Little burger, little Cajun fries and drink.
Nicole B.

Never nice location to sit outside and enjoy your meal on a beautiful day. The service is always amazing, everyone is so helpful and polite. Burger and fries are a hit every time.

I don't understand how this location has such a low rating. It is by far the friendliest, most clean Five Guys I've ever been to. I don't stop by frequently, but when I do, I always receive the most beautifully crafted burger I've ever gotten at a Five Guys. My burger is never soggy and wet here like it is with other locations. The only thing I don't like about this location is the shopping center. It's annoying as heck to exit the shopping mall and get back onto the main road. Totally not the fault of this business though.

Five guys is pretty much the same wherever you go, but this place was different. The 3 guys working there were very friendly and outgoing. They acted like they wanted to be there which is not common from other places I have gone. They were also fast in processing the order. I don't go to five guys a lot, but when I do- I will drive to this one.

Double burger with mushrooms

First impression, the tables needed wiping, and we got there just before noon. The staff was friendly, and seemed to be working diligently so not sure what the table neglect was all about. After we ordered, we waited about 7ish minutes for our meal which was one double hamburger and a small fry. We asked them to cut the sandwich in half as we were sharing it. The hamburger itself was pretty good. The mushrooms are canned, not fresh, which I found odd since they are sauteed. The burger came with a very small slice of tomato that was only on one side of the burger, and a thin leaf of lettuce. They could have been more generous with the toppings for sure. The french fries had good flavor but they were too floppy and not crisp at all. A rather disappointing visit for us.

Perfect fries every time. We love to see those friendly, smiling faces, that bright, cheery decor and even tho prices have gone up, a large fry still feeds two people like a meal. YES Vegan Friendly (fries/peanuts) YES kid friendly

Dang is five guys expensive! Forty dollars for all of this seems like a lot. And we didn't even get drinks! I will say though, the food quality is spectacular. And the quality is too. Once you bite into that burger, you don't regret your purchase. The veggies on the burger were fresh and added a nice flavor and crunch. The bun was good as well, it was soft and added a nice chew. It was a little soggy on the bottom though. The meat itself is very good. It has good flavor and it's seasoned nicely too. I do wish the bacon was crispier. The fries this go around were okay. They were still good but they need to have more sauces. Having just ketchup and vinegar makes it so that after eating a couple of those fries you get a significant amount of flavor fatigue. Having a special sauce or something else could go a long way in making the experience better. They give you so many fries but after a while you get sick of dipping them in the same thing. A change of pace would be nice. The store was very clean and the service was okay. It did take a little longer than expected to get my food but that's okay considering how much we ordered. I would definitely give five guys a try but it's not something I'm gonna have in my rotation of restaurants.

Terrible customer service. Even when you're busy shouldn't be rude to your customers especially when you're the manager. Bad form

Inside is the kitchen, a counter, and about 8 barstools. (Most people who came in while I was seated took their food to go.) It's a retro dive - with tons of tchotchkes around on the counter. The service was great - the cook and waiter and right in front of you while you sit, and they were really friendly, saying hello to everyone who came in and chatting with people who were feeling chatty, too. I had to try their "World Famous Bolgona Burger," because a good bologna sandwich is a classic that (in my experience) isn't so easy to find these days. Their version was good, and I enjoyed it the way it came with grilled onions and spicy mustard. The fries were better than average, too! But if bologna sandwiches aren't your thing, they have a lot more on the menu (it's a big menu for such a little place) - burgers, dogs, breakfast, subs... I was charmed by it and really enjoyed my retro Americana lunch!

Back again, fantastic as always. Our server Brandon was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive…read more Started with fried green tomatoes, one of our favorite appetizers. They're so good! I had the braised beef short ribs, which were melt-in-your -mouth. Paired with garlic mashed potatoes, roasted root veg, and some of the best collard greens I've ever had. He had the fried chicken with hot honey, garlic mashed potatoes, and more collard greens. That fried chicken was so crispy and delicious. Had the peach cobbler bread pudding for dessert, and it was an EXPERIENCE. The only thing that would have made the meal better was some of the slab bacon, but we'll know to come for breakfast or lunch for that next time!

Upon entering, the hostess greeted us and, at our request, seated us outside because it was a beautiful day. The restaurant venue and ambiance were modern and well kept. The bathroom was clean and nice. The outside seating area was also fairly clean with comfortable seating. Our server (neither my partner nor I caught her name as she said it: she had beautiful braids with blonde streaks woven in) started on the right foot, took our orders promptly, and brought out our waters. I ordered the Smothered Pork Chop, and my partner chose the Fried Chicken, subbed pimento mac and cheese for the collard greens (who can blame her?). The food did not come out promptly. My best guess is that our server was seated with a large table and prioritized a better tip over the two top (us) outside. Eventually, the food came out (~25 minutes, so not terrible), but for the number of patrons in the restaurant, it was too long. My partner's mashed potatoes were cold, but she said the fried chicken and mac and cheese were fantastic. The potatoes tasted delicious, but they were simply not warm. My pork chop was very thick, like a filet, which is okay, but it wasn't what I expected. I prefer a thin pork chop, so that it cooks all the way through (more solid, not soft). It was passable. The beans and rice (Hoppin' John) were also not what I was expecting; I was thinking more New Orleans-style, but they were bland, like cream of mushroom soup on unseasoned beans and rice. We ordered the banana pudding for dessert. We ended up waiting for that for ~20 minutes as well, a half-pint glass of banana pudding with underripe bananas mixed in. Note to the chef: heat ripens bananas, so you could toss a few in a skillet with a little oil in a pinch (egg yolks also work). We waited for another 10 minutes, and I finally went inside and asked the hostess for the check. I realize it is difficult to serve, but you must also consider asking your colleagues for help if you have too much going on. All in all, the food was satisfactory, but the service was lacking. We ended up waiting an hour longer than we should have had to. I semi-recommend Farm and Oak, but look to be seated with the better server, John. He and the hostess saved our experience.
