I ordered the assorted box so I also got the chocolate brownie cookies and sugar cookies to share, but my primary reason for visiting was for the oatmeal chocolate chip for myself. Luckily the other flavors were on point to make up for the disappointment. Also, service was subpar. The cashier was incredibly friendly to the patron ahead of me but I didn't receive the same treatment. For example, she offered a bag to the customer and bagged all her items, but I had to explicitly request one and she just slid the bag across the counter for me to bag my items myself. I hadn't been to a Potbelly in years but clearly I haven't missed much.
