big bonus: a large, perfectly paved parking lot in the rear! Yay! The space is modern, cheery and lofty. Hubby and I were among the first to dine here, and it will be a regular haunt for us. The staff was very friendly. The service was prompt. The food, most importantly, delicious. The muffin of the day was blueberry. So, yes, we had that. No hesitation to say it's one of the best I've ever had! We went South Of The Border for our meal. Mexican street corn hash. Barbacoa Tacos. Muy bien! We had never tried their specialty juices. What a treat! I had the Morning Meditation. Hubby had the watermelon. I would go back just to have those. They also have a bar area with a roll up window, seats facing the street. We sat in the regular section of the restaurant, but took a mental note of that area. Looks like they have some inviting champagne and vodka cocktails. Could be fun to sit there next time!

This was my first First Watch experience. I went here on opening day and loved my experience. They gave me a free tumbler and coffee that day. I loved the breakfast menu. It was very tasty and the portions were huge. I had enough leftover to take home and eat for lunch later on. The service was very fast and the food was delicious. Definitely plan on making many more First Watch breakfast stops in the morning.

Many restaurants have hooks under their counter seating space for hand bags. This would be an easy yet nice convenience.

Food is always on point! First Watch restaurants can get crowded, but most of the time they are worth the wait. Call ahead to get on the "waitlist". Most First Watch restaurants are very consistent and at always a great value. I have been to many in Tennessee, Florida and Georgia. If I'm in a city where there is a First Watch, that is always my Breakfast/Brunch choice! Trust me on this one! Enjoy fresh food everything at First Watch.

We ate here again, this time sitting much closer to the kitchen. The noise level was much reduced. That made for an improved experience.

Located in the Gulch, it was just a short Uber ride from our downtown area hotel. Before we were even seated we were already enchanted with the adorable 'cow bee' t-shirt. Get it? Milk and honey? Cute huh? Our table of 7 women ordered a variety of brunch sandwiches and biscuits. While everyone enjoyed their meals, I can only give specifics on what I ordered. I had the Mr. Croissant with home fries, and because I wanted to try the biscuits, I also added a biscuit with honey and butter to my order. The croissant and biscuit were great. Next time, I'd give a miss to the included home fries and opt for the fruit instead. My vanilla bean latte was very good and my friend loved her mocha. To celebrate the Birthday Girl, we ordered two bottles of champagne and two flights of juices to make mimosas. We all took homemade strawberry pop tarts to go. We loved the vibe, service, and food and will happily return the next time we are in Nashville!

Visiting the area and didn't want the sub par free hotel breakfast. Glad we ventured out as this…read morewas probably the best meal we had while in Nashville. We dined early on a Saturday so it wasn't busy yet. Service was wonderful. Staff told us of their favorites and didn't steer us wrong. You must get the grits! They were delicious! I've been wanting to try this place for ages, but it always seemed packed. Well, today (Memorial…read moreDay) was no different. I tried to swing by around ten minutes to noon, but it was a disaster. There were heaps of people waiting outside, and it didn't look promising. I went to the hostess stand and asked the guy if I could get a table for one, and he said, "Oh, you can sit at the bar; it's open seating. There's one open seat right there!" So, I walked through and was approached by another worker who asked me what I was doing. I told her the guy said I could sit at the bar, and there was an open seat, even though I never saw one. I did see open seats outside at the bar, though. The bar has two sides, one outside and one inside. It seemed alright; it wasn't too hot or humid, so I went. There were dirty dishes all over the place, and I sat down. Another worker asked me, "Are these dishes yours?" Which seemed a bit strange because the guy works the bar and wouldn't he have known the person sitting there before me left them? Anyway, I said no, and he cleared them. I then waited about 5 minutes before another worker skillfully wiped the bar of debris and then got three menus and three sets of silverware (two more guys sat down next to me) and asked me if I wanted water. I said, "Yes, please." She went off, and then shortly after, I saw the same guy come with a menu and a set of silverware and a water. Thumbs up for the water but thumb down for the slowness. I saw the menu and was torn between pancakes and biscuits. I didn't really want anything heavy, so I got the biscuits and gravy but added an egg. I also got a coffee. The wait time for the food was super quick, and the food was really good. The biscuits are small, and they're okay. The egg was good, but it's kinda hard to mess up an egg. I saw the food the people sitting next to me got, and it looked amazing! Pancakes, etc. Overall, the service was pretty bad, but the food was good. I saw no sense of urgency in the workers when they were obviously swamped. I might come when it's not so busy next time. Side note, maybe I'm showing my age, but the price of regular drip coffee was a bit steep. ($4).

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by one of the sweetest hosts, who made us feel genuinely welcome. We had made a reservation, and our table was ready immediately, making for a smooth and stress-free start to our meal. I would highly recommend making a reservation at least a day in advance--two days if you're visiting on a weekend or during peak travel times. It was clear this place is popular, and for good reason. Our server, Cody, truly made the experience unforgettable. Hands down, he is the best server I've ever had anywhere. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the menu, explain the daily specials, answer all of our questions, and offer recommendations based on what we were looking for. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire dining experience. We ordered the pancakes, omelets, and of course, the famous biscuits. The biscuits absolutely deserve the hype! They were warm, buttery, fluffy, and practically melted in your mouth. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and delicious, and the omelets were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. One thing I really appreciated is that while Loveless Cafe offers a supper menu in the evenings, breakfast is served all day. That's perfect for anyone like me who believes breakfast tastes good no matter what time it is! It's easy to see why Loveless Cafe has become such a Nashville staple. Between the warm Southern hospitality, outstanding service, and incredible food, this was an experience we'll be talking about long after breakfast. If you're visiting Nashville, or even if you're a local who hasn't been yet, put Loveless Cafe at the top of your list. And if you're lucky enough to have Cody as your server, you're in for an exceptional experience!

The server couldn't have been nicer. He was even the one to suggest to us that he preferred the pork chops over the ham. That was such a good choice to me. Sadly, we didn't have coffee this morning because we had a long scenic drive and didn't want to make any more stops than necessary. But I bet he would've been right on the ball with those refills. The ambiance was great. It was such a nice layout and had interesting decor that made you feel you were a guest at their house. It also had that perfect occupancy where you could tell how popular they were but not so crowded you had to wait for a table. I'm definitely coming back here next time I'm in Tennessee because this place is a great find.

The location is centralized, set up nicely, with huge open indoor space with plenty of seating outside. The service was great as well. Attentive and fast.
