Nice ambiance! And delicious bar food! We really enjoyed our time here! And are looking forward to coming back soon!

Sunday 12/1/24 I wanted a Ruben sandwich and i remembered seeing one on the menu here so I decided to try it. When I went in it was packed with no open seats. To me, this is a good thing! Ambiance - Pour House appears to be a sports bar with tvs and sports playing throughout. I don't think I would take kids here because of the many people there drinking alcoholic beverages. that doesn't mean it's a bad thing just not appropriate for kids. Since there was no seating available I ordered the Ruben and French fries to go. Then a seat at the bar came available so I stayed and ate. Even though very very busy the customer service I received was very good &. the Ruben was delicious. I would definitely go back and eat again.

Very impressed with the personable service from Zenayna and Mike. I was Visiting and came to watch Patriots play. Zenayna invited me to grab any table with a TV and she'd put the game on. And she did. Wow. Thank you! Mike was a super server who got me my food order and kept the cokes coming. They were packed today with a few servers gone, and so he was running. But delivered friendly, professional service. Well done. Lunch was a grilled chicken sandwich and egg rolls. both delicious. And their prices are reasonable too. Endless soda refills. i enjoyed my visit. I'd return. They have 32 TVs of all sizes so you won't miss a play!!

What a fun venue! I've lived in Richmond for about 12 years and have passed this place a zillion time. I've never gone in because I always saw a bunch of smokers hanging out so I thought it was going to be a smokey bar, but it wasn't. A friend of mine invited my husband and me to go see a work colleague's band on a Friday night. The band starts at 9 so we arrived around 8:30. The place was already packed. We went to the bar to order a beer and discovered a nice selection. I ended up with a Vanilla Porter and my husband had an IPA. Since we had lots of time, we looked around for some seats but every table was taken. Finally we saw a table that was big enough for 6 or so but only had two people at it. We asked if we could take a couple of seats and they graciously offered them up. Eventually we moved to a different table that seats 3 but it was so nice of them to share. My husband ended up ordering a quesadilla while we were there. It was served very quickly and he seemed to enjoy it. I love that this place is so close to home and that it attracts people of all ages and backgrounds, and everyone was just having a great time.

Great sportsbar! They were short staffed and the owner and waitress killed it yesterday. Good food and awesome staff.

I did make a suggestion that one or two little pieces of lump crab on top would Elevate the soup and a couple crackers on the side would be great. If you'd asked me to rate the establishment back then, it would have been 5-star ratings every single week. But as I'm sure you'll see in the other reviews on here, this place has gone downhill in an awful kind of way. It's not even recognizable anymore. The last time I was here was a year ago and I remember thinking the prices were higher than I'd remembered and the service wasn't so good. I just chalked it up to a bad night. Well, last night my family and I decided to visit Glory Days to treat some family from out of town. The food was just terrible (dry and cold) and the service was even worse. I literally didn't eat my food and I never even got a refill on my drink (not because I didn't ask, however). And what's up with the worn out cushions on the seats? They're just laying on the bench (not attached) with all kinds of crumbs and grossness down in the cracks. Absolutely unacceptable to expect someone to eat in those conditions. I never thought I'd be saying this, but I can promise you that this is the last time I will ever walk inside this establishment. If things don't improve, I honestly don't know how they can stay in business long-term. Glory Days used to be a place I looked forward to taking my family to wind down from a hard day's work and spend quality time together. Now I just consider it a disgrace.

No one was available to help and we had to find and flag someone twice, once to be seated and then to try to figure out when our food was coming. As mentioned in other reviews, the selection of games is a lot smaller than other locations, some of the games are great but will malfunction often which makes it hard to play. The restaurant needs work don't waste your time it took me 2 hours for a dr. My husband ordered the chicken sandwich and you could order any wing sauce of your choice for your chicken. He chose the honey bbq. Side of fries. I got the loaded potato with broccoli and cheese (you could add bacon for a little extra which I wish I had, since it would have elevated it) and a side salad. The food came out and it was very fresh and made to order. My husband took a bite of his sandwich and immediately dropped it. His eyes began to water and I said "what's wrong?" He just said "HOT". I thought he meant the chicken was hot. Oh no. Once he got his bearings together and could speak he said that was not honey bbq . He doesn't do spicy. He was sucking down water like no tomorrow. I had seen enough tik toks to know that was only intensifying it. . I told him to hold on and let's wait and ask for a milk. He told the waiter who said the staff in the back didn't speak English and may have gotten wrong and took it back right away (come to find out it was the spicy inferno sauce, not sure you don't need a waiver for that one lol). He brought out more water and a milk which did help. The manager did come and check on my husband. Which was very sweet. It was an honest mistake and definitely one to talk about. It was a cute little place and a very nice place. They fixed his meal and put the honey bbq on the next one. It was a funny ride home though, he couldn't feel his lips the rest of the day. If you can't laugh. You can't live.

This restaurant merits a 4 or 5 star rating on most dimensions. The reason for the 1-star review is the safety hazard that is the men's restroom. The floor leading to the rest rooms is always slippery. Everyone knows that and it is common in certain restaurants, I've noticed. However, this means the floors in the restrooms need to stay dry. Every single time I have gone into the men's room, I have nearly slipped and fell. Last night, I caught myself before falling and made a mental note to step carefully. But even trying my very best, I still nearly fell two more times before exiting the room. The reason I am finally writing a review about what I've observed on numerous visits is the fact that I observed an employee, who was working behind the bar, go into the bathroom. Surely, he was aware of the hazard. A trained employee (and a responsible one) would immediately go get a mop and clean that mess up. If not for safety, at least for public health. This guy didn't, and that was the final straw for me. I'll be back in a few weeks. If I see that the issue is finally resolved, I'll change this rating to a 4 or 5. Until then, this is basically the only way to potentially get someone's attention.

At great risk to my waistline and general well-being, I came here to partake in their unlimited chicken tender and fries deal. I figured the chicken strips weren't going to blow me away with quality but I was surprised to find they managed to actually make chicken taste bad. It was really low quality breading, with the strips falling apart even during the short trip from the plate to my mouth. The fries were barely seasoned too, so there wasn't a whole lot to look forward to on that plate. Service was present but robotic at best, and clearly very enamored of their regulars and disinterested in everyone else. I am actually impressed that anyone would make this place their regular haunt, I always figured masochists like that didn't exist outside of certain alternative circles. If you're looking for value, you have to aim a little higher than this, since Applebee's will always deliver on price and underdeliver on quality. Overall: 2.0 stars --- Pros: - Lots of parking in their large lot. - Prices are always low but... Cons: - ...Those prices are low because you get what you pay for. - Service not something worth returning for. - Seriously, how do you mess up chicken and fries? If millions of Americans with zero cooking skills can defrost this stuff at home, why can't Applebees?
