Veggie Sandwich
Ph G.

The sandwich is made right after the order was made. So you need to be patient to get the food ready. I had a vegan sandwich with mushrooms and onions. It's delicious and we also ordered a regular fries which was a little salty. We were trying to get some ketchup from the side but it wasn't available.

I give this place 3. Overall the burgers are good. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with toppings. The toppings are always fresh. The only downside is sometimes the toppings: ketchup, mustard are a little sloppy which creates a messy burger & sometimes soggy bun then you wrap in tinfoil it just creates a moisture like blanket. Price is a little spendy. For 2 of these burgers and 2 fountain drinks I paid $24.28

Asked for my burger to be cut in half. I don't even know how you could mess this up....very disappointed.
Tabias P.

Very disappointed. asked for it to be cut in half and only one half with mushrooms one without. They couldn't do either correctly. I used to work at a five guys. This is absolutely pathetic....

Burger was cold, no flavor. Fries cold, greasy. After a few bites, everything got tossed.

Total disappointment. How can you mess up a burger and fries? The signage all over the walls are quotes exclaiming this is the best burger ever; interesting that all of the quotes are from 2015 and prior. Clearly this chain or this location has gone downhill. Ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and onions plus small fries. It took several minutes to get my order so I was expecting the burger to be right off the grill and hot; the fries to be fresh out of the fryer and hot. Not. Burger was cold. How is that even possible? Meat had no flavor. Tomato wasn't ripe. Everything fell apart after a few bites. Fries were cold and greasy. I'm ok with greasy if they are hot and crisp, not soggy, greasy and cold. Didn't even eat half the burger and stopped after a few fries. $11.59 in the garbage. Won't be back.

Over cooked fries.

Again... ordered a cheeseburger curb side and when I arrived it was plastered all the storefront windows but also Directed you on the app to call the phone number and they would bring your order out to you. As my previous review from 7 months ago implies... They didn't answer the phone back then and today I called the phone number twice selected the correct option #2 to let them know I "had arrived" and they literally hung up on me twice. Frustrated, I went into the store and the Manager tried to give me some song and dance that they called Comcast but something is wrong with their phone system and they just haven't fixed it yet. He said it had only been that way for a week, which appears to be a lie because the same thing happened 7 months ago. I suggested to remove the option of "curbside" on the app so people just come in the store and he said he couldn't do that because someone else manages the website. I asked if it was a franchise and he said yes. This was only the start... Once I open my burger I found out my bun was burnt and They decreased the amount of meat they use because they pounded the patties and perforated them so you can see through them. This place is ridiculous and I'm not coming back because they are interested on being a better establishment.

This place is awful. This is the second time I've walked in to get a burger to go and I have been ignored by the people who were working. I guess everything happens for a reason because this last time the restaurant was filthy. Am I supposed to ask the person at the counter to help me? I thought it was their job to ask if they can help us.

I've been here many times over the years and I enjoy it. I've never actually eaten inside because I'm close enough to just take it home. Of all the times I've ordered I can only recall one time where one topping appeared to be missing (if it wasn't then it was too little to even notice). Mistakes happen, but they have a pretty good track record with me. And boy are they fast! They're always ready when I get there. I love ordering online because it makes it so much easier with all the options and all. I have always appreciated that it's a flat price and you make it how you want, and they do have enough options. It may not look beautiful, but it tastes good. I mix it up often because, why not? Funny thing is they usually get me to order because I'm craving a hot dog. Not many places to get a dog with decent toppings nearby, so it makes me happy they have them. I've also had the grilled cheese and you can do anything with that as well. They've always been pretty well built and delicious. I feel like if you don't like at all then you probably chose poorly when it came to toppings. Prices are reasonable too.

Great spot for burger and fries. Big spot and was clean. Staff was very friendly and asked if I wanted extra fries and gave me an extra scoop of fries to my order! The burger was good and easily customizable!

Not only is this Five Guys location worthy of 2-star "Meh. I've experienced better" designation for a burger joint, it is a two-star Five Guys as well. I genuinely adore Five Guys, but not THIS Five Guys. The $7.69 Cheeseburger featuring double patties and cheese is still good while unlimited toppings are as cool as ever. My recommendation remains: Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Grilled Mushrooms, and Extra Jalapenos (raw) with Onions (raw) and Hot Sauce depending on my mood. An order of Little Cajun Fries for $3.39 is my wife's favorite, so, we usually split an order. If I'm alone, I lean towards the regular fries and get Cajun Powder and Mustard on the side for dipping. The free Peanuts at this location weren't great. I have no idea how old they are, but I know they tasted old. To be honest, the worst part of this Five Guys was the disgusting stinky restroom which requires a key with a big old-school truck stop attachment. Stepping inside was like walking into a restroom that was dirtier than a truck stop with more urine on the floors than a gas station. With $11.08 out of my pocket and 1600+ calories in my belly, Five Guys added up to a lot, but it didn't add up to 5-stars. This Five Guys was "Two Stars" and only two.

I tried to show her the order but she refused to look (and it was definitely the right location). She just said she didn't see it on her end and didn't want to help us at all. I wanted to know what to do but I was threatened to leave or they'd call the cops. I absolutely told them to call the cops but of course they didn't and when she wouldn't tell me how to get my money back if the transaction went through I left. She was yelling and I had to do a chargeback for the order because of course they had it. So yeah, don't really want to give them my money. But we were across the street and wanted to grab something fast (gas station had shut down hot food before 9pm that night). That's how desperate we were. So bought the limited time McRib and nuggets. Sandwich is just too overpriced and honestly, Stouffers has a rib entree that is exactly the same meat and sauce as a McRib. So you can easily make a bunch at home for the same price. No good deals and they're options aren't very enticing. So I'll be avoiding them for the foreseeable future.

They were moist and not overly dense. The chili momos were my favorite as the chili sauce reminds me of chili crab sauce from Singapore. I also tried the egg rolls and Nepali curry. The egg rolls are the ones I am used to back on the East Coast. It is not the typical spring roll that places call egg rolls, these are made with a bigger wrapper. The curry was a pleasant surprise. Not sure how to describe it but it was definitely a 9/10. Will be coming back to try the banh mi in the future.

The bread was soft instead of having that light, crisp baguette texture you'd expect. The pickled vegetables were inconsististently pickled, some tasted more like raw vegetables, and the sandwich included a pickled cucumber, which was unexpected for a traditional bánh mì. The braised beef itself wasn't bad, but the sauce tasted like something from a bottle and leaned very sweet. And the biggest disappointment: when I first opened the sandwich and took it apart, I found a hair right in the middle. The staff were nice and the food came out quickly. You also get a shot glass of hot chai which was nice!
