5 guys is def my go to for burger and fries. It's the best lettuce wrapped burger I've had. Compared to 1-2 leafs used at other places that wilt upon eating, they use enough here that makes ya feel satisfied w extra crunch and hand feel. Also love that it's automatically a double patty for regular burger. And yall the fries...This is what I think of when I hear hand cut fries. A lil greasy, lil crunchy but soft center. Again... ordered a cheeseburger curb side and when I arrived it was plastered all the storefront windows but also Directed you on the app to call the phone number and they would bring your order out to you. As my previous review from 7 months ago implies... They didn't answer the phone back then and today I called the phone number twice selected the correct option #2 to let them know I "had arrived" and they literally hung up on me twice. Frustrated, I went into the store and the Manager tried to give me some song and dance that they called Comcast but something is wrong with their phone system and they just haven't fixed it yet. He said it had only been that way for a week, which appears to be a lie because the same thing happened 7 months ago. I suggested to remove the option of "curbside" on the app so people just come in the store and he said he couldn't do that because someone else manages the website. I asked if it was a franchise and he said yes. This was only the start... Once I open my burger I found out my bun was burnt and They decreased the amount of meat they use because they pounded the patties and perforated them so you can see through them. Of all the times I've ordered I can only recall one time where one topping appeared to be missing (if it wasn't then it was too little to even notice). Mistakes happen, but they have a pretty good track record with me. And boy are they fast! They're always ready when I get there. I love ordering online because it makes it so much easier with all the options and all. I have always appreciated that it's a flat price and you make it how you want, and they do have enough options. We have always liked their food and service but a BIG no-no happened on the last trip in. My wife and I were not that hungry this trip so we decided to split a burger. The burger was wrapped in foil (supposedly to keep it warm for a to-go order?) The only thing is they cut the burger after it was in the foil so we ended up with little bits of foil all through the burger. I did offer them a bit of advice "that they REALLY need to cut the burgers before putting it in the foil" because of the fragment issue but they didn't seem all that concerned. Not only is this Five Guys location worthy of 2-star "Meh. I've experienced better" designation for a burger joint, it is a two-star Five Guys as well. I genuinely adore Five Guys, but not THIS Five Guys. The $7.69 Cheeseburger featuring double patties and cheese is still good while unlimited toppings are as cool as ever. My recommendation remains: Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Grilled Mushrooms, and Extra Jalapenos (raw) with Onions (raw) and Hot Sauce depending on my mood. An order of Little Cajun Fries for $3.39 is my wife's favorite, so, we usually split an order. If I'm alone, I lean towards the regular fries and get Cajun Powder and Mustard on the side for dipping. The free Peanuts at this location weren't great. I have no idea how old they are, but I know they tasted old. To be honest, the worst part of this Five Guys was the disgusting stinky restroom which requires a key with a big old-school truck stop attachment. Stepping inside was like walking into a restroom that was dirtier than a truck stop with more urine on the floors than a gas station. I'm not a big fan of this place but the girlfriend loves it. It's greasy burgers and fries. Food is what's expected. No issues there. It's just a personal preference for me not to really eat here. Ordering is easy and quick. I did take one star away because there wasn't a clean table for us to sit in. I got a burger here with my husband. I had the little cheese bacon burger with mustard, grilled onions, grilled peppers and grilled mushrooms. He had a little bacon burger with Mayo, tomato and grilled onion. The burgers were not great quality of meat, and slightly burnt from being over cooked. The pepper we're slightly cold from the lack of time on the grill and the onions were just burnt. They also forgot the cheese which is just an American single. Since this is a mere hop, skip & jump away from my place of employment, my coworkers & I decided to go here in the first few days of opening. Not that we haven't been to A Five Guys but just not this one. So let's see what we have here - pretty spacious & plenty of places to sit. Very organized line system. Large menu board that's pretty easy to read, and provides you easy ways to order from the multitude of toppings they offer that don't cost you a dime extra. THANK GOD. ALSO, thank you order lady who reminded me that the normal cheeseburger in fact comes with 2 patties, not one. Which is basically 1 patty too much so I got the "little" burger (even though there's nothing really little about that burger!). The burger itself is of course, tasty and fresh but a word of caution for those who take it to go - it's juicy, and if you add any condiments, it just gets soggy on the drive home. It WILL fall apart. So don't complain, I've warned you! The fries are....OK. I still am not crazy about them, either way you can order them. And whilst not FAST food (in terms of how long it takes) they are pretty speedy getting the food out, even when busy but you will likely have some tiny wait.
